I knew because I was getting better services at site like bitstarz and once I put in withdrawal hassles begin, they want gov id, when you send it they need id with photo, when you send it, they are taking too much time. All the while they keep it in pending withdrawals so you could play it and maybe lose it, but I was smarter I never used it, and finally came the message that we have closed your account for blah blah reason when they could not find a suitable reason to delay more that is a delay of over 2 months in paying out. Seems they are cuckoo in having the debts that they cannot pay already and now are cuckooing their customers.

i made deposite, money left my bank account but never arrived on my mobilebet account. I tried to communicate with support. They said me to send them screenshot of payment with my bank details and my name. I send them screenshot of payment in my bank app. There is not my name and its impossible for me to take recquired screenshot. I quess i never see my money again.

Worst betting site ever. They attract you with a welcome bonus, yet after the first bet your max stake gets limited to ridiculous amounts, on most of the bets under 1,00€ or even under 0,50€. It is absolutely impossible to rollover the welcome bonus with these limits. They just want to steal your money. Customer support is non-existent. They always answer with the same unhelpful standard email.Stay away from this betting site. It is a scam. Better use the larger sites (William Hill, Tipico, Betway) which have great customer support and no such imposed betting limits. I can’t fathom how this site can exist with such poor customer attention.

I have a lot of experience with online sports betting companies. Betstars is one of the worst for a variety of reasons including appalling customer service, questionable security of funds, and discrimination against customers who dare to win money.If you have any issues with your Betstars account, prepare yourself for a long and arduous journey. You CANNOT speak to them. It’s email only and they take at least 48hrs to respond. Not even a live chat facility is available. You can imagine how long an issue will take to resolve with emails being exchanged every 48hrs!In terms of security of player funds, I don’t believe it to be particularly safe. I know of Betstars accounts being hacked and funds disappearing which they will take no responsibility for. They will say that your username/password was compromised which is your own fault. What is interesting is that they seem to be set up for this kind of activity. They offer a facility to set up an app-based payment wallet and another facility which allows you to transfer funds to other Betstars customers. It seems to me that this only serves to make the fraudster’s job easier! I don’t know of any other bookmakers that offer these facilities. Finally, they discriminate against customers that dare to win. In fairness to them, all bookmakers do this by reducing the amount a customer can wager if they are deemed to have won too much. Betstars are not the fastest in the industry to restrict accounts (that would be Ladbrokes) but they will do so after losing a relatively small amount to a customer. This is a deeply unfair practice undertaken by all the bookmakers who are happy to take money from most of their customers but will not tolerate losing relatively small amounts to a handful of customers. Shame on them!

I deposited 100€ and I received a 100€ bonus. Next, they limited my account and my stakes, to keep out bonus wagering requirement from being satisfied. But I managed to do it, I won and my bonus was converted into real money (1’100€). At this point, they removed 1’000€ (real money, not bonus) from my account, because I won with the bonus. Furthermore, they hide the transaction where they removed my money.

I liked using this site for Sports Betting, now they accuse me of being associated with unknown accounts that I never have heard of.The Spin and bet portion of the site can win you big money, even though it can sometimes be a big risk for high stakes.I cannot recommend this site, since they took my money and winnings away, over something I do not have any association with.

