When you send the bank statements, they ask for “payslips,” which my job does not provide! There are many complaints that N1 Casino steals clients’ money. This was one of the most terrifying experiences in payout ever! They kept asking for more and more information from my bank. They acted as if they wanted to see all my bank details. I was asked to make a copy of my card as proof and it was an old card where the ink on the letter was worn off. They didnt accept it and when I explained why, They told me to ask my bank for a new card :OI played and won on the 29th and they asked for proof of transaction for when I played on the 23rd.I think they found every way to delay … and it’s not even that much of a win.

I only registered because of a competition collaboration with Nix Adams and N1. In order to enter you needed to register then deposit $30. The registration process was tedious waiting for my payment to process took ages to load so I exited before it showed ‘payment processed or confirmed’ I tried again, same result. When I went back the following day my payment was lodged twice!! I didnt win the competition so thought that I might as well play. The returns was extremely low $60 gone within 1/2 an hour. How frustrating!!! Deleting my account after this review. Be careful dont download this app!
