I understand you win some – you lose some. You’d think it would be 50/50 but I have a 100% loss rate on net bet. Deposited £10 for a £7.50 bonus, wagered 10ps and didn’t get a single bonus round. ??? Are they turned off or something? No scatters no pay outs £17.50 gone in 10 minutes again.

Overall solid casino. There are a ton of games but I had some minor glitches with games closing on me now and again. Not terrible as progress is always saved.Hit a 200x bonus on a £2.50 bet which made up for my initial couple hundred quid of losses. In the end made a few hundred quid – the people complaining about losing and rigged/scams/etc. are likely just the normal degenerates who can’t handle when they lose! Deposit with Apple Pay was easy, my withdrawal is pending, if it takes more than 24 hours I’ll come update.

Compared to other casinos NetBet seems to have a very efficient verification process. They still do require the same documents as all the others but accept perfectly good documents without any fuss, which is a nice change to the recent verification processes I experienced elsewhere.I had never heard of NetBet until a friend recommended them to me but was surprised by the sheer amount and variety of games on offer and the layout and functionality of the website in my opinion is the best of any casino I have played with.The only disappointment I have so far is with the withdrawal times, which seem to be absurdly long. Why is it not possible to have instant withdrawals for fully verified accounts like what other companies offer. Having long withdrawal times along with the ability to cancel withdrawals just always seems to me like a shady tactic that casinos use in the hope that people reverse the withdrawal and end up losing it again. Instant withdrawal times are a big factor when deciding what casino or game I am going to play on.Aside from withdrawal times, absolutely would be a 5 star rating.

Not a great experience for me on netbet. Registered and deposited with no problems. Won enough for a withdrawal. Was asked for bank statements and provided them. Withdrawal was made 09/12/2024Received an email advising me that I already had an account on the netbet site and that my account was now closed. I had no recollection but after searching my emails found details of an account in 2015. An account from 9 years ago that is not even in use yet they close the account with pending withdrawal. No response or reply to my emails. 4 days and no withdrawal no communication not great service at all x

Been a customer about 6 months and my advice would be don’t bother with them. Bonus offers re sports and casino are very poor and although they will argue their games are random and tested the payout compared to other sites just does not compare or even add up not even close to be fair. Can’t see any pros to them but quite a few cons

Very poor overall. Very poor casino and sports bonuses in my view compared to other comparable betting sites. Horrendous payouts from my experience on games have raised it numerous times but they laugh complaints off no matter what ridiculous scandalous outcome occurs always just respond with cut and paste all games are random response. Really needs to be a sensible conversation re their games and a fully objective thorough independent investigation of them in my opinion from my experience. Pros of the company are they are excellent and very effective at taking deposits and money off customers.

So after begging for 3 days for my winnings they refused to give me I eventually had to explain to them that legally they had to release my funds and that they can’t legally ask for ID after you attempt to withdraw your winnings I finally got them, I understand there is process to go through but to demand keep sending in documentation is a disgrace after it was all correct the first time. Will never be using this casino again.

Avoid at all costs. Made an account with these in Feb started using a few weeks ago. Had some decent enough wins with them and always had the money within 8 hours or so. What has been recently happening during mid session they will start rejecting your bets over a certain level. This has happened on numerous days and different occasions. I deposited £53 today was fortunate enough to get up to £185. Then back down to £100, I put an £85 bet on red live table which landed on 18 red bet rejected. Again on black which landed on 31 black again rejected then another £50 bet same area which landed again rejected. Then I tried £30 bets which were smaller and they started accepting them but because the section I played had passed it resulted in me loosing. This in the last few days has cost me a fair amount. When I go to complain I am greeted by Max who could do nothing for me but tell me this is safer gambling regulations even though my account holds no restrictions. £85 is not breaking the bank is it. If I make a deposit I understand what my limit is to loose. When A company rejects bets mid session it is bare face cheating. Complaint registered and I will be taking it further with the necessary people. A full refund should be offered as this is not standard practice. Plus slots don’t pay had 5 bonuses 50p or higher highest amount I got was £22OVERALL AVOID, one to add to the ban list.
