I have pending withdrawal request on €500.00, but I receive an email from Titanbet team that they cant successfully determine my age with the information I have supplied and ask to send Valid photo identification and Bank statement displaying the registered address used for my gaming account. Also they inform me that my account has been closed as per management's decision without the option of reopening.I send the necessary documentation but after more than 72 hours no one answer on my email. I make a phone call to the support team and they told me that on of the documents photo is not taken properly and I need to send again. I send again clear jpg photo, but Im still waiting for their response :( What to do? Thanks in advance

Ik ben alweer een tijdje lid van Guts en alles was snel geregeld wat betreft verificatie.Als ik een withdrawal aanvraag dan staat het soms al binnen 45 minuten op mijn prepaid creditcard bijgeschreven. Always had positive experiences with Jetbull, looks like morons who can't control their gambling have killed a decent website here for those of us with some basic self control. Deposits were 'not great' but solely because they almost always had a default of trying to get you to deposit into a casino bonus that you had to make sure not to select (might have been a decent bonus for all I know, I only wanted to bet on sports and didn't want this dodgy bonus!) their sports betting odds were pretty good, deposits aside from the issue mentioned were simple and fast, withdrawals were also fast and I don't remember ever having any issues with them trying to con me out of winnings when I did win. RIP Jetbull

I want to share my horrible experience with this company. Not only their customer support is the worst I ever had a chance to deal with, but the head of the customer service and senior members of customer support are horrible human beings too. As a problematic gambler, but the adult person i have to take responsibility for my actions and it was naive to think they would ever refund some of these impulsive bets i places. Although after playing for £20 a bet i went to placing all my savings of £500 pounds a bet and lost £2500 in an evening. That, of course, did not raise any questions from their side, because I was losing my money. They did not require any identity confirmation or documents for me to lose thousands of pounds, but when I realised I lost all money for rent and food, I contacted them. What they did in reply is for you to judge.They closed my account and froze all the balance that i had there. £400 pounds that would've at least gave me a chance to survive till a next payday. They did not reply for two weeks at first, then told my complaint about asking to refund at least some of those out of pattern impulsive bets was not valid. The head of the customer service told my balance was already sent and will be with me soon. Then out of nowhere one week after they start sending me emails asking to verify my identity. Bank statements, proofs of address, pictures of my bank cards and so on. Every day a new email with new requirements. And that's after two people from their head office already confirming the money is on the way. Does not matter that i already complained to them it's my; last money to survive and I'm feeling suicidal. They only care about profit and don't think their customer's wellbeing or even life matters.

Awful service.Opened an account and they refused to honour the free bet as they took 24hrs to verify my account and claimed my first bet was made an hour after they decided to cancel the offer.The bet won anyway so I decided to withdraw the winnings. They are still sat in the account showing pending and are not being released. The online chat function doesn’t work and the e mail address doesn’t work. Seems this is a similar experience to others. Avoid them as they are useless

Amazing News - EveryMatrix casinos have finally had their licence suspended by the UK Gambling Commission - EveryMatrix is by far the worst and most ruthless licence operator in the UK market - they have profited from underage gambling, vulnerable people and Gambling Harm. I too am having the same issues as other users, deposited £10 and took advantage of their new joiner offer and fairly won £50. After a couple of weeks i emailed and they told me to wait as they were having payment issues, after a week i contacted again and they asked for my Ids bills etc. i provided multiple evidence and answered all their questions, they referred me to another team who never got in contact and then blocked me from logging in. I wom this £50 two months ago and they have STOLEN this money from me like it seems they have with many others. Rotten company and i will be reporting them

Avoid the slots. They NEVER pay out anything. Lost track of how many deposits at minimum bet never lasts very long. Much better sites out there. I'm sure they give the standard reply how they are monitored etc. As if the average gambler could check it out. Just another ripoff.

The people who run this company are scumbags! I put a £10 bet on won £110 and tried to withdraw the money in my account. They simply wont process the payment I’ve sent in numerous documents and emails to verify the account but they still refuse to release the payment.The gambling commission really should intervene and shut this fraudulent company down. Unless you want to be conned out of money don’t bet with this company as they will take your deposits but refuse to pay out winnings.

Absolute scam.I opened an account and within 60 seconds they terminated it.Basically taking all of my personal information then denying my access to the account. I never even got to log in after registering let alone place a bet. There was no reason whatsoever to end the account.I raised the issue on their chat and when i began to air my concern about their falsely obtaining my personal information with clearly no interest in providing the service they were advertising the live chat person blocked all my future messages.Do not give these people any information or bank details

Terrible bookmaker. Supposedly they don't restrict but I'm always restricted to pennies. I recently wanted to take them up on a casino offer they were running. I completed the wagering but didn't receive my freespins. Thought it may just be an error so sent them an email (they have no live chat facility) they replied several days later stating I was excluded from promotions. They said I was sent an emailing regarding this about a year ago. I trawled through my inbox and spam filter to the time and day they said it was sent to me (after I had to ask them for this information and then wait several more days for a response). There was no email, they never sent me anything and then began citing rubbish to me from their default 'out the box' auto responses such as 'we have performed out legal obligation blah blah' TERRIBLE. Also this was all 100% bs since I had received promotional offers from them for months after this supposed email was sent.

After a few months of not using vernons, I received an email titled "about your vernons account". I thought perhaps maybe I had some money left in there or they were going to entice me back to play again but no..... it said after a review of your account you will be unable to ever use vernons again. Just put a rare bet on with as they were best price and immediately got an e mail from them stating I would no longer be offered best price guaranteed and no free bets or promotions. This company must want to go bust. The bet was only £200 at 6/4. Don’t bother using them as they don’t want to take a bet once you had a few with them.

I have bad experience with mobile bet!!!So, I won and now I want to withdraw my money. The problem is that in the withdraw menu there is only one option: via credit card!!! I wrote them more than 10 mails for the past 2 weeks to add also skill and bank transfer via Trustly(as is shown to their site) but mobile bet did not do it and even did not answer to any of the mails I sent them!!!Now I have contacted gambling commission and IBAS on the matter!

They're a pretty damn good bookmaker. Odds are reasonable, though nothing to shout off the rooftops about, and there's usually a decent array of offers available (extra places on the races or golf; enhanced odds on football etc).Their deposit and withdrawal processes are also very easy to understand. BetClic is the worst bookie I have ever encountered. My account was limited to less than 5 euro every 24 hours for no apparent reason. I was literally baffled as to why they restricted my account, because I won just a few small bets after the first week or two of opening my account - it's not like I was some pro gambler raking in thousands, or playing unfairly. I don't think I even made a profit to be honest. When I asked why it was limited they told me it was under their discretion and refused to look into it. A big F you to BetClic and its owners, I hope this bookie gets shut down. Save your money and go to a proper bookie that treats its customers with respect.

wont accept proof of address because its not a high street name bank. but its exactly what they asked for a a4 print copy showing all 4 corners of a bank statement within 3 months , which it is. all i can say is if its this hard to verify yourself imagine the challenges when it comes to withdrawing
