This is the second review on parimatch I feel I must warn other punters. I play the same slot Rainbow Riches across many many sites and I have never seen this slot perform so badly on any other site I’m a small wager gambler. For fun if I win I win. But I can assure everybody I know a dodgy site when I see one and parimatch is without doubt the worst slot site I have ever been on from a percentage point of view in fact I am now in the process of asking the gambling commissioner to review my gameplay on the aforementioned slot.I’m a gambler with years of experience and I know when I’m being ripped off.Therefore beware do not use parimatch you’d be better giving your money to charity

Been using this site for a long time without any problems, playing some slit game got a bonus but I didn’t receive it went onto live chat 2 days later all they can do is give a £1 goodwill? They closed my account with no reason, without any message to me. First I had verification ID and proof of address, all was good. Later I deposited some money and they gave me limits to few pounds so I wanted withdraw my money. I made withdraw 395 pounds to my paypal, after this I had additional verification with proof of deposit and selfie with ID, I sent it all and few days later I tried to log in to withdraw my money but my account was closed. I wrote to them yesterday and of course noone answer. In the chat nobody wants to help me and says that I have to write to them on an e-mail from which nobody answers me. After the account was blocked, no one wrote that there was such a situation and that they were stealing my money.Worth adding that the money I had on my account was my deposit and not the winnings. They are scammers and today I will write to SBR, UK gambling commision and etc.

Opened an account with them a while ago and never had any problems until recently all of a sudden had to send in proof of my source of income which is my benefits but was told they can’t accept that as source of income…. Customer service was very poor and was basically made to feel like because I don’t work my money isn’t good enough to use on their site! Shocking company, if I could give them 0 stars I would’ve.

Firm is very visible having a number high profile sponsorships and advertising. So incorrectly assumed it was legit.Looking at reviews it seems others have had the same issues as me. I have a material amount in my account and I am now unable to withdraw it due to verification. After provding all required details I have now waited days/weeks and after multiple mails I just keep getting nothing constructive. I would strongly recommend to avoid parimatch and encourage others to contact gambling commission an premier league like I will.

At first it seemed rather good, easy to use, simple. However, the nightmare started when my account went under review. I sent the requested documents and two weeks later when I chased the progress I was told I had to resend one of the documents for no real reason ( I had to chase them to find this out). I then was requested for some further documents which I submitted. Now its almost 6 weeks later and my account is still under review. When you speak to the live chat they give you a generic answer to wait for the relevant team to get back to you. Its as if there is no real communication between the different teams . They cant simply talk to the review team. its all a shambles I haven’t been able to withdraw or do anything with my own money for the past 6 weeks and still waiting with no clear update. AVOID THIS ORGANISATION!!!

Tbh difficult to give any bookie a good mark as they have a highly addictive product which I have found out to my cost. But they have been very efficient with my account and no hesitation to close my account. Asked no ? about reasons. Would highly recommend you set your limit for safe gambling to an absolute minimum and don’t waste your life betting too much. Cheers guys

20p roulette game seems dodgy always hits closest to best staked number when on a losing streak. Shame seem ok apart from that hopefully will introduce genuine random games to their site not the compensated games with deliberate winning and losing streaks they seem to operate

My friends said to me use this betting site, their have good opening offer and good promotions. Well my friend must of have a completely different experience or was thinking of another betting website. I open an account with the bonus options, I deposited and place the correct qualifying bet, but no bonus, try to contact them via live chat and email but no response. This is just another betting website with fake promises, I recommend another betting website.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. I was playing roulette and my number came through and I would have won £3500 but instead a message comes bet rejected after saying bet accepted . So I need to stop gambling full stop . Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show £1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over £100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more I’m loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I don’t win anything, they’re saying I didn’t win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don’t think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd,bipolar disorder and asthma.
