Of the four main exchanges (Matchbook, Smarkets and Betfair), this is by far the worst. Worst odds, worst liquidity. Anyone reading this to make an exchange account, I recommend Smarkets for football, Matchbook for horses (low stakes), Betfair for general use, and Betdaq for nothing at all. Stay away.

Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. As well as it being incredibly frustrating and unnecessary , it gives the impression that they might go bust at any minute.

I do like this bookmaker, but the site sometimes is unresponsive where the page doesn’t fully load or load at all, so I end up miss putting on bets in time. Also this site doesn’t have the best odds out there and you miss the best odds guaranteed that most bookmakers will have. The best part of this by far is the withdrawal times. I’ve had all my withdrawals processed and in my bank in minutes of requesting it.

I cannot stress this enough.Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. They have owed me £950 for over a week.They first told me everything had been processed and would be given to me within 3 working days. Failing that, if it doesnt reach my account within 3 working days, they would provide me with an ARN code so my bank could locate the payment. 2 days after the point they should have given me this code, they once again moved the goal posts to 8 working days, claiming that there was an issue with visa payments. All this after claiming the issue was because they didnt pay me with visa direct ( which btw, they never have, and i have emails from them saying they both do and do not use visa direct, and have never and will never provide me with this service )Its been lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. They say the money is now the banks issue, but they wont even offer me proof of payment, to help the bank locate.If you want your winnings to be lost, dont even think about betting with novibet. Their website is nice, their odds are okay, but their customer service, and their lies, are enough to make a gambler lose more hair than they already deserve.

Another bookie happy to advertise good odds and perks but unwilling to lay unless your a mug. £1 maximum bet says it all. I find I can get better odds on Betdaq. it is smaller Betfair but I find betting is easier. The real annoyance is that you can place an unmatched bet but you need to keep up. I have had bets left unmatched despite the odds having been laid. Spart from that 1st Class

I have been a client of Spreadex for a number of years and have never had any problem with them. The website is very straightforward and user-friendly, always assuming of course that you understand the basics of spread betting! What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. Worst site ever existed. For starters, sites always freezing where litterly you have to keep restarting your phone everytimr you come on this site as it messes with your whole Internet browser. AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked.
