Made a deposit of 20€. Played a few hours,made a withdrawal of 200€. Then continued to play and my account got temporary suspended. Of course support team couldn't answer my question why and no information in the email or whatsoever. That said I'll get answer in my email the next day. So I requested withdrawal for the rest amount of 100€. Didn't get anything in the email the next day. So went to check my account. And guess what?!?!? My account is blocked! Reason? My country is forbidden. Even though there was an option to choose this country upon registration. So they just blocked my account to not pay my winnings. They said they will return my deposit but seeing all the reviews I really doubt that

This casino thought to me always check trustpilot or similar sites before signing up to anything involving money, for a start I had to go through what everyone else did to withdraw which was back and forths of every personal detail you can imagine, including bank statements from over a year ago at my last address (no joke), every card I tried (2 cards in total, 1 bank transfer) got declined for vague reasons and each time I had to jump through verification hoops until I could finally do a bank transfer to my revolut, this whole process took around a monthAlso the bonuses are complete scams to keep you locked in, once I copped that I'd have to over 100x (forget if that's what it was, but you get the point that it was statistically extremely unlikely) my deposit to withdraw the bonus so I had to throw away 80 euro i'd won to remove the wagering requirements and just play with my real money to which I won 150 moreIt was when I came back a couple of weeks later and won a further 350 euro off them (up roughly 400 euro from them now) to which hours later I got banned for no reason and every time I asked why I was given a vague "we can't talk about our internal decisions". I did get my money in the end and the fact that them being down only 400 euro was enough to perma ban me tells me that they mainly rely on suckers not reading the wagering requirements and losing all their money on the fact they'll never be able to reach the rollover and people that get fed up with the withdrawal process (they make it so that it's possible so they can't get done by any regulatory body but also in a way that it's infuriating) and end up gambling what's left in their account and never withdrawingIf you're reading this I hope it's before creating account but if you've already made one and made your way here after attempting a withdrawal good luck and don't give up

They ask you about a verification 6 months back, bank statements, pay slips and even when you upload everything they still don't approve your withdraw request. The chat say everything is ok, try now, you try and again you request is cancelled and the same circle starts again. It's because laundering the money through the casino they said .... come on people I put 20 euros and I won 100.. do you really think I would launder 20 euros???. Every time I was asked to upload a document that was already in my profile, uploaded like 2 days ago. Don't put money in this casino, they don't pay!! Just an advice :). I closed my profile, close yours also before it's too late!

Well, I made a deposit of € 80 and won a small sum and wanted to withdraw it and it turned out that they wanted some additional verification, even though my account was verified, some statements from 6 months, employment statuses with confirmation, no embarrassment. More reputable casinos like Unibet, Betsson Betssfe, Videoslots do not require such a thing. I do not recommend this casino, they keep making it difficult to pay out with verification. Don't put your own money there because you will lose your nerves.

They are quick to accept deposits but do not approve withdrawals. The game's bonuses have paid out literally $0 more than three times. The customer service on their support chat is terrible. They request a thousand documents and once all are provided they continue to find other bogus excuses. I won $2000 and have not been paid my money. After complaining they confiscated the funds and closed my account so I am no longer able to log in. I filed a complaint with the MGA and am waiting to hear back. THIS IS A ROGUE CASINO. DO NOT PLAY HERE.
