Enjoyed playing the slots but have tried to contact netbet support 4 times now and still have heard nothing about a pending withdrawal from 5 days ago!! I don’t understand the point in having customer service that do not contact you back?

Lack of urgency and transparencyNot really one for writing reviews but I want to tell you my experience with Netbet.co.ukSigned up over a year ago, sent documents etc came back all fine and continued to play no issues, then mid January I tried to deposit and a message appears saying my account needs to be reviewed before I can play, I had no email or call from customer service so I emailed them...I had a message back 4 days later saying they need more documents (same as ive already sent) so i sent them... This was over a month ago ..I've emailed them 4/5 times asking what's going on nobody can tell me, they just say it's been sent to the relevant department as soon as we know we will contact you!!! Over 2 months ago now.... how long does it take to look at some documents? Do they have like 1 person working for them ? I've had a few accounts with other casino's /poker sites and unfortunately this is the most frustrating experience I've had, never put the customer first it's a poor showing and I will not be using them as much as before if this ever gets sorted.....Very poor avoid...I will update this if I ever get a response or an update

Error in slot-machine or with network (hard to say which as all I had to do was reload the site), leads to me losing a significant amount of money during a bonus round. I contact their support with screenshots of it, which promises to credit the money to my account but does so as a bonus with a 40x playthrough. When I question this, he says he will contact their technical support to fix it and e-mail me. He, of course, never does so. I have 1) never had this happen on any other site, and 2) to say you will do something, and then not do it after it happens destroys any credibility. It has now been five working days.

Will not let me withdraw my winnings. I have used the live chat several times and they have been no help. I keep getting emails telling me I need to upload a bank statement in order for them to release my withdrawal which I have done 3 times now and still nothing.

Guys,I’ll be honest I’ve been worried for two days after reading the reviews thinking I won’t get my winnings the money went in my bank in under 48 hours I just made sure I uploaded everything requested and had no problems Only thing I would say is it’s little over the top on the amount of stuff u have to send that’s why it’s a 4 star it should be a lot easier to withdraw your money like a lot of other online casinos ..hopefully they address that but pleased I got my money

Spoke to an advisor regarding my withdrawell and where it was on Monday as I withdrew this Friday night Since then I have spoke to 4 different people and now I have waited neally a week now. Every time they say they have made this a priority and that it will be released by the end of the day. As you can now guess this has not been processed but the end of the day. A chat advisor has now said there is no time frame at all and he can not tell me for definite what is happening with my withdrawel. This is upsetting and very inadequate from this gambling site. You also can not get in contact with any manager - you can not speak to a person over the phone and the responses that are sent are all generic and the same. No one has apologised and they have all said an email with be sent and I have received nothing. I would not trust this site. I am still waiting for over 700 pound now and this is getting out of hand. As you can expect I'm upset.

Hi, I have tried to withdraw my winnings and it has not changed off processing. I have sent in documentation and have heard nothing back! I read the reviews here and I emailed the ‘support@netbet’ email and they have not replied either. Absoltely disgraceful!

I withdrew £80, this was my first withdrawal and I had to verify my bank through a bank statement. I’ve done this multiple times but when I talk to someone on the online help, I get the same response, that the date isn’t on the statement, which it most definitely is. I’ve emailed their customer service countless times and rarely get a response. Think I’ll never get my money, absolutely disgusted with this company, terrible customer service from what I thought was a legitimate company

Asked so many documents and bank statements. I requested a withdrawal to a specific bank account and I sent the bank statements for that account and the money went to a different account.Boku payment was disable without any advanced noticed.Games showing not an accurate fairness such as blackjack.No evolution games for a low wage.

