Horrendous company. Rob, steal and cheat their customers.Stole £200 off me claiming they forgot to turn a market in play and so voided bet. They have no contact telephone number, no email address but only a sh1tty Live Chat service staffed by foreigners who leave you waiting 30 minutes for a reply and don’t understand English.Yes the company is that bad!Betfair and Paddy Power are run by the same people so stay clear of Paddy Power aswell.They are forced to advertise heavily on TV and Radio as no one has a good word to say about them, so they are looking to prey on the naive who have no idea how corrupt and unscrupulous they are.Do NOT join Betfair or Paddy Power as they will take your money and try to ruin your life. There is no proper regulation in the industry so they behave how they like, (see Football Index saga where over £100 million was stolen).

I logged into BetFred today for the second time… After winning on my first ever £10 I withdrew £80 but won around £100+ few days ago, I thought I would try again. I Baught a £1 scratch card and won £40. The money was in my account within few hours too. Well Happy with Betfred. Thank you.

What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Also Sportnation I hope you respond to this and I’ll throw the transcripts in for you too.

Worst site ever existed. For starters, sites always freezing where litterly you have to keep restarting your phone everytimr you come on this site as it messes with your whole Internet browser. Absolute joke it is. Most times it vN take up2 20 minutes from the minute your logged onto the site to play one lousy game for them only to get all your money from you. Crazy. Thousands I’ve deposited in the last 6 month alone and not once have I won over £90 in the whole year n half I’ve been with them. Their jokers. I will not be playing on here again.

It is really good, as I am using it from more then one years now, but the only thing which I am facing now days that whenever I am trying to deposit they keep my miney on hold for long tym as in for more then 10 days this is not acceptable, it is my money, yeah but all the other things are good, yes sometime they change bet as well but now onwards I have start taking screenshots, the only concern is deposit money sometime get stuck which they use to credit back after a long time, so mine is still stuck and waiting to be get credited in my account. When I asked for compensation they denied and now these days chat support is pathetic

After winning just 1 bet, they placed a limit on my account whereby I couldn't win more than £100 ❌

They fiddle with in-play bets and make the odds change so erratically it's impossible to place a bet in time before the odds change again ❌

If you try to withdraw, they lock up your funds for 2-6 days. This is basically a tactic to stop you from withdrawing – inevitably you'll then place more bets and have more chance of losing all your funds ❌

Out of all the betting sites I've used, this is the WORST by a LONG SHOT.

Joined about 5 months ago, they asked about my opinion so there you go honest opion.
Very poor casino offer deposit 20£ play 1£ per bet Didnt even win once lost about 200£ Just to try never won more than 20£ after bonus which is very rare scored it 2 Times. Site is very laggy welcome offer is rip off. Cashout only when you lose never when you win had acca 11 won 10 matches last match was 2:0 in my favor cashout blocked at the end it finished 2:2 but i coudnt withdraw about 3.300£ which is no sense, honestly avoid this site you will never be happy with this site which is very bad. Customer service never helps aswell you need to proove how much you earn and send a bank Statement which is bizzare. Extremelly not happy.

Casino offers are regular and worth doing and slots in general are reliable and entertaining. Deposits and withdrawals are prompt. Website response appears slow at times although my Internet speed is quite poor. All in all a good casino to play

Daylight Robbery – they won't pay back my winnings because they have taken deposits from ApplePay and I accidently used my daughters account (wrong phone) easily done, apparently, its not ok to use a 3rd party payment oh sorry, but its ok to take money from that source and close the account, whilst in mid conversation and refuse to pay back to it that card, the winnings – NOT TO MENTION BANK STATEMENTS!!!!!!!! Which they were provided with the card where they took cash from. Please don't respond asking for my details to look into your useless, just wanted to share with the world of trustpilot!!!

You sign up you win or lose as is normal but when it comes to withdrawing get ready for the amount of paper work needed you can get a mortgage with less details. Never known anything in my life ask for 6months worth of bank statements in a certain format, they want photo ID a photo of my bank card and utility bills and whatever you sen didn’t good enough. Great site and great games just ruined by that!

This website dose not deserve all the bad reviews I opened an account 3 days ago deposited £100 won 2000 on the live roulette and was paid in to my account today – 3 days later. I did have to send documents to get my account verified but was processed quickly. Also they took a £30 fee off my winnings for some reason but that's no big deal after winning 2k. Overall a great experience on this website I will have no worries about using them again.

Found this site to pay out really well , had a run of decent wins , you have to put in a fair bit and bet higher stakes , found blazing mammoth and starburst to pay out really well , one day I had 10 free spins on statburst in bonus funds this had a fairly high wagering requirement 50 x I believe , but with this small bonus I smashed the requirement and won over 1000 pounds from depositing no money , pay out was fast and had no problems receiving my money . If your going to only play 10p stakes you won’t win much , but if your prepared to take the risk , it seemed to pay off !

My 2nd Review of this Criminal Company, I just deposited a small amount to try it again, just to make sure. And yes its now considered rated my No1 Dodgy Corrupt Casino out of all the ones I've reviewed. 3 Bonus wins on Dog House and the biggest win was £2.80. and after that no matter what Slot I tried, every spin was DEAD!!!!!! Your live chat assistant Victoria was extremely helpful and a credit to your company though her abilities to satisfy customers requests are extremely limited due to the offers you lack. I would recommend daily free games that require no deposit as most gambling sites do. I’d also recommend giving your assistants the authority to administer good will free bets where necessary again to build customer relation. I would like to again compliment Victoria on her customer service she was awesome and very understanding!

I deposited £30 and withdrew £20, the next time I log in my account is limited, I have had too many special offers apparently and can't have any more. I think I had 2 betting offers which lost anyway and a few free spins which I didn't use because I couldn't figure out how to use them.

They employ people to devise offers to attract new customers, email you the offers and when you take them up they pay someone else to stop you accepting any more. I wonder how this company remains in business.

I haven’t played here long, but I didn’t have any issues to start other than them taking ages to verity my documents.

Yesterday I receive an email saying that if I deposit £20 or more and play it on a certain game I’ll get a chance to win cash or free spins.

I deposited £20 and played it through on the game. I didn’t get the bonus. I logged out and back in to a pop up message saying “sorry we have withdrawn bonuses from your account on Netbet you are no longer eligible for them”

I contact support who are useless and tell me basically hard luck!!

What shady, lying people these are!!!

Firstly why would you stop a certain player from being allowed any bonuses?, especially when they are new! And secondly why allow a player to deposit for a bonus and then turn around and say “you’re not having it now!”

The worst thing about my experience was them insisting on seeing my bank statement. I find this very intrusive. I told them to close my account immediately. There are other bookmakers that are far easier to deal with and won't ask you for a load of intrusive details before they can fully verify your account.

I do like this online casino. However I found it better to play on there app then via Internet explorer. The games load full screen on the app and it runs smoother. I found it very slow and the games wouldn't play very well on via there website, there was a bar at the bottom that you can't get rid of?
Get a ton of free spins but it's not very easy or clear how to claim them and use them.
Withdrawing money is simple and surprising quick.

This company is crap. I deposited £200 into my account and it didn’t show in my balance. I opened a case with PayPal. Apparently PayPal was down at the time. It took me a long time and various messages to get my money back eventually. They would not even compensate me for the stress. Customer service also not very helpful.
