Have taken £10 out of my account but won't let me into the site without the intrusive questions and photos that they need. They shouldn't be allowed to do this, as far as I can work out you really need to avoid this company. Where the hell do you get off asking for photos of my bank cards and God knows what else joke. Return my £10 or will take you to court its theft.

Insist on seeing your bank statement (in full) alongside proof of income etc.

Dodgy website take your money scam site. Just deposited via my PayPal which cleared.however not in my Paypal. Go to live chat who messages sorry out of hours and closes the box instantly. This is at 11:05pm I will get a refund tomorrow and close. Shady website stay clear!

The sheer amount of hoops you have to jump through to withdraw winners is insane! Uploaded about 4 bank statements at this point and they are always wrong apparently. Will not rest until I get my winnings but I will definetly not gamble on this site ever again. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!

Don`t waste your time people, I deposited £40 as a new customer and received 30 free spins to which i won £3.09p. I only played on slots that I knew from previous Casinos that were decent payouts etc, but on NetBet it felt very different. I only played for 10p – 20p a spin and my money vanished in no time. You would swear I was coming of a Huge win on every spin, It just felt like theft. I have remaining free spins in the upcoming weeks (because they drip feed you the bonus) But I cant even be bothered because I already know from those 30 Free spins I will win only £3.50 at best, as a way to try and get me to deposit again. The worse company. I made a withdraw of 2400£ and never received my money. Before this I made several withdraws of 2-300£ and need had a problems. I gave them all the documents requested and never ever seen my money. Avoid at all costs. Rubbish people

Shocking. The hassle I went through to withdraw 10 pounds was ridiculous. The selections aren't even good. They set weird random maximum bet amounts on accumulators. Poor customer service. Poor everything.

I've noticed this company has stopped replying to people on here so anyway I deposit £400 to place a £200 tennis coupon the most it would accept was a £5 accumulator so I decided to withdraw my £400 as this isn't a real bookie or is a bookie with no balls so on withdrawal the now say they want a swift code an international bank account details I've provided all my identification this is truly a shambles of a site just trying to make quick money off addicts

Very poor payout system when winning over £200 !
Have complied with all requests for documents but something different every day for more evidence of ID etc.
I am starting to think this site has no intention of paying me. Pity cos I enjoyed playing.
Noticed others not happy too and one user went to an external body for help. Might do this if my winnings are not expedited.

Avoid this site at all costs! Signed up with this site this evening, they were happy to accept £500 plus deposits, I was then informed seconds before a big roulette win that I had exceeded my 'personal loss allowance', despite this setting being disabled in my preferences.

Well I have tried slots on here a few times and in all truth they are not fun and not for entertainment. I played 50 1pound spins several times and got 3 pounds biggest win. They really do need stopping. The RNGexcuse is no good anymore it is rigged for you to lose 100 percent rigged. Why do they employ phsycolagists to develop games if they are not rigged. Google it. Verification requires abit of attention … payouts could be speeded up … noticed popular games like ted or goonies are not in the slots menu … other than that its your bog standard betting site with the added extra of poker which can be enjoyable plus freerolls are quit often. 4 srars cos of the 1st couple points i made.

I joined Netbet a few months ago via a cashback app and they approved my cash award very quickly, when many other similar sites don’t even honour this.

I've got a bonus code and it didn't work, so I wrote to them about it.
And I got the bonus.
But it was for book of death, but the game aren't on the website. They sent me a link that apperently should work, but it doesn't

And the person i wrote to in the live chat, *harry" left me on read when i told him that I can't find the game…

I closed my NetBet account after receiving an email advising me to update my payment card details, only to find that the functionality to do so did not work. Using live chat I encountered one of the rudest people I have ever come across, was repeatedly cut off without solving the problem, and my account was then immediately closed without even an acknolwedgement when I asked for it, indeed with a non-zero balance. This particular live chat agent behaved as if he was being paid to lose as many customers as possible – he was so impolite that it was as if there was something the matter with him, such that he was consciously trying to annoy anyone who chatted with him as much as he could. Needless to say I am pleased to say that I will never go anywhere near NetBet.co.uk again.

Scam site avoid all positive reviews are they're own staff and affiliates the site is glitchy and slow. It also suddenly crashes when you spin probably so it scams you out of a win. Avoid at all costs you'll never withdraw nothing from this site. Also get on gamstop and avoid these sites altogether since covid there is no return to player when gambling you will lose your money 100% and then more.

Netbet are a total joke, I wish I never joined. Hard to navigate, been stung with a loss limit that I never asked for even though I can still deposit I can’t play (and I am waiting for my deposit withdrawals that I can’t use to process so I can just forget this joke of a company). Have had emails about free spins but they don’t know anything about it so now have to speak to marketing and come back to me, really don’t bother I’ll waste my money elsewhere.

A generous website that is let down by being very very slow and difficult to navigate. On top of that, whenever you try to exit a game you're prompted every single time to reconsider and carry on playing. I don't think this is responsible at all and flies in the face of what all gambling websites purport to do. That is to say act responsible and know your limits.

Still I think there's hope for the website and I hope they make changes to improve its design, speed and certain choices.
