First I have un fortunately given my xerox copy and they didn’t approve it and after I called customer care but they told me to sent an email an I have sent it after sending the email they are telling me that the pan card that I sent was no clear an I sent it again for 100times but they are rejecting it and I asked them to provide a link to upload my pancard but they are not sending any link or they are not giving browse option to upload the pan card again this is the worst betting app never seen before guys don’t trust this app I can say betway is more better than this app

I have funds in my account totalling just under £1500 since I tried to withdraw them Parimatch have made my life hell on earth. Do not use this company. They have demanded I send in identification despite me sending it in April/May via post to their head office. They have closed my account without my permission and they do not respond to email correspondence I’m at my wits end I don’t know what to do. They also refuse to help me with things like a subject access data request I have requested one 5 times over the last few months and they refuse to give me it. These guys are absolute crooks. Avoid using them because if you win, they simply don’t give you your winnings.By the way emailed them soon as they left a comment on the review below….Suprise suprise NO REPLY.

I took advantage of the enerybet promotion of getting 10£ after placing a 10£ bet. Not spend your time and your money at here!!I had tried to get a withdraw at here since middle of last month and now I’m still not get my money yet!! Not great so far gotta say, their overall system RTP for casino games is so heavily weighted in their favour. Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, are sub-standard industry-wise on this site. I came purely for the variety of games and it’s all I’m staying for as their bonus schemes are not worth the time or money. Very unusual for a company which is a subsidiary of LC International Ltd who also run Coral and Ladbrokes, (who by the way are much better). This use to be a decent site but after taking a couple of time out’s to have a break from gambling they site became unusual.they emailed me almost constantly to ask why i had taken a break, and am i still comfortable with the site then after confirming all was okay i continued to get the same emails. a loss limit was entered on my account and an annoying pop up asking if i wanted to take a break kept coming up. then after using the site for years they requested lots of extra info from me before processing my withdrawal, supplied copies of front and back of card which caused issues, then they wanted a copy of my passport, a copy of a utility bill and a copy of my bank statement, very much over the top in my opinionAbsolute nightmare site, do yourself a favor and use one of the other more reputable sites.

This company is complete fraud when you try to withdraw money they ask to upload all documents and once approved if you try to deposit and withdrawal they rejected to approved documents and ask you to produce new documents. Allowed me to deposit £50 wouldn’t let me place a bet until verified. I do not have any valid photo identification usually I pass the checks on other sites without having to do so and if not the case a site would allways refund me my money. But not sts they are holding my money and refusing to give it me back even though I have showed them clearly that they are breaking guidelines set by the gambling commission and allso breaking the law by doing this they think there terms and condition are above the law apparently. Deposited and placed bets easily, as soon as I won a significant amount they requested all sorts, which they said was a random check, what a coincidence it was after I tried to withdraw. Sent it all through which of course takes 48hours for them to review, I sent through proof of address and I had it as address: number street name, town. City: City. They then said my address didn’t match as they wanted it to say address: number street name. City: Town, City. This all took a while for them to acknowledge. Then after I thought that was everything, no, they wanted me to email them saying I was happy with my level of play, which again took time. Use other sites if you can, make you jump through a lot of hopes to withdrawl but of course can deposit without any issues.I did get my withdrawl eventually. Very frustrating when companies like this try to get out of paying out yet can deposit and place bets without issues and say its a random check,,,, no random checks when deposits, just when you win and try withdraw.

Recently joined this casino , because I was tired of all the other casinos letting me down to often.
