Long explanation but to keep short they, through no fault of my own took money out of my account causing account to go overdrawn! I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Unpleasant people to deal with generally.There is no shortage of book makers so within a few hours Ive withdrawn my business. Avoid this place or play at your own risk. Terrible place.

Well, here is my story.
I went in for some gambling and saw an campaign that would give up to 200kr back if u payed today and lost.

well i thought, thats what im gonna do.. allthough i though iam only gonna use 100 kr.. But i said nah, its okay.. atleast i get all the 200 back and can play for 400 all together..

BUT – when i finally lost the money, the cashback was not available..
All of a sudden, its gone, allthought everything seems fine.. Then i contacted the support, and they could see that something was wrong.
The answer was: Well we need to contact our boss to get the payment accepted.
2 days after i havent heard from them, i decided to contact them. and guess what?
nothing had happend, the same happend. we need contact our boss and sorry we forgot about your ticket and so on…
well im on day 4, and guess what.. I had the exectly same answer again today..

Im guessing im never gonna se my money.

Conclusion:
Do not trust MR. Green – the steal your money and use thier "service" to prolong the tricket so i give up.

such a bad exeperince, i will allways do my best to never recommend anyone to use a cent on thier site.

Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn't completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn't good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn't waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out

Every transaction with Mr Green removes funding from the NHS ! You see Mr Green has registered his business in Malta where he pays no tax on overseas business . Not only the NHS suffers , Schools , Social Housing , Care Homes , environmental projects , etc etc , And ALL honest companies that pay UK taxes . However this loophole is closing soon and I hope it puts Mr Green out of business .

So I tried my hand in online gambling, because casino's are still closed.

First few withdrawels and deposits no problem. But when i won 1000% of my orignal deposit, they wanted documentations. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.

If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don't ask for more private info. Just tell me you don't want to pay me and can get away with it because you are based in another country.

At least that way I won't have a bad aftertaste in my mouth knowing these scammer got all my private info…

And no, costumer service does not help me even after dozens of e-mails.

My advice guys, is to wait for proffesional casino's to open again in your area. But Mr. Green is not an option for a fun time. Great option if you have a fetish for being scammed.

If I could give these a zero then I would. Please don’t waste your money. They will refuse to give you your winnings after making you pay to withdraw and then lie to you afterwards about the status of it. They seriously don’t know what they are doing and the customer service advisors will happily disconnect if you try and resolve problems. I was told that my withdrawal had been processed from one advisor and then 5 minutes later told by a different one that I needed to send in My bank statement ! Even thought my account is fully verified. AVOID AVOID AVOID

They never paid me me my welcome lile I received with all of the other bookies. Further the minimum withdrawal is 30 euro and they only allow you to withdraw in round euro amounts. Avoid at all costs

I gambled with Mr Green for a while nearly a year. The returns were never fantastic but I convinced myself ( as we all do ) that my luck would have to change.
In 1 session I spent £1500 with absolutely no win bigger than £100.
This return is appalling !!

I understand completely that I’m the fool in this but I urge others to think twice before spending their hard earned cash with this site.

To add insult to injury and after many months of only spending what I can afford; they, without notice place limits and restrictions on my account !! Whilst also asking me to provide proof of funds. I’m by no means rich but as a business man I’m more than able capable of budgeting my own money.

After seeking advice and checking statistics i’m confident that after spending £1900 over just 2 periods of gambling I should of definitely seen a better return than £100 !!

I will in due course be requesting my game play history to include in my complaint to the gambling commission.

In the meantime I’ve shut my account down and I suggest you guys do the same.

Mr Green is a flashy and attractive casino site that draws you in. I won significantly less than I would expect off the slots and realised this was a bottomless pit I wouldn't waste any more money on.

I was disgusted that Mr Green charges you just to withdraw your OWN money. No other site I use does such a thing. I would recommend sticking to PokerStars at least they don't try this underhand tactic.

I think Mr Green should be fined much more than £3million . UK gambling companies announced £14 BILLION was taken from UK gamblers in 2019 AFTER wins were paid out . Studies suggest that gambling drives between 250 to 650 UK Citizens to end their own lives . That's not good is it .

Awful.
Haven't been on the site for months, if not maybe a year. I have a new card, no option anywhere in the deposit section to add a new card, so I went on chat only to be asked "May I ask why you don't use your old card?"
Bit personal I thought, but ok, so I explained why. Also explained it's to the same bank, no worries I thought.
Anyway, I was promptly told until I can prove that I have a new card & show doc's, statements etc I can't add it/play on site.
Absolute joke, nowhere have I ever known this, never. What online casino these day's doesn't have a "add new card" option!?

I've completely had it with them. Their bonus system is so buggy that often free spins/bonuses etc. aren't applied automatically like they're supposed to be, so you end up having to contact customer service but you may as well not bother. They respond quickly to support tickets and pretend to pass things on to the relevant department but then you never hear from them again. Woeful.

Had a couple of sports bets on the donkies to try out the sportsbook, one came in for nearly £1k profit, next day i tried to place another bet – already limited to less than £10 a bet, after 3 bets and 1 big win… jokers

Also this is the 21st century, withdrawal fees are a pee take, considering i hit withdraw and within 10 mins its back in my bank account all done by the wonders of modern technology and visa direct… why u need to charge £10 to withdraw a £1000 when 99% of places will do it for free…
