I won 1700 pound after deposited 800. After that when I try to withdraw my money they ask me for documents. When I submitted all the document they literally close my account and didn’t gave I winnings back . I have filed case to this betting site. Just wanna inform you all please dont use this site.

They closed my account without any reason. When i contacted them by email they replied saying they closed my account because i was in breech of terms and conditions ( in other words they accused me of illegal activities)!absolutely laughable to be honest.Completely shocking and so so disappointed with Parimatch .

Withdrawal process waiting time so far I have waited 4 hours for my withdrawal when on other site it is within 30-minutes or most of the time instance I would like to know what Parry match I’ve got to say about how long I have to wait for this process as it should be instance as you stated when I made the withdrawal please get back to me Parimatch with a answer to my query and I will boost the comment rating up to two very good if you can speed up my withdrawal process.

A Proper Company Good offers, honour their word, great website and app. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. Gyorgy was superb in resolving my issue with using my bonus. No bias here. Check my previous reviews, I’ve hammered bad casinos in the past. These guys are fabulous

Since i have written this review Parimatch have asked Trustpilot to get in touch with me asking if this review is genuine. They just don’t get it do they? This review is about their behaviour by them regarding my first review, which has been verified and can be seen by pressing below this review. How low can they actually go?So I wrote an honest review of my disappointing experience with Parimatch last October and thought that was that. Imagine my surprise when Trustpilot got in touch with me nearly 10 months later saying that Parimatch had been in touch with them asking for more details about my review. They wanted to know my account number ( which I didn’t even know myself as my account had been closed by Parimatch themselves) and my phone number. No way I thought, I’m not having anything to do with this shadey bookmaker again, so I just ignored the email. I was even more surprised when a couple of weeks later Trustpilot got back in touch saying if I couldn’t provide evidence of my experience my review would be taken down. I got in touch with Trustpilot and told them that most of my communication with Parimatch had been through their live chat. I was told that if I couldn’t provide evidence they would have to remove my review.I was not happy about this and to be fair to Trustpilot I know it was Parimatch who were trying to get my honest review removed and they were hoping that by now I would have no record of communication with them or that I just couldn’t be bothered to respond. That was not going to happen after the way they had treated me so I trawled through my emails and managed to find some correspondence between Parimatch and myself which backed up my review. I sent this to Trustpilot and they got back to me saying that my review was now verified, which meant that what I had written had been an honest experience with Parimatch.The moral of this is be careful of this company as they will treat you badly and when you give an honest account of what happened they will wait a while and then try and get your review removed hoping you have either forgotten about it or just can’t be bothered to go through the hassle of getting your review verified.Shame on you Parimatch.

This is a follow up to my previous message posted over 2 weeks ago. Parimatch responded and I did as they requested by contacting them by email and even Trustpilot got in touch requesting more information. Since then I’ve heard nothing. Their initial response appears to be polite but is lip service only.

Had to contact customer support to receive free bet credits after winning them a couple of days before. However, it was dealt with quickly and funds were in my account following the online chat.

Tried to open account to have small interest on Usyk at 40/1 got message saying I had to await email from them then phone them. The email, after many chats never arrived. Eventually on my final chat the day the fight took place I was advised that because I had self excluded my self from BetVictor in 2014 I was unable to have an account with this affiliated company. All the other agents that I chatted with did not seem to know this rule. To much messing about without much action for me, end of story.

I was very irate to start with. As a new customer it was frustrating that my deposit wasn’t going through. I contacted support and spoke with Dianne who unfortunately had to listen to me rant! I managed to correct the deposit issue with my bank but my welcome bonus wasn’t credit! So I returned to chat and spoke with Dianne again who was very helpful and credited my account with the welcome bonus and spins. I apologised to her and thanked her for her help. Found some nice markets to bet for today and got restricted when I wanted to bet on the Super Cup final after a few hours. The previous bets didn’t even win, and I am very sure that they didn’t lose any money to me over the account lifetime.The response from Gyorgy (customer service) was vague (quoted ‘business decision’) and did not offer any proper explanations to the restriction (he definitely knows that when he replied to me). Really liked the company but now I must find alternatives.. baffled by their ‘business decision’, whatever that means.

Had to contact Customer Support about free spins offer. Because I made my initial deposit by PayPal the offer was not valid. This was buried somewhere in the Ts&Cs but I didn’t read it. I think this should be made more visible. I spoke in Chat with Harvey who was very courteous and helpful and managed to resolve the problem for me. I did have to make another deposit ( with not wagering) and have been credited with my free spins offer so thank you Harvey.

Terrible service. Beware of verification review hell. My account went under verification review and despite me sending them all they asked for and also uploading it to their website, 4 weeks and going, still nothing. All I wanted is to withdraw my funds. Live chat help can’t help since it’s a different department, they give emails that no one answers and you’re basically running in circles. No one will give any specific reason why they can’t or won’t verify your account. From the moment you upload everything, all that verification should be done in 1 day really. My advice is not to deposit with them at all, it is not worth the brain pain.

I’ve just spent an hour or so chatting with an amazing guy called Damian, who talked me through an issue I had with an offer that didn’t work on the app. He worked wonders to help me out, was extremely knowledgeable and in conclusion, not only fixed the issue, but advised me on how not to make the issue happen again. Please be very cautious when using this site. I signed up and opted in for 199 free spins on a game. I had to deposit £10 and spend it. Only after doing this did they see fit to inform me I am unable to receive the sign up bonus as I’ve signed up to a completely different site before. Allowing you to sign up for a promotion regardless of wether or not you’re allowed it then keeping it quiet till you spend on their site is very scammy behaviour. Customer service didn’t seem too bothered. I suggest you avoid at all costs, I wish I had listened to the other bad reviews.
