SCAM PLACE, worst casino I ever played. The statistics are completely in favor of them , the opposite will always come out of your bet whatever it is. This is the worst company I have dealt with. This has been going on for weeks now. I have a question about a transaction but 3 weeks later NO ANSWER. I have phoned how many times i’ve lost count.It’s a very simple question that nobody bothers to answer.Please do not gamble here if you do they will try and riggle out of paying you with questions just to delay/not pay.They work in an office with many operators but no managers??They through you off the site when they feel like it. Beware the worst betting site and please avoid at all costs. They will try and cheat you out of money by closing accounts and giving false excuses. After they closed my account i sent valid ID documents. A week later i get a email stating my account has been closed for good with there first excuse being suspicious behavior on the site. I only made one bet, i explained this then they come back with another excuse saying my documents are incorrect. Another excuse since recently the sane documents have been validated with no problems on other sites. The reason they close accounts is to stop paying people who win on promotions or first bets before you can withdraw winnings.. They are a ahocking scam betting site please stay away.

Pathetic, I joined Genting online Casino years ago, I haven’t played slots for a long time but got an email from Genting, offering a ridiculous amount of free spins for a £10 deposit so deposited. By return, I had a message telling me that I was no longer eligible for bonuses, went to withdraw my £10 to find £20 minimum withdrawal limit. Stay as far away from this site as you can. It’s one BIG SCAM! They give you a nice bonus when you sign up. But they never pay out this bonus because it’s impossible to meet the requirements. So they withdraw the bonus and all the gains you made till that point!Further it’s impossible to withdraw your money even if you meet all the requirements.This is the worst betting site there is and should be taken down.

I opened my account and I kid you not minutes later I received an email telling me my account has been CLOSED! I did not even have a chance to upload any documents to be verified, but yet did not pass verification…makes no sense. I got no explanation when I queried this issue with the live chat staff. This is a money eating site. PLEASE stay well clear. I have played sites for 4 years and this site is by far the worst. Spent £3k and won three bonus rounds that paid a few hundred. I have won £8k on other sites. 777.con and 888.con (yes con) are rubbish. Both connected. See there rating and read reviews and stay clear. Close these people down. Start a vote. Close 777 or 888.com and save peoples lives, haven’t we been through enough over the past year and deserve a bit of luck. Like I said I play sites every week and by far these are the worst 2- 777.com and 888.com. I appreciate that you lose sometimes, but give players some hope. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they haven’t followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but that’s just me.

Marathonbet are simply liars. The say they have great bonuses and promotions but I’ve deposited £1262 and only received a £1 free bet. I even entered the bonus20 offer for new customers but never received any welcome bonus. I emailed them over a week ago with an issue I have as every time I deposit they automatically log me out and I was told on the phone that he would speak to and escalate it to the relevant department but the issue still happens and they now refuse to fix it as they say the issue is with my device but I explained that it happens on all devices and even devices I do not own so that’s the sort of company you’ll be dealing with. Don’t play this site. Its easily one of the worst,If not the worst. I play a lot of online sites and have a very successful track record. I play one or two games a certain way which limits loss and can produce high returns. On this site however zilch. I have spent over £1500 and never have had any win. I am lucky its not a problem as the last £300 was lost deliberately checking out the gaming to be sure. Its a total con. They claim to be protecting you when the losses mount up. In fact they are covering themselves. I don’t mind a game even where the odds favor the house 60/40. This is honestly nearer 95% in their favor. Avoid.

At this stage I feel like they are some what close to being scammers . I had very high hopes when I saw they are part of me green. Lost a lot on money when I made withdrawal of approximately half of the amount I deposited on same day. Received approval confirmation next day which was on 7th September. Since then been casing them and according to them it’s been paid. Provided them with bank statements. End up getting confirmation from bank that I had no block on receiving money. But my money is no we’re to be found by them. Every time I had contacted them been told I will have a reply and it’s over 2 weeks. Looks like in the end I have to probably reach ADR or submit small business claim. If they delay is further I might end up submitting winding up petition. Highly unprofessional and had least ending up losing high end customer for them and mr green.

Betclic is pure scam. They closed my account after i made a little bit of profit. Also they let you pay 5 euro under a 15 euro pay out. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn’t read my complain. And now, i can’t even unsubscribe to their newsletter! There are other betsites that are better. So dont make an account on this one! Be smart!

Brillant site. I was able to play a bery good selection of gamesEasy to deposit and easy to withdraw (very quick withdrawal time)And very good responsible gambling care. I have a limit on my account and its not much but I reached it and they sent me a survey out to see how I was doing and because I answered on the servey that I reached my limit and within 1 hour they phoned my to do a check to see if I was ok as a reached my limit. Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasn’t told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus. Put a bunch of bets down in the first couple weeks, ended up not quite breaking even, and then wake up to see $420 of my $575 gone from my account.
