Signed up, deposited £10. Won a little, probably would have carried on winning but was pretty late. Decided to withdraw, no issue, money in my bank by morning. These negative reviews are not worth going off. Actually a decent site.

I used to love Leo Vegas, I was fully verified but now they let me deposit money then straight away blocked my account until verified again. Stay away from Leovegas. I have reservations that its not a real live table. I played Roulette, the girl called the winning number while ball was still hopping around. In another time, I played multiplay and left my spins on auto, I came back after 10 mins and it had not moved…how? Its live….i was unable to get joining bonus.I’m done with it.

It’s funny how they accept ur deposit so quickly with no issues but there are a TON of issues when it comes to withdrawals. Always extremely slow and currently I am waiting for over a month for my withdrawal of a grand. They asked for stupid documents that have nothing to do with my deposits such as expired bank cards used and after giving them all documents they required they said my account is in review and that there is no time frame for when it is done and no withdrawals can be processed within this time. Basically i can turn 89 in years and they will still be holding my money…..until I get notified with an email about the update! Jokers.

Customer service terrible .Would let me deposit and when I tried to withdrawal my winnings I couldn’t 2 hours been past 2 and from . Explained it was giving me anxiety in the end they blocked my account because I said I needed the money for electricity etc not that I should have to explain and they made me deposit an extra £10 so that I could withdrawl the monies owed and stoll didn’t work then asked me again to try I’ve had to report this company and will make it public how they treat there customer .If they let you deposit they should let you withdrawal

Avoid their casino offers. Had an offer, deposit and wager £10 x 1 then get 30 free spins. Did the wagering doing 5 bar gates as I went. No free spins. Contacted them and said I hadn’t wagered enough. I pointed out that the £10 I deposited had gone. They wouldn’t budge. LeoVegas will take your deposit from your bank account, but then not deposit it into your LeoVegas account. They do not respond via emails, they will not provide a phone number, and their live chat does not work either, they just keep kicking you out of the app, and your live chat is erased. They are a fraud and scam! Beware!

They temporarily locked my account in sept. Of 2022 because I was getting put through a million hoops to cash out $250.00 and made a comment about needing the money, because they kept saying me excuses, they took it as I was playing beyond my means. I tried for a year sending bank info over and over, even though I withdrew $290.00 just 3 weeks before my account was locked..,,so a year ago I gave up on the whole thing. I’d give this company zero rating if I could. I had my account closed some 3 weeks ago because I won a few correct score bets I got from (Brunohade) on Instagram consistently for 15 days. I wanted to discuss opening a new account with them. They’ve advised I have permanent ban and not able to open a new account. They added that the decision cannot be reversed. What sort of support is that? That’s outrageous Now I have £48,000 pounds I can’t withdraw.

Will steal your money stay well away from them. 0 customer support other than robots on repeat. For example you will place a bet on a game of football which you would think is 45 mins per half right? Only for the game to be played over 40 minutes a half and they won’t void your bet. You can accept it if you lose on something that is fair but not when a match isn’t played in its full duration. Would give minus stars if I could. Definitely do yourself a favour and sign up to other bookies where you don’t have this issue. Customer support useless and won’t help you other than repeat themselves with the money the company has stolen off you.

I love the variety of slots that you have. I hadn’t played Leo Vegas for a while, so I was also very pleased with the fact that you had changed to allow funds withdrawal by e-transfer as opposed to having to go through another party (ie. Instadebit), it is much faster and more convenient as previously my bank did not accept transfers from your site.The one thing that I find disappointing is that there seems to be more games now that I am unable to play based on location, I wish they were open to all.

13 months and no bills are ever accepted as proof of address. Nobody uses logos anymore but finally had a bill with a logo which was supposed to be the big problem. That utility bill still got rejected. I guess they want a logo size of 467×1312, exactly 7 colours. The site was not bad before the payout problems totally wrecked it.

In reading these reviews they all seem very accurate. Limited payouts, restricted deposits and withdrawals, worst of all the site is slow and cuts out during play making it very concerning about the legitimacy of it. Trying to verify an account and the process is awful. The verifications team are slow, rigid and do not read/respond to emails. When you chase via chat, they give the same update of “we’ll get back to you” and they never do. They’ve asked me to evidence that I owned a debit card that expired 2 years ago – I asked my bank who said it’s impossible to show that, but this team ignored that information and continued to ask for it anyway. Absolutely zero progress despite taking longer than the 3-5 days they claim they need. An awful experience before you even get to the site. I’ve wasted countless hours on this process. Rubbish.

First about customer support very helpful and then widraw time very faster also with good amount. Of course that it’s not allways luck to win, but I m sure about leovegas, regulations and licence. It’s still the best site. It’s easy to navigate and has nice games. Also new games appear every week. Customer service is friendly and always helpful. The VIP program has gotten a little confusing though. But there is some changes going on, so I guess it will get better in time.

Leo Vegas has good campaigns in Sportsbook. However, the rules of campaigns are often difficult. E-mails contain campaigns with different conditions than on the company’s website. This smells like a scam when similar mistakes are repeated.***I would like to add that the identification process was very tedious, almost humiliating. I had to go to the bank to get a note that I am a customer of this bank! This is bullying. If I had remembered this, I would have lowered my grade.

The wins are not consistent, I loose alot of money before I win but it’s no where near to what I’ve put in. There is glitches is some of the games where I know if I’ve won before all the reels have spun, which deflects the excitement of ramdom winning. But the payout time is good and no fees which is a plus. Sometimes when the game is due to pay it chucks you out of the game. Due to an error, as a gambler is looks really dodgy.

My opinion is such good about Leo. With several casinos, i use often, every have good and not so good things. It is only my opinion, that things goes such neutrally, offers are such good, only some offers are too expensive to me. Example last week there was great offer, but minimum sum was 60e, it is too away from my budget. Those players, who plays with big budgets, it is okay. If Leo would come to my favourite casino, Leo needs a little filing in some matters.

I’m playing Leo Vegas years I’m at 47 on VIP list.I never seem to get a win and have put thousands on without winning. I have contacted the support a few times about how bad play is to be told it’s down to random number generation for wins. My best advise is to keep away from playing.
