I play on many different sites and this one has to be the worst.The slots are terrible. £450 and not one bonus.I honestly have never experienced anything like it. I will stick to pub casino and all British casino from now on. I have now closed my account as I honestly feel like I have just been scammed.Never again.

I had help from a lovely chap called Robert. It proved quite difficult to reset my password. I had to do 4 attempts while Robert was patiently waiting. I even did a screenshot of my screen revealing my password, which he then told me about and reassured me he had deleted it. Thank you for the help and patience yesterday, Robert! It was much appreciated - now I can access my account.

Unfortunately has a bug in the system - if you cash out early when you make accidental lay bet. Then when you try and reapply it - it plays a back bet! Unacceptable as lost my money

Recently I took a time out for 7 weeks purely because I have visitors and don’t want to be rude and distracted by being on my phone betting.But all what’s happened is Matchbook are being rude!Wanted to know my betting strategy soon after the time out?Also stop my access to the account within a day of my time out being up.Then saying I had exceeded my limit? Yet only place £10 and had a limit of £5000.It’s all this out of the blue action without giving notice which drive punters mad.They obviously think this is acceptable way to treat a customer.I wouldn’t bother with them. Seem randomly and chaotically interrupt your gambling under the guise promoting responsible gambling. Complete opposite affect having on me, I feel deterred now from having responsible time outs like I have just taken. So unprofessional! Going to report them to the gambling commission for harassing me after a time out request!

Every time I try and get matched a few quid it goes unmatched and have to take ten ticks less. And that's on the big greyhound races on a Friday nights only wanting a bullseye on. Absolutely dreadful liquidity . Was hoping to use them as alternative to SBK or Betfair but that won't be happening Even worse are the people w running the email/chat but who don't have a clue about gambling. You email them asking about why no liquidity and they don't have a scooby what you're on about

The exchange is fine, with a decent interface.MBZero, on the other hand is.. problematic. They now prevent me from placing bets, presumably because I won too much. They don't explain and this is 100% like bookie gubbing.So basically they only allow you to bet if you're losing money. So know that if you're still able to place bets there it's because they believe you'll lose more than you win...

Probably counts as one of the worst experiences I have had online. Their ineptitude is breathtaking from the point where I tried to sign up as a user of Matchbook to the point where they decided to close the account that never got off the ground due to their complete clumsiness in dealing with customer needs.It has taken no less than 4 days to get nowhere with them. It is impossible to speak to a human being and their customer service, live chat, compliance are off the chart when it comes to looking after their customers. One star is one star too many for these people.Knowing that they are custodians of their customers money is frightening.I would avoid: there are others out there who can only be better.

I was playing matchbook casino but every time I tried to place a bet everything was rejected. I deposited £370 in total and after my issues I decided to withdraw.That's when they started demanding explanations and they are still holding my funds. They told me there is not any issues with the live roulette when there clearly is. Update I have since received my funds thanks

The worst site you will ever play avoid at all costs. Will not load games also gameplay is extremely poor. Customer service uselss. I joined Matchbook when I saw an advert to get £50 in free bets when you bet £50. I now wish I hadn’t as Matchbook have scammed me.I signed up and placed the £50 in bets and then expected to be awarded the free bets the next day, however when that didn’t happen I contacted their customer service.They told me that I had joined Matchbook via an affiliate link and was therefore ineligible for the free bets. I explained to them I’d simply seen an advert and had no idea about an affiliate link. I also explained that they had accepted the GET50 code without any warning that I had entered when I signed up, that is specifically for this offer.I went on to explain that they also did not make any indication when I placed the bets that they were ineligible for the welcome offer that I had specifically signed up for. They basically said tough luck you’ll get nothing, we don’t give a sh@t, these are our T’s and C’s. It’s an incredibly sly way to do business, I would trust them about as far as I could throw them. So to conclude they have ads that contain links making you ineligible for the promotions the ads are advertising.Their signup pages are completely inadequate in that they will accept promotion codes you are ‘ineligible’ for. They could easily add code on their website that a GCSE student could program, that would reject promotion codes that you are not eligible for when signing up.Their customer service really do not care, they just hide behind T’s and C’s. There are many other better exchanges and bookmakers out there that are honest and I would really recommend going to one of them.

This web site cannot be under uk license . They seized my money i complanied to license. Middle of the night they asked me which ip do you use. I replied them uk one i live in the uk . So they locked my account adn said wait for reply from us. no reason they locked my account i cannot acces s. i cannto access my balance aswell. its their tactic keep my money there i cannot login they use my money for their favor. this is scum and thieft

Takes too long to get verified. They don't bother checking through documents. They ask for the same documents I already sent to them and take days to respond all the while I'm waiting until I get verified before I place a bet.

Customer Service argue with you via email and won't admit they're every wrong. Nothing is ever their fault even when it is. And no matter how much aggro the site causes they refuse to give you a free bet. Sorry no free bets will be credited. They act like it's their own money won't use again

Every dealing I have had with Matchbook has been positive. They have always sorted out any issues and been really helpful. You get to speak to real people who don't stick to a generic scrip which is nice as you feel listened to rather than fobbed off. Really great betting platform.

Same old same old. Took there Casino for a substantial sum and then they demand documents. They also asked me to explain my trading strategies and how I consistently win on their exchange. Luckily I managed to withdraw my funds before they had chance to steal back there losses like they have clearly done to others on here. They blame the gambling commissioner but can't explain why this does not have to be done until your winning. Imagine going for a Mortgage and them giving you the money then 6 months later wanting you to show your affordability. Exactly makes zero sense does it. Nothing but a bunch.

Was extremely happy with them and had laid thousands of bets with them over the last couple of years. I was so happy with them that I completely ignored a friend who told me that they had placed a lay bet but it had turned into a back bet in this exchange. I just assumed my friend had made an error and was simply frustrated, until exactly the same thing happened to me, resulting in me losing at a bookmaker and at the exchange. Nothing I can do without having actually filmed the placing of the lay bets. But I will stop using them now as I am 100% sure I made a lay bet and the fact that Ive made thousands of such bets without incident proves, to me anyway, that I know how to place lay bets.

Matchbook has blocked my account without explanation of a reason or an opportunity to resolve any issues. My account had several open bets, which I couldn’t access and lost my money as a result of this. The customer support service couldn’t help me saying that I would need to file a complaint which is considered for 8 weeks.
