I have used PartyPoker for 12 years.I just won 3 free spins on their "Daily free spins wheel". I used those 3 free spins on the game it said to use them on "Gold Fish Fortunes." I won £1 on the second spin. I won nothing on the other 2 spins. I left the game. Normally £1 gets credited to my account. This time NOTHING got credited.I complained to their customer service. They said that on their system I never won the £1 and that I hadn't even played Gold Fish Fortunes and used my free 3 spins!Zdravko was the customer service agent I spent 30m talking to trying to get my £1. He said on their system they couldn't see it, so they wouldn't award me the £1! They couldn't see that I had just played and used the 3 spins and won a quid. So they refused to pay out.I've had this happen twice before where they wouldn't pay out a measly £1 win. This is the THIRD time. 3rd strike and I'm out. It's their software client that's the problem. My advice: don't play on Partypoker. They are rubbish.I am now writing an email to the Gambling Commission as I have exhausted all other avenues. Maybe then they'll stop using faulty/fraudulent software.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Avoid this site at all costs, they do not honour their sign-up bonus, nor do they pay out your balance when requested, they still owe me money and keep asking for the same documents time and again, saying they're not in the correct format or blurry, this is not right. Disgusting website. I intend to take them to small claims court.

I have been playing on this site for some time now. I have noticed that around 99% of the time on pre flop all ins the player with most chips wins, regardless of the hands held by each player. This clearly eliminates the player with fewer chips from the game making him/her likely to spend more money on the site entering other games.I have obtained screen shots of almost every all in hand as described and can produce this as evidence. I would approach the Gaming Commission but they seem pretty useless when it comes to any form of complex investigation. Probably why this site and other online gaming sites like it get away with ripping people off!

I am a long time player and member of Partypoker and overall it’s disappointing. There’s a pattern to their RNG of course but what I find disappointing is the prizes are too low relative to bigger stakes. Partypoker has become boring and predictable.

I highly recommend not wasting a single penny on this site. There seems to be a connection between the biggest SPINS winners, the PartyPoker staff, and the partypokerLIVE/BRS stable. For your own sake, avoid this shady company like the plague!

Not been here for a while! I have only spent $20 and i feel like there is no hope here. It has to be the only platform the leaves a feeling of being violated.The bad beats from what i can only assume is lead by BOTS (assumption).Seems like there is an algorithm at play here and what ever you approach you are screwed unless your that lucky donkey that bets with nothing and hits the river every time with an epic bad beat. It happens too often not to be rigged. Not here to get rich in any form but there is no fun here and that is validated by the poor attendance compared to other sites.Shame because the software is fluid and easy to navigate (all be it through empty tables LOL)Party Poker are so short sited, its almost as if they are expecting to go bust and robbing as many people as possible..... who knows..... vote with your browser and dont say you werent warned ;)

They pay on time,but I referred my mom to them. She plays she gets sent an email while ahes playing in a 3$ bounty tournament. She is busy playing. With 2 people remaining they lock her out of the site despite the fact he has a healthy chip lead with 2 people remaining and it's a huge difference from first place and second place in a bounty tournament. And they do nothing. Its not computer error it's humans awarding the bounties and first place to the other player BECAUSE they wanted s pic of her debit card she used and ANOTHER COPY OF HER ID. and they did nothing to fix it . Anx will do nothing to fix it when they screw you .her review will be later today. I feel guilty for referring her to these clowns . Good company full if clowns that can't even tell someone is playing before locking them out over another copy of hee license!

They must be not doing good financially and have decided to rig the odds to meet quota or something. What they don't realize is that they will eventually lose all customer base.

After having net profit of over £300, partypoker decided to hold my withdrawal and demand I send them proof of identity and change my email address otherwise they will not allow me to access my £487 that I am owed. Support team is useless, asking me to check my spam folder for the email they have allegedly sent twice now. Cannot contact via telephone either ‘due to covid’, so I have to try and talk to the dim people on live chat to attempt to recover my account.I find it funny how they have no issue with you depositing large sums of money but when it comes to withdrawal, they need all sorts of information from you to do this.

