Nothing wrong but Netbet just stole my money so careful guys when you play with this casino, poor customer service, they don’t have contact phone number, they don’t have a manager or supervisor, all the time they said I will contact you but nothing!!! No recomand stay away from this casino !!!

I recently joined this site, and had issues that affected my account and some things I didn’t understand about the site, I used the support services chat provided here, and was assisted in a matter of minuted, under 3 minutes actually. A suggestion, if the site could also provide sport betting, I know a lot of people would love to sign up

Has anyone had the issue where its offered me a cash out on my bet, but when I’ve gone to cash out it comes up with an error message! Match not found or something? It’s happened multiple times now on this site, I don’t see what the problem in.

Update 05/02 – now 15 days. Still no resolution. I was informed I was being made the priority 3 days ago by the customer service manager. This experience has been so bad, it’s beyond words. Shocking!! Update 02/01 – now 12 days ago. Still no resolution. Email responses from both customer service and complaints section, stating this is not an issue for either of them to deal with. Instead it’s with the correct team and will be dealt with ASAP. Talk about lack of ownership, responsibility and customer service. Absolutely appalling. I asked for my account limits to be reviewed 10 days ago. With all documentation provided immediately to support this. Namely proof of income, ID, etc. 10 days on. This remains unresolved. With regular contact chasing up progress, I get the standard no frills reply “ Thank you for contacting Netbet. Our team re-escalated your case because we haven’t received any news so far. We apologize for the delay experienced and for the inconveniences created, and want to thank you for your patience so far.”The issue has been re-escalated five times now, with no response. The service is shockingly poor and unprofessional. Complete and utter waste of time. When they do finally review my account, I’ll have long left and taken my custom elsewhere!

Deposited £10, games kept glitching and crashing, got lucky once on slots and got upto £65. Tried to withdraw and they closed my account stating I had more than one account with them, which I don’t.

I don’t understand how people gave 5 star rating to this company. No doubt they have wide range of sports and markets . The only drawback in the company is their slow process of withdrawal. Sometimes they process it in 24 hours and sometimes it is taking more than a week time. Their website it shows withdrawal process time 24H-48H which is not true . I am surprised my latest withdrawals are processed earlier than the ones i made a week before.

The site itself offers loads of games to try & new games are updated often. The interface on the site for me has been okay to be fair no lag or anything whilst playing games… Customer support can be tricky it randomly goes offline during normal uk business hours which isn’t so good if you need to speak to someone.. Now onto the withdrawals; I withdrew 100 & was processed next day and got the money to hit the bank that day too ? Great! Then I won 5k with a deposit of 1K basically & they say the processing times may take slightly longer because of the amount of win? Due to them verifying the wagers which led to the win.. hmmmm ok no problem but at least specify a time frame but in all fairness I don’t understand why if I win 100 it gets processed at a quicker rate & if I win 1000 it has to take longer.. Overall good site though nothing crazy wrong here just abit slow sometimes on withdrawals I shall wait for mine

Where i do start!! The site is terrible, glitchy and overall crap! They’re quick enough to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing your money is a different kettle of fish! After Several attempts I gave up. It says the account number is incorrect and after trying 2 different cards id had enough! I Tried contacting the customer service team and the gift that keeps on giving says the agent is offline. I was forced to spend the money in the end after failed attempts of trying to withdraw it. I tried to log into Netbet using my email address that I’ve had for at least 15 years and was told that no account existed linked to that email address. This confused me as I thought I’d had an account previously but thought I must have closed it. So, I set up a new account using all my correct personal details, email, phone etc. and at no time did I receive a warning that I may already have an account. Deposited £100, wagered on slots and eventually ended up with a balance of £143. Requested a withdrawal and waited for my money. Next day, tried to log in and Account Closed flashed up. When checking with Netbet support, they said I needed to submit verification documents which I did. 1 week later, I receive an email saying that they had found evidence of multiple accounts and that therefore they would not be paying the withdrawal. So, Netbet fail to check my details when I register and when I deposit £100 but when they have to pay out, they suddenly decide not to. Bunch of crooks. Avoid at all costs!

There is a fair few low reviews which I can’t really seem to understand. Look I’m not daft, a casino / online gambling site is exactly what it says it is. It’s a gambling site, of course it’s going to be slightly sided to the house that’s just how it works and you’ll never find a casino that isn’t. But in all honesty, I’ve had nothing but enjoyment on NetBet, sure i’m lost my fair share but I’ve certainly won quite generously a fair bit more! That’s more than I can say for any other of the big name sites such as betfred, 32red and so on. I would 100% say that this site is much more fair and kind the player than any other I’ve been on. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would do.

Been using netbet for years without much problems. 3 months ago netbet decided to put a £50 a month limit on my account without justifying or explaining anything? After speaking with customer service (if you call templated responses speaking) I’ve literally gave up trying get them to tell me why. £50 a month is chump change so I’ve taken my business elsewhere. And like most other 1* reviews I’m sure netbet are going to get this review taken down. Anyway, netbet has sh!t odds on their sports, low rtp on their slots and the website is like browsing something from the early 2000’s.To all newbies to netbet, don’t bother they aren’t worth it

Guys don’t waste your time registering with this company. Like the review below me these clowns have given me a deposit limit of £11 a week which is ridiculous and have asked them to increase this on the 02/11 which was 2 weeks ago and despite repeated emails asking for an update it’s not been increased so have decided to close the account.Also the withdrawal process is pretty slow compared to other companies, I was able to withdraw but think it took around 24 hours to process but once it was then it hit my account in a a few hours so only reason I’m giving 2 stars otherwise would have been one due to the £11 deposit limit lol

I have been with netbet for a while. I typically deposit through the boku option so the withdrawal option is very bank transfer.I recently closed my account with Santander and opened a new account with starling. I processed 2 withdrawals, specifically providing the bank details for my starling account but someone can’t read too well and sent my withdrawals to a closed account with Santander!!!!!Why ask for the name of the bank, sort code and account number during the withdrawal process if you don’t bloody read the request. I am beyond pissed off and have raised a complaint!!!!

Really can’t understand the relative high review points this site gets. There are lots of negatives and very few positives. The site is not a scam as some of the reviewers below will have you believe – no doubt losing casino customers – but it doesn’t offer anything that you can’t get elsewhere a lot better.The biggest negative is the painfully slow (in this day and age) withdrawals. 24-48 hours to “process” your request, whatever that means and then the time waiting for it to actually hit your bank. The odds offered on the sportsbook are invariably terrible in relation to their competitors and the range of available markets, especially in play, is again way off what their competitors offer.A positive is the chat is quick and easy and you actually get through to an English speaking human being without having to dodge bots and endless questions to get there.All in all there is NOTHING that this site offers that you can’t get better, bigger and quicker elsewhere. Four and five star reviews are baffling.

Seems this company makes it difficult to make a withdrawal. Deposits via PayPal are instant, but when you ask to withdraw funds, they not only want your bank details but ask for your private bank statements. Avoid
