Beware the worst betting site and please avoid at all costs. They will try and cheat you out of money by closing accounts and giving false excuses. After they closed my account i sent valid ID documents. A week later i get a email stating my account has been closed for good with there first excuse being suspicious behavior on the site. I only made one bet, i explained this then they come back with another excuse saying my documents are incorrect. Another excuse since recently the sane documents have been validated with no problems on other sites. The reason they close accounts is to stop paying people who win on promotions or first bets before you can withdraw winnings.
. They are a ahocking scam betting site please stay away.

I'D GIVE THEM MINUS 100000 AS THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. WITHDREW 800, AND TOOK AGES SO I CONTACTED AND THEY SAID ITS LEFT AND WILL BE IN MY BANK WITHIN 48 HOURS, STILL NO SIGN AND SURPRISE SURPRISE MY ACCOUNT IS NOW UNDER REVIEW, THE 800 I WON HAS BEEN REVERSED BACK TO PARIMATCH AND THEY'RE SAYING IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 24 HOURS ALONGSIDE MY ACCOUNT BEING REVIEWED AND RESTRICTED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Brillant site.
I was able to play a bery good selection of games
Easy to deposit and easy to withdraw (very quick withdrawal time)
And very good responsible gambling care. I have a limit on my account and its not much but I reached it and they sent me a survey out to see how I was doing and because I answered on the servey that I reached my limit and within 1 hour they phoned my to do a check to see if I was ok as a reached my limit. Bare in mind my limit is £20 and they was still checking up
So in my eyes they take care of the players and so friendly on the phone.
I would love to know which other company does a call to make sure there players are ok.

I have funds in my account totalling just under £1500 since I tried to withdraw them Parimatch have made my life hell on earth. Do not use this company. They have demanded I send in identification despite me sending it in April/May via post to their head office. They have closed my account without my permission and they do not respond to email correspondence I'm at my wits end I don't know what to do. They also refuse to help me with things like a subject access data request I have requested one 5 times over the last few months and they refuse to give me it. These guys are absolute crooks. Avoid using them because if you win, they simply don't give you your winnings.

Customer service are a joke. The app is appalling. Make sure and check their T&C’s. They don’t mention they’re part of Bet Victor, until you ask about your joining bonus. AVOID.

I signed up for an account to do the casino welcome offer that was advertised to me on facebook.

When I initially tried to deposit I couldn't. I had to provide documents, fair enough. After that was resolved I was offered the welcome bonus by the live chat technician I'd been chatting with.

I proceeded to deposit and wager the £10 necessary to claim the bonus, after I had done so my promotion page said I had been credited with the bonus but I hadn't.

Back to Live chat. This time a lovely person named Solly spoke to me. I was informed I couldn't have more than 1 welcome offer. I told her that I had only created the account today and I couldnt possibly have done the welcome offer already.

She then told me that I had done a welcome offer on bet victor several months ago meaning I was not eligible for this one as they are the same company.

I can understand them having another website sure but what is abhorrent to me is that they will allow you to go through the entire process of gambling before warning you that you're not eligible. This is just them trying to bleed that little bit extra out of existing punters. They need to warn you BEFORE wagering that you're not eligible for the promo.

Luckily I was £2.50 up after wagering £10 so they didn't manage to get that little extra from me but I can imagine many have fallen for this scam.

I used an introductory offer which didn't activate after my qualifying bet, which was a little disappointing. But someone replied on the live chat right away and sorted it out for me – great customer service!
