I am surprised with the negative reviews as in my experience Netbet have been very transparent throughout and its been a 100% positive experience to date.

Yes you need to go through multiple validations (that's the rules) but its a painless process and regulatory so it pays to just get it done.

I'm not a big gambler by any stretch of the imagination, but have played 10+ times (sensible bets) over the past 6 months and the interface, games selection and customer service is excellent IMO. 24-48 hours payout (24hrs once you've done a few transactions which is great).

All in all – a positive!

Hello, so this online betting website is insidious, The games -slots, roulette, live casino , sports betting on a whole is ok whats insidious is there own Conduct! Loyalty program is a farce there is no way to redeem your points because there a such i high level needed to redeem you will not get there, Bonuses are rare! They advertise gambling controls at the hest of the gambling commission but this is a false attempt at looking like they care,"They do not". I have run multiple tests of this for example gambling small and increasing by gambling habits to mirror those of an compulsive gambler "no action" i receive the odd email after multiple deposits about gambling controls but this is the minimum they need to do and is what they actually do. Now withdrawals are possibly the worst out of all the gambling websites, this again is a insidious act, now that we cannot reverse withdraw which is "great" for us and not for them, they have to abide by this! they notify you on your request to withdraw that it's in the processing stage "pending" this will take an age! You could be waiting 7+days just for it to be processed! Hence them hoping you deposit again in this time to balance there books. An example of good tome frame withdrawal is admiral casino your money will be in your bank in 2 to 3 days, and there constant gambling controls reminders and emails are amazing! Net bets Customers service is non existent you will be waiting weeks for any sort of reply.

Overall netbet is a nice site with multiple game options .
No lag or rejected bets.
The issue I have hence the 3 stars is withdraw fees.
1.5% per withdraw 🙁
Yes it’s not a lot but almost 95% of other sites offer no fee to withdraw .
Also 48hr period for Cashouts .

Shocking website. I was really enjoying playing on this site but have had nothing but technical issues time and again. Support was useless and they weren’t bothered that I was leaving. I can’t comment about withdrawals as never got the chance too but net bet has lost a good customer and I will be taking my business else where. Playojo is a good website and you get a lot more back for your money. But remember it’s gambling so you win some and lose some.

I see quite a few negative reviews in here and it surprised me. I am using netbet and never had any issue. I won big money a few times and always got my money. Once I provided KYC everything went smoothly, every time.

Shocking company. Nearly a week since I requested a withdrawal and no indication that they intend to process it. If they ever reply to your emails at all, it is just to repeat in parrot fashion that their process time is 24-48 hours – but they have been saying the same thing for the last 5 days. The absolute worst of a bad bunch.

The worst platform ever … please be aware this is a scam . They will take your money but when it comes to withdrawal they use any excuse to delay the payment. I am waiting for over 1 month for my money . I have never written in a review in my life , I felt that it’s very important to save future gamblers from the company . Great site could do with a few more up to date games but overall huge choice been a customer here 5 weeks now has no issues the customer service is good compared to most and no idea why people saying don’t get withdrawals I’ve won £££££ and paid almost instantly couldn’t fault the casino so huh thumbs up!

I am having difficulty withdrawing my money. There is absolutely no technical support to tell me what I need to do or to help. The online chat is always disabled, their phone number is out of order and they don't reply to messages even weeks after they are sent. They don't even deserve one star.

I don’t want to give netbet 1 star as I have had one withdrawal that took a while but I did get it with not much issues. But this time I requested a withdrawal over a week ago via wire transfer and I sent my bank statement off like requested to them though email. I then receive 2 further emails asking for the same thing. So I sent them 3 times. Live chat assured me that the relevant team has received my bank statements but nothing seems to of come of it. My withdrawal is still pending and all they can tell me constantly is to keep waiting. How long are costumers meant to wait for? They can process a deposit quick enough through the same way I have requested a withdrawal. I’m just confused with the whole thing.

Created an account as netbet was recommended somewhere online, tried making an deposit as the account opened up for business, only to see my creditcards getting declined. Next day I saw all my transactions was withdrawn but no money on my Netbet account. Wauw, im without words, this creates a big lack of trust. An awful site with awful customer service. I was asked 3 times to offer a time to be called to verify my account. They did not call once and when I subsequently complained they asked me for a suitable time to call again!! Hahaha! I couldn't believe it. I stood my ground and said I'm not being pushed away again and that I want my money back and my account shut down. 2 days later I get an email stating my account does not need verification anymore and that it has been unlocked! Amazing…the lies they feed us are truely amazing.
Avoid like the plague…abusing people's trust is digusting anyway and especially horrible during these tough times.

