I wasn’t sure if I should open a NetBet account after all these bad reviews about not being able to withdraw your money, well don’t listen to these reviews! I opened my account and sent the required documents that every betting site requires – Driving License and proof of address. I then deposited £25 and withdrew £100 the next day via PayPal, this money was in my PayPal account just over 24hrs from when I requested the withdrawal! One of the fastest withdrawals I have experienced whilst betting! Would highly recommend this betting site!

Be warned.

Whilst some of the bad reviews below look like people who perhaps haven't read the bonus T&C's, I have much more concerning evidence for anyone who deposits cash into a NetBet account

Netbet have closed my account, accused me of fraud, and kept all my funds.

I hadn't placed a bet with them for over a year.

They refuse to provide any justification – their stance is rude and arrogant stating our rules, we are keeping your money and we don't need to tell you why. No opportunity to speak to anyone in customer service.

The case is now with the IBAS, (dispute no 76908), for independent arbitration which I will win as I have done nothing wrong, however after 2 months they still have my money.

The internet is awash with online bookmakers – do yourself a favour and avoid this one.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I haven’t had any issues with this site. I always make sure I’m verified before I deposit any money, and I don’t take bonuses as hate the wagering process.

A straight forward site and as for some of the other reviews…. I don’t believe you can leave a bad review for someone because you’ve had a run of bad luck.

don't use this place – signed up just to use a welcome offer and won around £55. Tried to withdraw and they will ask you for everything under the sun to try and put you off. They require a picture of your credit card (back and front), your passport, a bill with your address, and even a picture of you holding your credit card??? Ridiculous. Emailed them saying can you just put the withdrawal back and they said no they can't. Just a fraud to try and put you off and forget to claim your withdrawal money. Absolute scam – should be closed down. Probably used over 30 different betting sites and never had this problem before. Just stick to Betfair, BET365, unibet, paddy power or one of those. Don't use this rubbish little scam betting sites.

Banned me because I wouldn't provide any personal information. They wanted to see bank statements to see how much money I have, wanted to know my job role and yearly salary. I think its because in total I've won about 9k and they were sick of me winning haha. Got paid to fair play, but ridiculous rules and regulations, need every document under the sun to validate. Suprised they didn't want a picture of me in my underpants to prove what I looked like. Thanks for the easy money..suckers! This little bird got away and beat the casino 😉

What a farce this online poker game is !!!
You have no or little chance of winning especially if you enter one of their tournaments. This applies to ALL the online sites .
No matter how good you think your hand is – there is almost certainly a better hand on the table to beat you. Be it a a full house – four of a kind will turn up and so on. How many times a pair of aces will be defeated by the turn of the river.
Yet, somehow some players can go all in on 2-4 unsuited and surprise -surprise they end up winning the hand. Site bots or rigged , or just cheats – my advice keep well clear of all online poker sites as you are being ripped off !!! The companies will state they have no control of the play- they are just content to take their share of the rake kitty each hand.
Time there was a full government review of this rip off so called game !!!

Never an issue with getting paid. Yes, you have to send in documents like every other platform, and you are charged a slight percentage of your winnings, but spot on sight, loads of slots to choose from and a helpful customer service team. Well done, keep it up guys.

so far so brilliant
first day verified my account and deposited a few time and won small amount , no pissing off no silly excuses to take your money and one of my withdrawals took only 22hours to reach my payal.
the only downside is sometimes games glitch website freezes and more annoying suddenly out of nowhere you see your balance dropping to 0 or very low amount , i was so freaked out but as soon as you log out log in back or refresh all good .

They allow you to deposit money without documentation but as soon as you want to withdraw your winnings you have to give them documentation.

They can take your money no trouble but you can't take theirs without jumping through hoops. Other websites such as Jackpot Joy, Heart Bingo, Mecca Bingo, Wink Bingo, 888 Ladies, Ladbrokes and William Hill don't require documentation before they pay you.

Avoid these websites which require documentation before they pay out.

Never had a problem with Netbet. Had a few wee wins on slots (unfortunately no jackpot!) and the spin payout is pretty regular meaning it’s more enjoyable as you’re not immediately losing your deposit. Withdrawals are pretty quick too.

This company is awful.

The website is incredibly glitchy and poorly executed. But the main reason I am writing this negative review today is because their wagering requirements are atrocious… I won 8.80 on free spins the gave me, I had to wager this x40 times, which is about £350. I did this and it took me nearly 3 hours, but the remaining balance wouldn't convert into real cash. So basically I spent 3 hours wagering for nothing when I should have made a few quid.

When I went on live chat the service was poor, they take ages responding and the agent didn't understand my clear point. Really poor company.

I am not on a regular better or gambler but my view of netbet is one of an absolute disgrace and complete disregard for customers.
I signed up to a sports welcome offer on 4th January 2017, completed all wagering and withdrew later that month – leaving £50 in the account. I logged back in 1.5yrs later and it was still there. After logging back in recently I found my account was empty. Apparently the remaining funds (on 4th January 2019, EXACTLY 2 YEARS AFTER SIGNING UP) were transferred to casino and lost on roulette.
I have never played that game on the website or notified of any unexpected logins. Considering I have multiple other accounts with the same login details and more money in and no missing funds this explanation makes no sense. Especially considering it was exactly 2yrs after signing up!

