Genuinely impressed! Deposited £40 and won £250. I was a bit concerned after reviews here but needn’t have been. Withdrawal method is a bit different, although the original £40 was back in my bank almost instantly, the remaining 210 a few hours later. No issues at all, great casino so far.

I have a pending withdrawal of £2800. They asked me to send in proof through for the PayPal I used which I did via email… 5 days ago. And it’s now 5 days without reply! Live chat isn’t live chat as no one ever responds. Does anyone know how to get through to them? I fear they’ll just never respond to me!

Don’t waste your time or money on them – you’re not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I’m sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn’t transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting ‘Customer Service’ is that it was ‘a management decision’, but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don’t think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I’d bet my last 10p they won’t respond to this glowing review with anything other than ‘it was a management decision’. On the plus side, I discovered S*y V*g*s offer a great welcome bonus to everyone, and no wagering requirements. Still needed to provide photo and address ID, but they all do. Genting is now removed from my website Favourites, and is unlikely to be reinstated any time soon.

We have previously explained that we will cooperate with the Police, and our regulators, in any investigation they may undertake into the circumstances.This being the case, we are unable to communicate with you further on the matter.

Only good thing abt this site is that there’s 24/7 live chat so have any issues, they there to help. That’s it. First deposit didn’t give me my 70 free spins n made me opt in again n make deposit to get the 70 spins n still that did work so spoke with live chat n I was awarded 10 spins. By the way outta that £20 deposit, I won n extra £10 ontop but then decided to play on n only managed to draw out my original deposit £20. I have funds in my account totalling just under £1500 since I tried to withdraw them Parimatch have made my life hell on earth. Do not use this company. They have demanded I send in identification despite me sending it in April/May via post to their head office. They have closed my account without my permission and they do not respond to email correspondence I’m at my wits end I don’t know what to do. They also refuse to help me with things like a subject access data request I have requested one 5 times over the last few months and they refuse to give me it. These guys are absolute crooks. Not great so far gotta say, their overall system RTP for casino games is so heavily weighted in their favour. Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, are sub-standard industry-wise on this site. I came purely for the variety of games and it’s all I’m staying for as their bonus schemes are not worth the time or money. Very unusual for a company which is a subsidiary of LC International Ltd who also run Coral and Ladbrokes, (who by the way are much better). Its best you stick to those if you choose this bookmaker or its parent company to gamble with.Please don’t respond with “volatility” blah blah. I know how it works and this ain’t it. This use to be a decent site but after taking a couple of time out’s to have a break from gambling they site became unusual.they emailed me almost constantly to ask why i had taken a break, and am i still comfortable with the site then after confirming all was okay i continued to get the same emails. a loss limit was entered on my account and an annoying pop up asking if i wanted to take a break kept coming up. then after using the site for years they requested lots of extra info from me before processing my withdrawal, supplied copies of front and back of card which caused issues, then they wanted a copy of my passport, a copy of a utility bill and a copy of my bank statement, very much over the top in my opinionAbsolute nightmare site, do yourself a favor and use one of the other more reputable sites.

Allowed me to deposit £50 wouldn’t let me place a bet until verified. I do not have any valid photo identification usually I pass the checks on other sites without having to do so and if not the case a site would allways refund me my money. But not sts they are holding my money and refusing to give it me back even though I have showed them clearly that they are breaking guidelines set by the gambling commission and allso breaking the law by doing this they think there terms and condition are above the law apparently.
