They blocked my account one hour ago with almost 1000pounds ! First I can't placed bet and chat told me I must waiting for the answer on my e-mail becouse I can't made withdraw... They just rob me now becouse I received mail with information about closed account and withhold my all funds !! They are scammers and the worst kind of people. I just got robbed for almost 1000 pounds, the best thing is they blocked my account before and they wanted documents, my account was unblocked and now suddenly they close my account after i won some money... All positive comments seem to be bought... I am devastated how someone can rob me like that, I will file a complaint against them. I hope someone goes to jail for this, this site is usually a scam...

The live chat was available gone 4.00 am which is very good for me: some sites don't have a live chat at all.The agent remained very patient and polite even though I was confused. My query was eventually answered satisfactory, but was a little too long winded for such a simple query, I had to keep giving prompts.Overall, I can confidently recommend this site from this chat.

DO NOT USE!Take your money and will not pay withdrawal.Over a week and money is not in my bank and they say is not with them anymore and it's not their fault.Terrible Customer Service.Especially Jesus and Stefan.Once I highlighted there fraudulent fake payment to live chat after speaking directly with my bank they ban you.Told me to use an arn reference number and speak with charge back department as payment is no longer with them.Corruption at its finest.Told me to speak with a bank branch manager? lol When I asked why would anybody ever need that? They don't answer questions directly and say speak to your bank.They even give me a fake arn reference number to locate the payment and to speak with charge back department? My bank laughed at me saying why would they give you that long fake number?Trust me do not use.I have since taken legal advice and am in the process of arranging criminal proceedings.I have called them directly to speak regarding my timely 5 year SELF exclusion that they chose to inflict not me because I refused to accept their lies and proved them wrong and I have plenty of supporting evidence.I cannot log in or access now as am banned.Never ever use them or trust them. Absolutely shocking and awful service from Parimatch.co.uk and it's staff. So very simply I haven't been paid my withdrawal which usually takes minutes is now over a week and they say nothing to do with them talk to your bank who haven't received it either.
