Crooks. Deposited twice , won that same amount back and withdrew it, then get an email saying my accounts been shut down because I had made another account which I don’t remember doing… and then they only refund me half of my first deposit. Emailed customer service and got the same email as before just they had highlighted part of their guidelines in bold, stating they “have the right to withhold any transaction” Absolutely awful, thieving lowlife scumbags, don’t give them your money for nothing

I want to rate 4 stars but the withdrawal times are madness. Games are great and i do love playing on this site, however waiting 3/4 days for a Skrill withdrawal is insane when the site indicates 6-24 hours.I know there is a caviat that advises 3-5 days for them to process withdrawals however when other sites can withdraw into my account in less than half an hour, with the same games and RTP it outs a huge downer on LV!

I quite like this casino, the layout and design is nice to use. I was lucky enough to have requested a withdrawal of £2000, I read beforehand about the 72 hour thing so I’m about 24 hours in. The only thing I would criticise at the moment is that there are no update emails on withdrawals, I.e withdrawal request received etc.Will hopefully receive my winnings in the next 48 hours.

I have been with LV Bet a bit, got auto verified. Deposited quite a bit, lost it. Won a bit back, slammed with documents. I’ve sent all the documents and still waiting a response. Withdrawal is taking forever, I want to receive it asap.Not to mention I have 2 bets on virtual sports which are stuck in the open bets tab, both of which have won and I’m STILL waiting for a response. Signed up today and was blocked during registration for no reason. I spent over an hour on live chat trying to resolve what went wrong with the registration process only to be deflected and stonewalled at every turn. I emailed the help desk and have been ignored there too. Quite frankly with customer service like that they can go to the wall.

anyone reading this do yourself a favour. LV like many other backstreet bookies are gangsters. i havn`nt lost any money to them as i have made the mistake of signing up to other gangster firms like them. stich with hills and ladbrokes, paddy power, bookies you see in the high street etc. dont let these chancers tempt you in with free bet upon deposit. because if you read enough of reviews you will know what i am telling you. Finally i think people like this should be traced and tracked down and put behind bars,the lot of them.

I found this telegram group named hunk_crypto alias name hunk rahul. They took 11K from me to put a bet on games and told us that will receive money 10-15 times. I send the amount I asked for it. Then they send me a message stated that you have won a bet with 143556 rupees against your bet. But their team asked for 15% to pay a s commission before starting withdrawals. I asked but they said without paying commission they will not start the process.I paid that amount and they share me snapshot of paymnet started from their UPI.But after sometime didn’t received anything. So I chat again with them but again same thing asked for more money to pay the GST charges against winnings money. I denied that and informed them but they are not ready to sort out. I dont know what to DO now. I know I lost the money and dont know will get it or not.. this people are some kind fraudsters.I Hope this will help someone before doing anything.

This is a good bookie… if you lose.In case you win and want to withdraw your winnings, they cancel your withdrawals and ask for a ton of documents, which they reject.The gambling comission states that you should request the documents BEFORE you customer asks for a withdrawal. In case you think this is “standard procedure for all casinos”, IT IS NOT.

Awful company. Deposited money. 2 weeks ago. It credit to my account. No problems. Took a while but was fine with that. 2 weeks later I check bank balance. I’m 50.00 overdrawn. Nothing been pending in my account to show the money hadn’t been deducted already. Random that it pops up without being pending 2 weeks later. After being debited from my account ages ago. Dodgy. LVBet do not give feedback why declining credible uploads. If you see below they say need to send through photo of bank card, obviously one use on account. I have sent both sides of bank card (covering some numbers as requested – 3 times! still declined!They are either Not reading what’s sent, or don’t understand basic UK banking.Latest:given up, just had Bank statement declined (showing; name, address, date – 2 weeks ago, from a leading UK bank!).Also payment means declined, sent photo of card for account I’ve had for 10 years!Gone back to Ladbrokes and GentingVerified by all major casinos within hours, but this one!! Awful, awful, awful company. Charges 3% to withdraw deposits not fully wagered. Really?? How many respectable bookies do that?? Signed up to use the formula 1 risk free bet promotion only to be told by support I’m not eligable.