They have lied to me when I went to login it said login details are wrong, then I spoke to them on live chat they then said that my account is under review, so they lied its been a week now every day they say there be in touch. I signed up on guts.com last week. I am more of a sports gambler than casino, but I thought I would check them both out. I had no issues with the casino but the sports betting is a complete scam! I was able to place bets, no problem, but to get into my tickets, it would just scroll around and around and my tickets would not load. This past weekend I spoke to Andre, their “customer service rep” and we tried everything to get my tickets to load and nothing worked. I tried my phone, my PC and I had issues with the same on a different PC and network. I was told they would escalate it to their tech team (if that even exists). Later that day, my tickets were loading perfectly so I thought wow, it’s fixed. I spent the whole day betting Saturday and no issues with my tickets loading. I was winning! I placed 2 bets later in the day, both had cashout options with the live games going and I decided to go their casino to play some slots while the games played out. One of the games I bet on was getting close, so I wanted to keep and eye on it, I tried to go back to my tickets and BAM same issue! My tickets were no longer loading! I spoke to Hayden and told him the urgency in my issue that if I can’t see my tickets, I can not cashout! He replied that he would check with the “sports team” and find out what was going on. He came back and said the cashout option had been removed (at that time). He had NO CLUE how the cashout option worked and how it comes and goes with the live games. I was livid. I was not able to view my bet tickets until the next day and saw that I lost 1 game on both tickets. I have received a follow up email asking if i’ve tried logging on with another device or network, which if my report from 12 hours earlier was really file, they would have seen i did! I sent them the chat log. That was 4 days ago and I have not heard a word since. I followed up yesterday and they said they are waiting to hear back from their techs. TOTAL SCAM!!! I should have been given at least the money I bet, back in good faith but they have no concern whatsoever and refuse to see that this is THEIR issue and that it cost me my bet and any possible additional cashout amount. DO NOT USE THEIR SPORTS BETTING!!! I see other reports of the same issue so I am not alone and they have yet to do anything about their technical issues. Funny thing is, you can’t see your tickets, but you can still place bets! BEWARE!!

Buggy site but at least not a scam. Finally gave up on this site. It was down for at least 4 days so I decided to withdraw my funds. I didn’t expect to get my money back but I did within a couple hours. Impossible to play at the sport section of the site but they seem legit after all.

Not happy so far. Very buggy site. Right now it wont load at all. Tried 3 different browsers and 2 different devices. Also had the same problem earlier on a different wifi. It is impossible to place bets. The support claims that they have a high number of queries right now. No wonder if the site isnt working at all. I will be back later. Hopefully it works again. I havent tried withdrawing my funds yet. I hope it goes without any further pain. I cant play on a site as buggy as this.Edit: Mobilebet is actually down right now. It may only be temporarily but it is not the first time this happens and quite annoying. Hopefully it gets better when they are up and running again.

I’ll go with a contrarian viewpoint and give 4 stars. First off I’ve never had any bets canceled or my account randomly frozen. I will say that my limits were lowered once I hit a bunch of winners from a decently high number to $75 USD, which is annoying. Their app is decent, their site is a bit clunky but their odds are decent and move pretty slowly. Most importantly is withdrawl… I’ve been only paid out via international transfer and they were EXTREMELY picky with my banking information / documentation. I had to go back a few times to get it to their specifications. But once that was done, they paid out twice and I’m currently awaiting my 3rd payout. So, I don’t think they’re a scambook like 1Xbet and I’ve personally not had any real issues so I’d cautiously recommend but only if. A) You’re ok with being limited if you win B) You’re not placing massive bets C) Can put up with a mediocre site D) When you do cash out, are willing to go through a painful process.

I opened an account with Black Type and deposited to try them out , I had a £20 bet Filbert Street at Southwell on the 29th October and put on two further doubles and a football bet. Filbert sat won and £170 was showing in my account.I logged out and when I tried to log in later I couldn’t.I checked my email and there was one from Black Type saying I had closed and excluded an account from one of their partners.I have no idea who this is so why did they allow me to open an account , complete wagers and pay winnings.They have now told me ALL bets are voided including the winning ones and they will refund my initial deposit

Did write a simple review 6 days ago (se below) regarding a withdrawal I have not received. I did win NOK1500 and made a withdrawal 29th of September. Okay site, okay software. Sometimes the table has already started but mine is still loading. Lose 1 1.5 BB before getting seated and loaded in.Withdrawals compared to other sites take too long imo (already verified) to a ewallet(much better?).To be verified it mmmmalso took them some time (1weekish).This site needs to step up to the industry standard in regards to a few things but 3 stars for the action available. First they insist that all deposits are wagered so if you deposit £20 but only use £10; tough! They charge to withdraw your own cash. 50% of the online help agents haven’t a clue about their t&cs and you get a different ruling each time! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
