I had accidentally signed up without applying a promotion when I did which meant I missed out on this. I messaged the customer service team who were very efficient in sorting this out and applied this to my account no questions asked.

No problems with verification etc. The site algorithms are dysfunctional. No matter how quickly I attempt to deposit, the transaction times out. 5 times yesterday, 4 times today. Cheap site, cheap IT systems. I'll stick with Smarkets and Betfair in future. Not worth the aggravation.
