My honest review from my experience is that I recommend you to sign up elsewhere. You can sign up fine but when you want to withdraw they only accept certain statements from certain banks. I use Barclays and they wouldn't accept it. Had to fight over a week with them just to withdraw £5000 and get my account passed security..The customer service live chat is terrible as they didn't help me once. No bookies like winners (obviously) but sportpesa will prolong you as long as possible, you must force them to pay out which is wrong.I contacted them at least 5 times over the same issue. Please avoid this site. Use a more reputable site on the market.Pros:-Many sports markets to play-Decent range of slotsCons:-Poor customer service through live chat.-Long stressful verification process in order to withdraw-No UK based customer support / phone number

After reading some of the reviews I was slightly skeptical at first about these guys, however since signing up I’ve been pleasantly surprised. They may not have the selections like Bet365 but when an issue arises they don’t feel like the usual non human corporate. I had a slight issue on my account which they got to work to resolve and happily compensated me. Their twitter account support is second to none and once a few little niggles are sorted and they expand their markets I can’t see any reason why they won’t keep growing. Would easily recommend them

Yeah something isnt right with this site or the sister site. It no longer is linked with bet victor which I wasn't aware of until recently. The games have all changed and been taken over by a different company. The slots are rubbish and impossible to win on. Tried it out for a few months but excluded permanently now. Don't trust them at all.

They will harass you with KYC and try to not only interrupt your playing but also withdrawing if you win. Please read the other reviews before you use these. I have decided to seek legal advice after providing multiple types of IDs, front and back, selfies, proof of address, credit cards front and back, etc after all that they go back to asking for a picture of the driver license I am holding, the one I already sent t/em. Please do not use these, there's so many other sites out there, who won't harass you like this.

Not that it matters now as they’ve been sold - however going forward....You should know that Betbright are completely incompetent. Compliance set my deposit limit to £2k a month in March 2018. I asked them in Feb 2019 why I’ve been able to deposit nearly 5k or more some months? They then suspended my account pending investigation.The investigation found that they had accidentally set it as a weekly deposit limit of £2k and not the monthly. At this point I’d deposited £44k in a year instead of the maximum £24kni should have been allowed if compliance had done their job properly.They refunded me £8k. I have no idea where they got that figure from but apparently take withdrawals into account even though regardless the maximum I should have been allowed to get on my account was £24k in this period. I think I was down £19k at this point. I asked for my other £11k and they just said that a thorough investigation was done and I wouldn’t be getting anything else! So to summarise, please avoid these schoolboys. They are incompetent and your money is not safe!

So I could have more bets and my money would last a bit longer I deposited the maximum amount £100 & BetBright added another £100. I understand you have to bet so much before the bonus is added to your cash and that is totally acceptable because some people would just deposit and then try to withdraw the bonus and their own deposit. I like to have an interest in NH racing so I opened an account to actually BET not to mess around. So when I went to place my first bet of only £8 EW on a horse priced at 7/1 running at Sandown I was offered only £1.47. I then went to place a £3 Win bet on a 10/1 shot and they would only allow me £1.27. Totally ridiculous! How can they call themselves a bookmaker if they don't take even small bets. I've placed 100s of bets a year like this with Bet365 with no problems at all. Ive now put in a withdrawal "request" for my £100 without placing a single bet. Before I closed my account I was sent a number of emails encouraging me to play in their casino. I'll say no more!! My advice is don't waste your time, like they wasted mine, by opening an account with BetBright.

I m sure people can draw their own conclusions from all the 5star reviews from people with Just the one review. We're not stupidI got restricted after a handful of bets and had to send in ridiculous amount of identification in just to get my money back after being restrictedBefore this I kept getting calls trying to get me to bet with them. Calling me to let know the football season was starting etc. Cold calling from bookies is a new lowThe prices are poor as well check oddschecker and rarely make the top section of odds.This is all factual so no reason why this should be removed though no doubt they'll lodge a complaint. It's a shame instead of having a full pr team on here they can't instead take a decent bet or go Best odds on comparison sites

Warning - Do not bet on their website using a mobile device. Cash out option is shown as a big icon which can accidentally be triggered when scrolling on your phone. Any decent Bookmaker would give you a second option to confirm your decision but not these guys. Hit the option once and you've cashed out as per their terms and conditions so give them a swerve.

I would advise people NOT to deposit until you are fully verified. I have sent them everything but my kitchen sink and they are still not letting me withdraw my funds. Now they want a selfie of me holding my ID which I supplied TWICE but all I get back is an automatic response saying it isnt clear enough. Absolutely ridiculous company. done a bet over and under the favourites in a double with a winning horse the bet was under 60 pts it totalled up to 55 went to lift my winnings of over nine hundred pound and they said that a horse that finished 3rd in a six horse race counted they said it was in there rules but out of 20 fellas we couldn't find it there a bunch of robbing tramps stay away

Decent with quick pay outs and odds but they need to wait till 3pm every day before they process your withdrawal. The worst thing is how tight they are with free bets, 3 grand I bet this month and they think it's acceptable to offer me a £5 free bet .

Stay far away from 12BET they will not let you cash out , unless you have a useless Skrill or Neteller , I believe they comunicate with low level sports criminals and fix matches like women’s tennis in Singapore , I put money on player I have watched before and she dominated the match, she was up 3 games to nothing in first set , as soon as I placed a large wager the game just went the other way instantly like I have never seen before .i lost .the odds went from 1.36 to 10.75 in 5 minutes . That’s corruption at its finest , the girl I bet on just decided not to play no more after I wagered ,why? How did they know I placed that wager.

I had a very bad experience a Betclic. After winning £174 and trying to access my winnings they would not let me withdraw as my provisional driving licence wasn't sufficient enough as proof of identity, i don't own a passport so i couldn't access my winnings. If you win here they will try their hardest not to pay you!

Tried to create an account but when I clicked confirm after entering my details, I got an error message saying registration failed. I then went onto the customer support live chat only to be told that my account had been closed following a business decision! What sort of business are these jokers running, closing a new customers account before they have even managed to login to the site! Beyond belief. A business decision based on what exactly? A business decision surely has to be based on something, account activity, betting patterns etc. Oh and then about an hour or so later I receive an email from them saying that my registration was a success. Tried to login - access denied!

Received an offer via email to place a £20 bet on the champions league matches on Tuesday and receive a free £10 bet. I only had £10 in my account so made a deposit of £10 and placed my bet. The bet lost, but at least I had the free £10 bet. At least thats what I thought, until I tried to log in and found my account had been suspended. When I queried with customer support I was told that my account had been closed due to a business decision and that I would not receive my free bet. When I requested the balance of my account to be returned, they said I needed to provide my bank details in order to get my £0.50 returned by bank transfer. I told them to keep it. Totally unacceptable to make an offer, accept the bet and then not honor the offer.

Avoid the slots promotions at all costs, they all have unrealistic wagering requirements try another site with generous promotions as they do exist i have entered 7 promotions and won zero.Also although live chat is ok you are often left hanging indefinitely in the middle of a chat with some staff being darn rude.

Unacceptable and rude when asked for a bonus to play on with. Suspended my account even though I hadn't asked. Customer representative was slow to answer and duty manager was even worse. She was rude and obnoxious and wanted me off the chat as quick as she could. Made me feel worthless. Would 100% not recommend to anyone.