Not happy at all. Deposited last weekend and was quick enough to take my money. I then withdrew £250 Sunday which still isn’t in my bank account. They told to the verify myself fully so I did and then they said it’ll be reviewed within 72 hours. It’s now Friday and still “processing” withdrawal. It’s a joke like I said company is quick enough to take money but not pay out. Also to contact options are awful, live chat doesn’t work and have to wait hours/ day for email reply each time they respond with automated emails saying the same thing! Poor

Deposited and withdrew. Withdrawals took about 12 hours to process using PayPal. Verification was pretty straightforward. The bonuses used to good and common, now there quite rare. Doesn’t have a huge amount of games but there’s still a lot. Overall good experience.

It has now been almost 2 weeks since my partner made his withdrawal on this this site (3 withdrawals in total). He is still waiting, he has sent numerous emails to which netbet reply saying it has been sent to there internal department for approval. He has been getting the same reply for 2 weeks now. This site are thieves, they take your deposits & request all relevant ID, with. no intentions of paying. There must be something we can do about this surely. My partner has bad mental health and this experience has been very stressful for him.

Made a withdrawal and have been asked for documentation, so I've sent it ! Now being asked for another bank statement to be issued by another bank? I only bank with natwest! I've read all the reviews on many sites and question! Is this just an individual thats set up this fake website 🤔 because not 1 review has been able to withdraw anything 🤔 is there anything higher that can investigate? Something is off with this ,I really believe this is not a legitimate company, and merely a person taking people's money. The reviews that are good on here are written by the perpetrator himself !

I invested £50 and won £70 so a withdrawal of £120 requested. Not a great deal of money but a pleasant experience. Can I get the withdrawal? No! I sent all documents to be verified. I have sent eight images of me holding my driving licence only to be told they need images of me holding my driving licence. Frustrated and feeling it is not fair to have the pleasure of winning a few quid overturned by the inability to actually receive that money.

Have sent 17 emails, chat bot service every 2 hours for the last 6 days. No response. Still waiting for my withdrawal. Their number listed online doesn’t work. They was in contact with my on Friday and said by Saturday it will 100% be verified and processed however nothing has changed. From the lack of customer service I would not recommend. Hi, I have contacted three personal chat bot service employees of yours. Sent over 10 emails and I need an answer. I have tried submitting documents and have been waiting for my withdrawal for the last 2 weeks now. My account also has been picked because I told Luke (customer service rep) that I need the £800. I have sent over 10 emails and I’m appalled by the lack of customer service. One chat service helper - Christina helped me a lot. And said that you will put it as an urgent matter and if my withdrawal and documents were not processed by Saturday morning (I contacted her on Friday PM) then to call and contact the service team. I tried to cal 5 times and no answer whatsoever. I tried connecting to the “chat with an expert” 5 times 2 hours apart Saturday and Sunday and no answer. I tried this morning and again no answer. My situation is my bank says my business name “JHC media” and not my real name “Jake Hume” I said that I do not have a personal card and then sent proof (through email) that I am the owner of the business and my address that is also linked to my currently closer account. Please can someone contact me and let me know I will get this processed as soon as possible. I am currently very unhappy and had no updates. I am fed up of sending emails and nothing being done please can someone get this processed and give me an update! Amount - £800 withdrawal Thanks

My partner deposited and won on this site. He uploaded all documents to verify himself. He used my card to deposit so they then asked for my Id also. More than enough documents were uploaded to verify us both but yet still 4 days on, we are still waiting on the 2 withdrawals made. We have have found the whole experience very stressful and it’s still not resolved. Customer service are not quick in getting back in touch either.

My account has been verified for a year or more but first time I’ve ever withdrew a win and Netbet requested a recent bank statement to prove I am the account holder to which I requested my winnings be sent to. Please do not use this site. They will try anything to withhold your withdrawal. I’m into the second week of trying to claim my withdrawal with no success. Documents all provided. They take days to answer any queries. They don’t have a phone number. They send generic replies in every email. They won’t answer specific questions. Be very cautious if deciding to deposit using this company, it will take a long time for any (if you get it) withdrawals to be processed