So I registered and had an email from them saying I had been fully verified and could deposit funds and have some fun. I deposited some funds but the fun didn't last, within a day my account was blocked. Apparently, I had an account with them (or one of their affiliates) years ago which I had forgotten about. Anyway, the account has now been closed and funds confiscated. A bunch of crooks and they get away with it. Wish I had checked here before I registered.

I was told for withdrawals I had to send pictures of myself holding certain documents..decided not to bother to a company that will do anything but pay any winnings!

The worst possible support ive ever deaöt with tjey are avodiing questions over 1 year i have tried to reopen my account but they keep saying 4-5 incomesources isnt enough i dont have any more!! And they only send the same autoreply over 1 years worth of emails ive gotten the same reply. Even when i sent one to complain at their customer support they sent me the same reply that my documents arent enough its sick i would not recommend anyone playing on their terrible site 1 year i was locked out of loggning in they couldnt answer why, then i played for 2 months and now locked 1 year again because of theese documents they are asking for ive sent in 4-5 dofferent income sources but still not enough dont give yourself a headache and start playing on their terrible site the customer support wont help you with anything!!
The worst possible support ive ever deaöt with tjey are avodiing questions over 1 year i have tried to reopen my account but they keep saying 4-5 incomesources isnt enough i dont have any more!! And they only send the same autoreply over 1 years worth of emails ive gotten the same reply. Even when i sent one to complain at their customer support they sent me the same reply that my documents arent enough its sick i would not recommend anyone playing on their terrible site 1 year i was locked out of loggning in they couldnt answer why, then i played for 2 months and now locked 1 year again because of theese documents they are asking for ive sent in 4-5 dofferent income sources but still not enough dont give yourself a headache and start playing on their terrible site the customer support wont help you with anything!!

After already posting a bad review I stuck it and played it for a couple more weeks then in the 2 best tournaments worth playing got knocked out against AA v their 77 flopping trips and again in the silver cardschat ko 10th 9 places paid cards were A10 v 510 flop 55 blah blah blah its so against you it's impossible to get a lil win.I will persist just to update my reviews again and again and again.

Go with PokerStars or GG. If your short stack in the bubble no matter what you have you’ll get knocked out. On a few occasions now I’ve hit a full house on the flop and got a player all in who had low pockets then the turn and river gives them the exact cards they need for quads. Also PP apply a loss limit which for me is the same when I was unemployed to now that I have a full time job which pays well. They won’t even consider increasing it unless I send in a bank statement or payslip as if anyone in their right mind would give them access to that information. Customer service have always been unhelpful and there are next to no promotions. Had this account for over a decade but rarely use it anymore, other sites are much better.

It only takes a minute to check. At partypoker, they dont want you to ask. Infact, if you do they will put blocks on your account. Blocks? What kind? They wont say. Could they block you from winning? Who knows. So for days now I’ve been trying to withdraw my money, managed to get up to £10,000 and I still couldn’t withdraw it! Complained and they did not help one bit, “try this method, try that method” over and over again to no avail!And then the tip of the iceberg, after following the instructions of the customer service agent, I log back onto my account to find that over £8000 has been removed, and the excuse given was that I played a poker hand and lost it all… please! I was video recording at the time of this apparent poker hand. I sent it as proof and they still won’t do anything about it, I’ve been waiting days for £3,400 to hit my account and still nothing let alone the £10,000. Absolutely disgusting, I have written a full complaint to the gambling commission who are looking into this, I have sent them screen recordings and screenshot’s and they are truly helping, however I will keep escalating this until my £10,088 is deposited to my bank account, along with the £1691 that’s left in the account, the £318 and the £1001, as well as the £1080.

This place is usually good and i have spent a lot of time and money here with out complaints.However i had an issue with a slot tournament and the agent i spoke with in the chat was unhelpful and i was in the chat for over two hours as he argued with me and was completely unhinged. I wish i could post the chat here. Its nuts. This was the first time i contemplated writing a review but i had to as this experience was the worst i have ever had with anyone. I asked to be trasnfered to another agent and he argued with me for 10 more minutes and then refused to give me the complaint email. Mind blowingly bad.
