Parimatch is fraud and big scammers they steal customer money please stop playing in this fraud because I made my deposit in this fraud site on 5th almost now 25days now amount also received to there merchant when asked for proof there merchant denying to give details and also they ask your bank about your fund when will refund my bank told that amount already received to merchant to told customer service but same reason they saying amount not receive I have all the proof and I shared they are denying to refund my funds better stop playing on this site this is a huge fraud site and scammers

Parimatch is a fraud betting app. I have lost lakhs of rupees in this.It's a cheating app, it never allows the users to win they control the win and gamble. If you win the matches it will not allow you to withdraw the amount, the customer service of parimatch app is very bad. When you ask for a query they give you stupid answers. If you email them they will never revert back.Always the money deposit option will be available for Netbanking/UPI service, When you try to withdraw it will not allow you for same Netbanking/UPI.Such a fake fraud app

I options in the gambling controls are great, it offers to remove certain products which is great as I'm only interested in sports betting. I just messaged them in chat to block casino and slots, sorted out very quickly no problem. It's great not many casinos offer this.

I won 1700 pound after deposited 800. After that when I try to withdraw my money they ask me for documents. When i contacted them by email they replied saying they closed my account because i was in breech of terms and conditions ( in other words they accused me of illegal activities)!absolutely laughable to be honest.Completely shocking and so so disappointed with Parimatch .

I received a message asking me to upload ID and proof of income which is standard for all bookmakers these days, I spoke to an agent on live chat called Jamie who was a pleasure to talk to, he replied to messages instantly and didn't keep me waiting unlike some other sites out there do.Jamie uploaded my documents quickly via live chat and there were no problems at all.As someone who has been using the site for a little while now I've had no problems at all, the only thing I'd ask for is more options on the bet builder markets.
