I have to rate them 4. Yes the withdrawal process is overly intrusive. They don't understand Canadian privacy laws which doesn't allow access to full identification disclosure. They ask for front and back pics and sometimes a letter for verification of address. Depending on who you bank with; there may be a deposit fee. All that being said, I win more on this site than any other. Not all the time, but more than others. I just wish they would speed up the process for withdrawal.

I must have put a good review below, I wasn't paid for this, I really liked the site, I never had any problems, withdrawing the other day, it was in the account, but today they will block my withdrawal, asking for a document, one more thing caught my attention, they will ask for the full front and back photo. I sent the first 6 digits and the last 4, as happens on all casino sites, they won't accept it, they even want the security code on the back. what do you think

Well what can I say about Leo Vegas .Do not even risk your money. Thought I had my problem sorted. Joined this site on 23rd October by depositing £50 . Won £1000 only to find I cannot withdraw my winnings. My last review was a small good outcome by unlocking my account. But I’m still not able to withdraw. This company really needs looking into

Hoping to get the word out that while this may be LEGAL...it's unconscionable to take money with no intentions of ever honouring your players' payouts. They must be paying to keep the bad reviews at bay because I did try to do a bit of research and only saw good things. Complete SCAM. Play fake online casino for free or at a reputable lottery corporation site like BCLC.

I wish I had checked the reviews on this site before I deposited any of my money . I joined the site on the 23rd of October. I placed £50 to play online slots. I built up winning’s of £1000. When I tried to withdraw the money I was told I couldn’t do this as I had paid by Apple Pay . And if I deposited a further £10 so they could have bank details I would be able to withdraw. I had set a limit of £50 which I had used. Also it was the last of my money other than my bills in there. I have now been locked out of the account and the account is under review. They will not answer my emails either now . I was so looking forward to treating my 11 grandchildren as you can imagine with this amount of money . I think I have been a victim of foul play. Awful, It was difficult to see which welcome offer I was signing up to, I wanted sports but ended up with casino. I went on live chat to ask if I could change and was told if i didn't do the offer and waited 3 days until it expired I could change it. Waited the three days but they refused to change it so I lost both offers.

I've just found out they own a lot of online sportsbooks which really shouldn't be allowed as they run them all the same. They refuse to allow any winners If you win even a couple of bets they'll take away all your rewards without even telling you. They'll restrict your stake to buttons and again not tell you why.

When I bet a specified amount, say 40p, it takes more than this on casino games, usually by about 10p-20p more. I have no idea how this is happening, as I'm very careful with bet sizes. This is not an issue I've encountered on other trusted sites. Therefore, I can only assume that either a) the site is not working correctly or b) the site is a scam. I would recommend people to avoid LeoVegas.

I waited for more than a week to find out why my account was locked The withdrawal process was also stopped. My account is verified and the withdrawal was approved without any reason. My account was suspended and I will not receive the money yet, and customer service is unable to solve the problem.

I have played at this casino in the past and won from there. I had already taken care of identification before. So far the casino has been working well. Then I won a thousand euros and that's when the show started. I had to identify myself again, but they won't accept any address documents from me, which have worked for other casinos. After a month of i closed the game account myself.