Netbet twice said they would respond via email shortly after i contacted via online chat, over the space of 6months. i received no response both times. They have completely ignored any attempt to provide an explanation.

Its only a small amount of money but its the principle and complete lack of regard for helping or following through on promises to reply.

Netbet are a very corrupt company and I would warn anyone against putting any money with them. I sadly did I had a couple of bets with them and then the site crashed and I've not been able to log in since. I have had numerous emails from them all just trying to fob me off and eventually they told me that my account was empty which it most definitely wasn't!!!! they have stolen my money. Don't touch this company!!!

Had an account with them for about 6 months now. Not a bad site really, has a poker option too but it's the Playtech version so basically a lottery at the lower stakes levels and the attached casino is a definite NO NO as it's completely rigged IMO. Sports prices aren't very competitive and the number of markets can be limited. Not the quickest on paying out withdrawals either but do tend to pay within 3 days. Promotions and the odd free bets are ok too. 6/10 overall.

Do not trust this site!!! I was playing one of the games, have won £300 and the game crashed. After refreshing all of the winnings were gone. After contacting customer support all I was told is that I cancelled the winnings my self… Service was appalling, rude and unhelpful. I can’t believe that their excuse was that I cancelled the winnings my self!

Downloaded the app a while back & have been using it for a for a good couple of months.
The app is very quick and responsive with a good range of sports as well as the casino range with good selection of games.
The prices are good & competitive also offers cash out which is good.
Customer service was very good straight forward I had a query regarding how to withdraw & they told me how to do it no messing round very good they knew what they were doing.
Downside after using the app there could be a few tweaks maybe a colour change, video playback for live races, daily lucky spins or faster transitions for data etc.
Overall its growing on me & I think it's good so far and can only get better.

I have played online for as long as I can remember and this is the worst site I have ever come across. Live chat is offline and only operates until 11pm as it is compared to other sites with 24 hour support. I play a lot and have high wagered bets my bets have been very low on this site compared to other sites. The free spins have been very poor and the wins overall have been much lower compared to other sites my advice would be not to play at all I wish I had never joined.

They make verifying your account an onerous process probably to encourage you to not make withdrawals. I fell into this trap but decided to finally verify my account and withdraw my £50 winnings from a bet over a year ago. I logged on to my account to find out all my winnings have been withdrawn as fees. They charge £5 a month in fees after an account has been inactive for a year. Appalling company-avoid!

After depositing money and placing a few bets, Netbet stopped me accessing my account and stole my money. When I spoke to customer support they say they did this because they couldn't verify my account. I sent them copies of my passport and debit card used to make the deposit and was told this should resolve the situation, I tried this a few times but I still cannot access my account. I had around £40 in the account.

I can see a lot of bad reviews, most of them not making any sense to me, since my experience with Netbet was brilliant so far.

I got a bonus 10 £ couple of days after I deposited about 50£ and I lost on electronic roulette. I had to wager 40 times witch I did, then I played for couple of hours different slots and roulette winning in couple of hours about 500£. At the end I did a whidraw of 300£ in my bank account witch I get it in about 3 days. Quotes on futbol are bit lower than 365bet but overall looks good. I hope big wins to be also easy to whidraw.

Signed up for the welcome bonus, deposited £10 never received the bonus. Talked with live chat and was told my account was restricted for all bonuses and promotions, I asked why as I had literally just signed up and hadn’t even placed a bet yet? No reason apparently. Went to chat and told the bonus department have decided I can not have bonuses… No reason at all other then they pick and chose whether to honour the promised bonus. Can not recommend netbet because their customer service is ridiculous and very slow. I now wait since 2 weeks for my documents to be approved but they always find the same excuses. they claim my bank statement is from Belgium? even I m from germany and I don t have a belgium bank account. so ridiculous.
they have no problem with deposits but if you want to withdrawal they don t let you.

We went to the boxing on the 16th November so over 2 weeks ago, I won £50 and a few others we were with won between £5 and £10. I was told I would get an email to claim my winnings, no email. I sent a message via messenger and was told to set up an account and give them the username which I did, the winnings would be in the account within 48 hours but yet again nothing. Send them another message where the guy on messenger basically confirmed we have no chance in getting our winnings! Wonder what the 02 would think if they knew the truth about the customers being scammed in their Venue

I have deposited several times on netbet using skrill without problems. When trying to make a withdrawal, they only allow me to do it by international bank transfer. They disabled skrill and neteller in my account so I can't withdraw money.

It is incredible that you cannot withdraw to the same payment method you use to deposit. There are people who have been with this problem for two months and you continue with the excuse of the "technical problem". This is a fraud.

Can never win on their slots. And to insult you further their games are incredibly slow at loading and getting the result of your spin. If by the luck of the gods you get a bonus feature it will pay peanuts. Just another scam casino section with games that will miss by 1 every other spin to keep you playing. And their bonuses come with huge wagering requirements. Don't trust the RTP % for a second. And how they can get away with showing that many near misses for a feature is bound to be bending a few laws.
