After few days I wrote them again to say thanks for their “no” customer service and I received an email back justifying themselves about something that did not concern the topic of my complain. I personally wouldn't recommend this casino to anyone. I have my go-to game, which I have played on different casino sites but this one has got to be the worst. Many deposits and small wins, I spun this game approximately 600 times to receive only 3 bonus rounds which paid poorly. On my regular casinos, this bonus would have come in multiple times over and over with what I consider decent payouts. Now this is only my experience on this casino, but it's safe to say this site has been blocked and I won't be returning. I wish anyone who signs up the best of luck, because you're going to need it.

I put $100 in with no bonus and I won like I don’t know less than six dollars out of all those spinswith ties 750 so this site is a total scam. I opened an account.In February.They made me jump through a lot of hoops. Asking for id proof of address.Then suspended my account.Holding my deposit.I was not able to log into my account anymore.A lot of the time my emails were not answered.Then they asked me to sending me holding my passport and holding a special piece of paper with a code they wanted me to write on it and take a photo of myself holding two pieces of paper which was quite difficult.Imagine trying to hold your camera hold a passport up next to your face and also hold another piece of paper at the same time with a secret code like I was 007 😂.They still would not release my money it's now July.Then they asked me for 3 months bank statements showing every single transaction.I taught this to be very strange as I wasn't applying for a mortgage.I don't even share this information with my wife 😂😂.I emailed a few more times and got no response I asked him to please explain why they needed to see every single transaction I have made on my account.I got no response.Remember my money is still being held since February after loads of emails.Eventually I got an email saying that I could login to my account and withdraw my money.I will paste the email I got.Ps no explanation why they wanted to see every transaction on my account.Dear Howard,We are contacting you in regards to your partycasino account “Howard2023”.Please be advised that we have closed your partycasino account as a business decision.You may login and cash out the balance on your account.Please be aware that you are no longer permitted to create or use any account on our Entain*. Deposited 500$ came off with 1600$, decided to withdraw 800$ they approved withdrawal but in 15 minutes put my account on hold cancelled withdrawal and requested documents for verification. I immediately uploaded a documents my account was verified. Some time later I decided to withdraw another 800$ and this time they put my account on hold again! and request screenshot of my transaction which was provided immediately. Two weeks have passed but my account is still on hold. Support agents are ignoring me. They are a big scam. Unbelievable they still running

Ill be honest I wasn’t a huge fan at first, at the time there wasn’t many promotions or bonuses. It looked a little amateur & not as trustworthy I’d say compared to others. I still played once or twice a month & regularly compete in their free daily & weekly tournaments just for fun. It’s the only time I’ve played for free & actually won a good amount & was able to withdraw it right away. Very fast, (bank etransfer) most casinos say 1-3 business days & here each time my winnings have been in my bank account in a couple hours. I have a new found appreciation for them & the way they operate. It makes it more enjoyable to play even when I don’t win 😅

Decided to withdraw my winnings from these shambolic cowboys. In addition they have restricted my stake, even after placing a few meager £10 bets. Party casino are going down hill!
