Had an account with Racebets for maybe a year and only made a few deposits and bets of a couple of £ now and then on horses. i was possibly a few £ up overall and made one small withdrawal in a year.Minimum deposit seems to have went up to £20 using PayPal, not sure if it’s the same for all now or just me,anyway betting through the link from racing post I seemed to find always an error coming up when trying to place a bet but went through on second attempt. On checking balance I saw bet had went through twice so contacted their customer help and was very kindly refunded the duplicate bet,so all was fine.Next time placing a bet same error comes up so I goes and checks balance and previous transactions only to find a few duplicate bets in the past which went unnoticed by me ,stupid you may think but link from racing post to Racebets does not show balance when placing a bet so can easily be done,all part of the obscure Racebets experience. Anyway goes back to customer help regards the duplicate bets and this time get reply that my account has been restricted and no best odds guaranteed for me in future? Not happy about this so decided to bet my last few £ and forget this account only to find bet not accepted.So ,life’s too short for this carry on so went to withdraw my balance of the almighty sum of £6,. Now told there is problem with PayPal at present ,,funny how never a problem with any other account using PayPal,I have a few bookmaker accounts I use.So still waiting for my puny little withdrawal after 10 days and contacted them also.So if this is how they treat a little punter like me who was a couple £ up and queried some duplicate bets then there’s no hope for any serious punter with this company who i find out is based in Malta.Going by the other reviews on here this is usual practices from Racebets and I’m disgusted to say the least how they regard their customers, so my advice and review of Racebets is AVOID unless your a mug punter and then I’m sure they will kiss your ****If only all bookies were like bet365 and betvictor then the punter has a chance.Someone should make a documentary on the bookmaker and gambling industry explaining to the public just what you are up against with the greedy bad attitude to all but losers,enough saidPs update,, just found out my small balance has now disappeared from account,How this Racebets company can get away with this thieving of people’s money is beyond my comprehensionI have mailed the gambling commission regarding this issue but have had no reply so be warned that it looks like if you want a flutter in the UK bookmakers can restrict,close your account and steal your balance and there is no apparent means to stop the practice

tried to join last week. filled in details and got all confirmed on screen. went to log in and says account suspended. tried to reset password with email and says theres an error. so mailed them requesting assist and never heard back. sent another email today and eventually got 2 line reply that they need id. doesnt sit with me poor customer service and i aint even deposited yet…not gonna happen

I was playing twister on the poker software and i managed in two days and 2 nights to create a bankroll from 20 euros to 800. The third day when i started playing i was losing every single one twister in the most ridiculous, unrealistic,rigged way possible. Out of nowhere suddenly the low stacker on the table managed to make the greatest comeback of his life in the most innacurate way. Its like when you are about to finish the player holding the strongest hand, he hits the board he wished. It’s like at some point you are just constantly make you lose. I like tote for couple reasons. Single bet markets only. Tote place pot. Old school betting one thing I don’t like is you can’t take SP. That’s a big no no when comes to online betting. Many horses drift in the bookies favours especially favs at the start.

Pirates! I did a welcome offer with this lot. Never bothered again until one day I was checking my list of bookies to see what funds I had in each and when I tried to log in, a message came up saying my account had been closed. Why? This company is registered and operated from Malta so beware of submitting personal data as they may not have the same data protection standards as UK. Submitted my UK driving licence (valid with the DVLA) when asked by RaceBets for verification. A few minutes later received a message saying they could not accept my licence as it was out-of-date. (verified by DVLA that it was in-date and currently valid) Then was asked to submit alternative verification such as a utility bill which I did! Again, I received a message from RaceBets that they could not accept this but did not give a reason. Up to that point I had spent a lot of time during the verification process and simply gave up in disgust. Personally I believe their verification process is a scam to entice people to give as much data as possible then probably promulgate it on to a Third Party so BEWARE.

I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I didn’t understand why they would be needing bank statements from an account that I never made a deposit to the website from. I was so excited about my 700.00 winnings right before Christmas and like most other people out there obviously had made plans on how and who I would be spending my winnings on for Christmas that I was eager to send all documentation that was required in order to recieve my funds. I had done this at least a half a dozen times In all different formats and sizes and it was always rejected. Never did recieve any of my funds to date. The website locked me out of my account denying me any access to my account or funds and still to date wouldn’t let me access my account or funds. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have. And along have seized my 700.00 winnings that I originally tried to withdrawel. Are casino websites allowed to seize money that doesn’t belong to them? Are they legally aloud to fraud and steal hard working single mothers and fathers money? Signed up to this website,my verification was easily sorted and had no issues regarding refunds/withdrawals, but they literally Rob people in their slot machines. I would strongly suggest avoiding this site. I signed up and claimed the bonus deposit. It was showing in my account, but it was just showing as “initiated” and not “active”. I emailed support asking to activate it for me, and literally emailed them back and forth about 8 or 9 times before they finally relented and activated it. I am sure they do this with everybody! It sounded rehearsed. Blatant scam!The reason they gave was “You had to email us before you placed any bets. Now that you’ve placed a bet, I can’t activate your bonus.” Uhh, what?It was only after I said I’ll be forwarding our email to the gambling commission that they finally said they’ll make an exception. Ive had my account for just over 3 weeks now. I have had zero problems with them. My Account wasVerified is about 4/5 hrs. I have made many deposits and withdrawals with no problems at all. By the sounds of it, others have had the exact same problem as me. They terminated my account without me even placing a bet after opening an account, and like the others say, after taking my personal information. Didn’t even realise that was a thing that companies do, maybe they can use it for certain advantages. When I e-mailed them they just said they can’t provide any further information as to why the account has been closed. The same company own Yabo and they did the same with my account there, although that one was open for a month or so. As they haven’t given a reason for the closure I presume they only want people who spend £100 upwards a day (and lose the money) otherwise it’s not worth it for them. As mentioned in other comments, it could also be so they can use your personal information.

Tried to register with them, they required a bank statement and driving license. A bit pushy but alright they’re not the only bookie that requires that and I can see why they would, so I submit the documents and two days later I get an email saying they have been rejected because they don’t accept the high resolution colour scanned documents and want photos instead? What the hell?Looking through the other reviews I can see I dodged a bullet anyway, I’ll take my money to other more trustworthy sites.