Deposits gone on fine but when i finally win go to withdraw they asking for old card in order to get my funds back what a joke.. showed all documenta still not good enough being told to ring bank and get proof of card ownership for an old lost card!!! Worst experience ever on gambling site. Why let me deposit using new card but withdraw why an old card is needed makes no sense. Awful company, They make it near impossible to withdraw your money, and then if you challenge them, they close your account and use their Terms and Conditions to withhold your money.After ages trying to get verified for the second time I get sent this email“We are contacting you to inform you that your account has been permanently locked. This decision was not taken lightly and you will not be allowed to open a new account on our website. The rest of the funds in the account has been forfeited due to the violations. Kindly note our Terms & Conditions regarding this matter:"Clause 11 – Suspension/Closure of your Account by Us: if you partake in any Prohibited Practices, we will have rights against you, including the right to suspend and, ultimately, to permanently close your Account, to cancel/void relevant bets, and to withhold relevant/attributable winnings."I had issues with them a couple of years ago because I used PayPal to add funds to my account, they wanted a specific screenshot of a specific page that shows the PayPal logo, the URL, full email address matching the one on the account and full name, the issue is the screenshot they wanted is only available in personal paypal accounts, my PayPal is a business one, so does not have a page that shows all the information they want on a single page. They then tell you to use a Desktop PC or phone in Desktop mode and do it that way, you explain that it doesn’t make a difference what device you use, business Paypal accounts simply do not have this page, and who uses a desktop PC these days ? Also my personal email address is not the same as my work email so it won’t match either, and they continue to claim this is all required to confirm identity, they already have my Passport, they already have my drivers licence, they have copies of bills, my identity is pretty much confirmed, Any how eventually after months of messing around and contacting Paypal I was finally confirmed, and allowed to withdraw my money, A few months later I credited my account again and remembered just how horrible they had been so then tried to withdraw it straight away without actually spending any, unfortunately I was not allowed as I needed to be verified again.This time After days of trying to get verified I get the above email.I have not violated any terms and conditions, I have not participated in any “Prohibited Practices” and the money in my account is not even Winnings, so they have absolutely no right to withhold it.They will gladly let you sign up and deposit money into your account in under 5 minutes with little or no checks, however if you dare try to take it out you are required to go through near impossible hoops, and even then there is no guarantee that you’ll be able to get it out of the account.

I actually like leovegas and have played there for years, but in the last year most of the games have become unplayable on mobile due to constant crashing. Some games worse than others, hacksaw for example is all but unplayable. Pragmatic reloads everytime you start a game or when the graphics get too intense. Also cash out times have gone from an hour or two to 48 hours plus. So I just don’t play there anymore. You guys really need to look into your code and figure out why regardless of browser type, incognito, restart, clear cache it ALWAYS crashes.

Faulty game play. joined Leo Vegas July 2023 and play only on Fishing frenzy jackpot game. After a while I started getting fed up, that every time I approached 14 minutes 40 seconds of play time my reels on the next spin would just continuously spin until I left the game and rejoined it, so losing my time played and net position. I complained and they asked me to take a video of it to which I did on the 11th August, and actually took 5 consecutive videos and every time it did the same thing. They sent them to the suppliers and they said nothing was wrong by their checks. Maybe my connection but I'm connected to house WiFi and that was fine, and it wouldn't do it every single time if it was a one off bad connection. Anyone else had this problem?? I'm now contacting ibas, gambling commission and trading standards. I suggest if you have had the same problem to contact them also, as Leo Vegas aren't bothered that their business of you buying a gambling experience that doesn't operate properly is a issue.

Going to contact UK Gambling Commission and Resolver to complain about these criminals and report tbem to the relevant authorities. Also, will be contacting newspapers, TV programmes as well as posting reviews on social media and review sites starting here. Possibly, lawyers and small claims court too if needed. A few days ago I requested to withdraw my balance but was refused and suddenly three days later they decided to ask for three different documents. Two of them were fine, the photo ID was the problem. My expired passport was rejected and I do not have a driving licence. They told me I would need to renew my passport or get a driving licence otherwise they would not allow me to withdraw my money even even though Gambling Commission rules and regulations regarding online bookmakers clearly state: "You can withdraw your money at any time without unreasonable delay or restriction. You don’t have to withdraw it in instalments. They can’t confiscate your money if you don’t log in or prove your identity within a certain timeframe." Does everyone in the UK have a valid passport and/or a driving licence? My name, date of birth, address, payment card and bank details have all been verified. This is obviously a scam they are using to steal players' money or keep it for as ling as possible to earn interest on it. Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour.

UPDATE.. won’t pay out as I don’t have previous card as misplaced it and had to get a new one sent to me. I used the said card a few month ago and withdrew funds on it so they have a copy in my account. They won’t except any other form of ID except copy of both sides of debit or credit card or proof from my bank which has to be signed . I told them just to close my account as too much hassle and they were happy to do this without me sending any other IDI would STAY AWAY from this company !!!!!!

Absolutely shocking company, don’t use it !!!! made a deposit from my Apple Pay and wanted to withdraw but can’t. I had an old card on account which haven’t used for a while as lost it. They were happy for me to deposit on my new Apple Pay which I’ve had since April but won’t let me draw money out. They want proof of my old debit card which I don’t have anymore and can’t get online as asking for the long number. Why they can’t refund on the Apple Pay I used to deposit I don’t know.
