Please do not use this site. One of the worst casino. Only deposit no withdrawal.Documents all provided. Received 50 free spins for all documents being processed though (you have to laugh or you’ll cry) and then what?? - they closed the account. Terrible service, terrible casino.

Joined as they were doing an offer of free spins on deposit of £10. Played my 25 and it gave me another 25. Pressed and charged me £5 for the privilege! Complained to Max in their customer service and very unhelpful. Account cancelled and would advise people not to join this site. Feel robbed!

I did transfer to them £20 to bet for some UFC/KSW fights over weekend. Couldn't put a single bet, as some errors appeared every time I tried to buy some bets. Now i want to get my £20 back by transfer and after waiting over a week, just get a message that, they have to see my Bank statements, what are u a freaking mortgage lender?? Shove those £20 in your scamming as*es. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

They asked for my review and here it is. I have been waiting for a payout since about 5 days ago after I played and played here. The RTP is also low compared to other bet sites. This particular site has traumatized me to stop betting altogether. I have therefore taken my money to Solick Unity to be used for good. If you do not have money to burn, do not gamble it here

I deposited £900 on roulette and I won £2738,I withdraw the money,next day I deposited £600 and I won £2500,I withdraw the money but third day I want to play but what I saw the message,you set your deposit limit £80 a week ,truth is this I never set the limit,its more w2 week, can’t deposit even £80 now,if you won the money they block you or they set your lower limit,so you can’t play and win the more money.

Think very long and hard before you gamble with this company. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt with their games even making allowance for extreme probabilities both ways but I feel their games just cannot be trusted to play like other sites. My RTP is pathetic compared to other sites. Would suggest you ask them for your RTP on all games. Can't be bothered to complain to gambling commission best solution is to not play their games trust your instinct. I have even played low Stakes just out of research to see how terrible their games without losing too much money and its crazy. Will offer garbage promotions to hide how terrible their games are to get you to waste more money with no chance of ever meeting turn-over requirements

So far so good. I am awaiting my £100 withdrawal, I contacted customer services to confirm this was being processed. Very fast response, advised will be the next 24-48 hours and the site seems to run very fast. I will update on here to let you know the withdrawal process and if this was done when promised. But overall happy to keep using this site again.

Wouldn't even give them one star..put bet on bare knuckle boxing and the amount they would let you bet was pitifully.wouldnt even let me bet a £80 stake that would have returned just over £200.Takes ages to withdraw your funds and their casino is just shocking.Again for first impressions I'd never use them again.stay away that's my only advice to others.

Dont use PAYPAL , they will block the use of said app . This has nothing to do with netbet.Anyway , netbet has stopped me from withdrawing from there site , even though they have my account details . i can deposit without any problems but cant withdraw , this is incredbly frustrating . there excuse is that there a glitch in there system. they are asking for bank details via an email ( very dodgy ) . i am not keen in post a email with my bank details , i have already told them this , yet they keep asking for the details to be emailed to them .is ther any other way to reset my account and withdraw my winnings?apart from that netbet is possibly one of the best sites on the net.
