Used to love matchbook. However took away my 0 percent commission because i accidentally layed a bet by too much and then placed a back bet to counter this. And they wanted proof this was a matched bet.

Your verification process was exasperating, poor communication, took much too long to process and I was very frustrated at having my NEW account blocked within minutes of opening it, not happy at all

Requested to increase my deposit limit by £25 a month. Matchbook support stated they couldn’t do this without a new bank statement and proof of earnings, essentially wanting to gather information they really don’t need. Unprofessional and would avoid if you’re considering opening an account with them both smarkets and betfair are superior options.

I have been using Matchbook for nearly 6 years and I have never encountered any issues except forbidding one of my favorite methods for deposit. Withdrawals are very fast. The only downside is that they could offer more markets, also, some of them have a low liquidity. Matchbook ZERO is perfect idea.Anyways, great experience!

My new favourite. Withdrawals are extremely fast though and markets not bad at all I emailed customer service during Cheltenham races and got a reply within five minutes. Excellent The only small downside is no live feed on foreign football unlike BF which is why only 4 stars.

Hey guys, has anyone had any issues placing lay bets in running and them disappearing..today I placed a lay bet pressed confirm then continue. At the end of the race the lay bet was missing costing me money …please leave a reply if this has happened to you ..I’m dumbfounded by this incident .to me it makes the site completely unusable.

Besides not having as great liquidity as the biggest exchange, Matchbook is excellent in every way. And their promotions are much better than the other exchanges. I hope they go on to become massive!

Joined as a new customer with the promise of a 100% deposit match and 50 free spins. Deposited £20 and got no joining bonus. Chat agent had the cheek to ask if had a copy of the offer!!!! . It was a CLEAR offer on Facebook. No attempt to give me any joining bonus so I cancelled my account. PATHETIC casino ..DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE.

DO NOT USE!!!Absolute scammers. First, their “promotion” of 100% bonus on casino is a big SCAM. They say you need to spin x40 to get your spins bonus but you don’t, they constantly add a new condition and you end up losing your money. Second, they impose a deposit limit to you, without asking for your permission, and when you try to remove it or change it, they ask for payslips and bank statements?? They are not a loan company, these are off limits. If i want restrictions, my bank will happily do it. Third, I tried to withdraw all of my balance and I can’t. They want me to withdraw 1p under for “decimal rounding” reasons. Why does it show a certain amount if I can’t withdraw it?

Very solid platform overall with things working good and withdrawals processed on time. Should look to expand a bit the coverage of sports, the 2% commission is also a con.Was a customer for many years and had good experience with them and passed their Financial due diligences twice before. But the latest round was just a bit too much for me. The level of scrutiny is just beyond reason. Where every transaction you’ve ever made they want a statement for. For example if you play at other betting sites you need to provide statements of the bank account that came from (clearly you can’t provide bank statement for a betting company), if you transfer money to friends or have some other income sources beyond a regular job those also are hard to provide enough information for them to be satisfied. So ultimately unfortunately had to close the account instead the back and forth with their audit team that are mostly useless.

seems like it is not a flexible platform when it comes to matters of account login and recovery options, there options are just limited and the customer support cant figure out a way to help its clients because how comes you get locked out of the account even if you know the password to your accout, claim to see a passport biometrics who told you all of the people globally have access to such. such a dissapointment on my part.

I like Matchbook but there could be a wider range of sports and events to wager on. I also couldn’t delete an old debit card and add a new one so I could deposit without downloading the app. I will keep using Matchbook however as I like the the layout and customer service/live chat is better than other exchanges imo.
