Majority of good reviews here are by people with 1 review, fake reviews? Gambling sites have more losers than winners, which means they can expect two stars at best from trustpilot. My experience is as follows. The games just don’t pay out bonuses often enough, I’ve wagered £150 on 20p spins on book of the Irish. No bonus yet. I’ve wagered £200 on 40ps on centurion megaways – No bonus yet. That’s just absurd compared to bookies and other sites online. I’m currently waiting for a measly £30 withdrawal via wire transfer and it’s taking ages! Been 4 days.

Have been with Netbet for some time.Have won and lost bets and made several deposits and withdrawals.After requesting a small withdrawal recently, they have emailed requesting a copy of my bank statement.As I understand it, as per the Gambling Commissions guidelines, they should not be doing this:excerpt:17.1.1 – Customer identity verification2. A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier. This requirement does not prevent a licensee from seeking information on the customer which they must obtain at that time due to any other legal obligation.

This site is a scam, they returned my won bets. I bet in first set table tennis odd 1,72. After my player won match they returned my bets. If it was a loss, they certainly wouldn’t refund anything, scammers !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will never use this casino again..deposited £20 played half way through and then tell me I can’t play no more…shouldn’t of let me deposit in the first place…they sent me an email saying they can’t do business with me at the moment didn’t mention about refunding my money and the balance what I had when I was playing…very bad.. will not recommend 😡😡😡

Placed two bets with odds of 6.5 and 10, after I placed them a few minutes later they changed the odds to 4.25 and 8, cannot access live chat to try and void them as it said agent offline and now the website is down for ‘maintenance’

I would absolutely recommend that you go elsewhere. I made a deposit and tried staking a few bets , their system repeatedly refused to accept bets on certain horses. It actually guided me to strike a few bets that I did not want to do , which does not seem right ! I appreciate that I did not need to do that but anyway I chose to withdraw the remaining balance of my money and it is just stuck processing , I have contacted them with no resolution , they just say you will get it back asap. The whole process of working with them has given me an uneasy feel and I would go as far as to say do not trust them! How they have so many good reviews is beyond me , a lot must be fake.

Updated review Deposited £20 won £60 had some tooing and froing and unfortunately as I’d used someone else’s PayPal (my fault) they couldn’t honour the win in all fairness to them they are following correct procedure The customer service were a bit slow responding however I believe if you were to play and follow t and c and make sure deposit with correct method you’d have a great time using the site as I enjoyed playing Some sites you can play £30 and win 10p I found the RTP on netbet to be fantastic and enjoy able to play as the wins matches the bets rather than just playing and not winning at all My personal experience is unique and if I continue to play I’m sure I wouldn’t have these issues in the future Just waiting on a response from CS if account can be reopened

Shows how flawed trustpilot reviews are when a company like this can get rated so highly..obviously they try and get bad feedback removed. Have you noticed how all the 5 star reviews are invited and mention how great customer service is? They’re a Bookmaker, why they mention of the really uncompetitive odds?They made me wait 6 weeks and then I was limited to £10 per 30 days ~ hahaha what an absolute embarrassment of a company you are. Take all the 5 star reviews with a healthy pinch of salt

Personally I’ve had a great experience with this firm, I deposited £20 and won over £1000 and was able to successfully withdraw it. Took a bit of back and forth to get all my documents uploaded and verified but the CS reps were super helpful. As a first time user I can’t fault them at all.

As per the majority of the reviews here, not what it says on the tin, a/c opened and first deposit made but no free bet received as per the welcome offer.Email message sent via the online help centre but no reply.Looking at every netbet response to poor reviews here – “please message us again with your a/c details so we can look into this further” – no, I won’t waste my time chasing what is a free bet owed by this company as the reviews here tell you that would be a waste of time.In comparison, as someone with practice of many accounts and online since 2005 this is the first time I have experienced this, it is poor practice and service.
