They are not transparent about the terms off their bonuses before you have made a deposit. Customer service doesn't reply. There are so many good online casinos out there, so there is no reason to go for this one.

I deposited about 500$ today, been playing all night long with 0.20$ bet and got about 6 bonus in total, this has never happened before in my life and makes no sense, there's something shady going on this casino, pretty sure the rtp's are not what we are told.

The worst casino and customer service that I have ever dealt with. If I can convince you to do one thing please please don’t ever make it deposit onto this site they will steal your winnings and make it impossible to contact support to get any type of resolution. They steal 60000 krone.

I just dont understand how a casino can take so much and never give back nothing, I know that games are about luck, sometimes you lose sometimes you win, but here you only lose, I played for months, daily, I never won anything, after I deposit money, it never increases, it just goes down! it's not even funny anymore, I don't understand how it's legal to only take take take

Sent tons of emails to cancel my account and two people replied saying someone will look into it… still no cancelled account and emails are now bouncing back. Terrible customer service and deposits never show up. Avoid this casino

The bonus terms etc is unclear I just lost my winnings of $7000 because they said i betted over five dollars. Then they tell me I cannot get my monies back because I violated their terms and conditions and to top it off the service associate totally ignored me and did not respond to my conversation. I have closed account and screw them I play on various sites and this was the worse of them all. If there was a star I could place in the negative I would pick the lowest star. What a horrible site and not worth the headache - lesson learned.

Obviously the people complaining are sore losers and/or didn’t read the terms and conditions before depositing and playing. The verification process is the fastest I’ve ever seen. I got verification over live chat within minutes. The withdrawal time was also very quick - less than 10 hours and I had my money in MuchBetter account. I can personally attest to them not keeping winnings - considering I deposited a small amount and won big, which will also speaks to the claims of people “never winning”. Really bad customer service. Did a sign up and deposit offer through Offertoro for a reward and they neglected to confirm with them that I completed the task. Would not accept that they are responsible for reporting completion. Would not recommend this casino, there are much better platforms to choose from. Be warned, stay away!

Hi guys I am gambling last 7 years and ever bad casino I played that is luckydays casino I play months and loss huge money there games not pay at all even 500x bet. They are playing with people money and make them crazy. This casino should cancel license I would complainer to commection if need proof I can provide my bank statement and can see how badly I loss there. I played a few of their slots and won 930.00 then went to request a withdrawal. Before I had registered in, they requested an ID which I promptly gave to be verified. When I won, they requested a utility bill and bank statement. Also a screenshot of recent etranfer of how I deposited. I did all that. Now their telling me my bills are rejected because address don't match or address is blurry. I have recieved none of my winnings as of to this date. I keep sending my bill and bank statement. Chat support says they are still reviewing my documentations. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Run run run away. Stay far away! Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️