Thought that i would just confirm what others have written about this site; withdrawals are extremely slow. I never used to have a problem with withdrawals until November, when they asked for KYC docs from me. Happy to provide those as i understand it's a requirement from the UKGC. Sent passport and proof of address, and after a week they say oh the passport is illegible. I can only assume that the relevant Netbet team member was blind; my best wishes to that individual. It's been a month now with no withdrawal (c. £180). Again, to echo other comments here, if you ask customer service what's happening they fob you off with 'it will take another 24hrs'. Awful.

Been waiting since 27th November for £325! Sent all id and account verified .. they processed £85 via PayPal but rest still pending! Unsure why was split when I requested as one payment!
Many emails and live chats and no further forward! I've been promised since 5th December will be processed in 24h , 4 days later still waiting!

Absolute total and utter cowboys.

So i joined NetBet and straight off the bat they wouldnt let me play until i verified my details and so i sent in my Card details and my Address and bank stuff and after few day job done. Which i will say now i thought was brilliant i though you know what i liked that, get it all squared away and sorted and then theres no problems if and when you need to withdraw its all done nothing to worry about.

And so over couple months i dibbled and dabbled 30-40-50 pound deposits and to be fair it wasnt looking good the game play wasnt that impressive the payouts where rubbish and the bonues where pathetic really. but finally after couple months i think i managed to get a 30 pound depost up to 1200 but then it just all got eaten back no mater what game i played, it was loose loose ghange game loose loose. so i thought ill with draw 450 so i did. and few days later there it was in my bank account. happy days. i dont know exactly how far after that maybe couple week or 3. i get a request for additonal proof of my spending in line with govermant guide lines against money laundering and so on. and now they want me to send them my bank statements and such.

the answer to that was no so now they closed my account.

i dont give a toss, becuase to me it feels like the fact id not been with them 5 mins and while i was loosing they were quite happy to take my trivial 30, 40, 50 pound deposits untill i decided to withdraw and then they though how dare he, slap him with a demand for more documents to teach him a lesson even though we all ready cleared his documnets but a few months ago .

This site is a joke, they will happily take money of you in seconds but very difficult to claim winnings. They want various documents as ID but every document sent Isn’t enough. I swear didn’t need this much ID to get a mortgage. Pls avoid for your own sanity 🙈

I have not concern about a business doing AML / ID checks, which all betting providers do now. This is the only provider that requests paper docs, copy of card, x2 proofs of address & driving license. Cant say its secure to send via email, and they wont tell you how they process or destroy and how long kept.
They send text messages about ID from a bit.ly domain which itself looks like a scam. Payout is slow, I have requested account be closed stick to betfair or the major ones.

They offered me a welcome bonus on the casino main webpage. I wasn't sure if I am eligible because I placed bets on sport some time ago, though never played on the casino. I asked about that an agent Evelyn, who confirmed I am eligible for the welcome bonus as I never played in their casino. I made the deposit and immediately afterwards received the message that I am not eligible for the welcome bonus. I contacted the same agent who confirmed my eligibility minutes earlier and she did not reply. Of course, I have withdrawn all the deposit without playing. I thought i’d give this site a go after reading all the negative reviews i verified my account fully before depositing then i deposited won 300 and it said pending on the withdrawal page for 5 days and the on the 5th day i recieved s email saying its been successful and it went in my bank the same day however since this i deposit £30 on monday to ladt me all week i had £17.50 in my account on thursday and the decided to block my account for further verifacation i was told id recieve a phone call of a manager then on friday i recieved a email saying theyve blocked my account due to the increasing activity on my account its now tuesday iv had no phone call or enail or explanation watsoever i had cash in my balance left from the £30 i deposited last monday PLEASE STAW AWAY from this site something really dodgy is with this site im just glad im up and not being ripped of like some of the other reviews

Terrible!!!

The only quick thing was the verification process.
The mobile app is terrible, you can't access your details or deposit or withdraw via app.

But the worst is the withdrawal time frame: they say 24-48 hours for them to process but I've been waiting for 5 days.
On the 3rd day I ask them via chat, they said:"Until the end of the day it will be processed" Nothing.
Next day I asked the same, they replied the same. Nothing.
5th day, "We're having some delay on our process. Reason? None, no explanation.

One of those companies that try not to give your money until the last drop.

By far the worst sportsbook company that I used in my 10 years of betting.

NEVER USE THIS BETTING SITE. Customer service is absolutely crap, no one has any idea what they are doin. I won 850 pound and they won’t pay me. Allowed me to gamble for weeks without any identification only asked for stupid things when I requested my winnings. They have been doing checks for well over a week. And any email I send all I get as a reply is (it’s been escalated) refusing to pay my winnings and even refusing to return my deposits just to get this nightmare over and done with. Avoid this site like you would coronavirus!!!!!!
