Deposited money from my debit card then account immediately closed with no apparent way to withdraw those funds. Been waiting over a week for a response.Played poker online for almost 10 years and never seen incompetence even close to this.Please use this review as advice and AVOID playing on partypoker as they will steal your money.

I’ve been using this site for 5+ years. It has so many technical problems and logs me out constantly. Now I recieve a notice saying my data is not secure so I email support. They say I’m not registed so I proved I was with an email, which wasn’tgood enough for them. They wanted me to confirm all my personal details and send proof of ID. All to let me know my data is secure or not, what a joke. They then forward me to BetMGM support who I don’t even have an account with and subsequently cannot help me. What absolute jokers. My account will be closed now.

Worst place ever!!!!with in 20 min I had aces cracked all in pre flop by pocket 4’s hit 4 to a flush. Queens beat by 10,2 off raised pre flop 10,2 calls hits full house on the flop. All in ace king suited called by 6,4 suited 6,4 hits 4 of a kind. I forget or blocked it out but a few more times I got my money in on the flop with 80% win chance and still lost. Could just be bad luck but I feel like it’s rigged for action.

I registered an account.Tried to contact support to find out if I needed a promo code to get the advertised first deposit bonuses.Spent over an hour sending messages back and forward. They can only help if I am in New Jersey. A complete clown world. You cannot send a simple question by e mail without attaching a photo. I will not waste any more time with these fools. They just lost a customer. The reviews are terrible anyway,so play somewhere else. Well done the clowns.

They closed my account for the reason I live in a different place and the address of proof was not working for them. I loose all of my money in the account. this poker site does NOT! replicate real live poker the algorithm they use to generate the hands is set to generate action all the time and the odds on you winning with the better hand pre flop is considerably less than it would be in a live game, profit and greed instead of creating a real poker site for real players, party poker you will lose in the end, as real poker players will set up there own live games with there own dealers and your online poker will die, like a high street shop.ps dont read the feed back from party poker as its just a smoke screen for them to carry on with this nonsense site id rather play zynga poker

Great tourniments and omaha which is lovely. However, and a BIG however?There’s no point having great games and tourniments if your app is rubbish and crashes and if you offer an unrealistic experience of the game called poker.When playing on Party poker it doesn’t feel anything like real poker. In 10 hands you’ll likely see 6 hands of straight flushes and full houses. You’ll be dealt incredibly good hands (such as AA KK AK) and inevitable be pulled into an all in by another player with something terrible (such as 29 63 J2) who will 95% of the time win on the 5th card getting one of these full houses or a hamd that would be almost impossible to hit. Poker is a game of probability NOT luck. It’s a game that any real poker player will say is a game of skill yet no probability factor is taken into consideration and a (supposed) random generator is used. This isn’t realistic for poker.You will join penny tourniments that offer tickets for larger tourniments. You seem to always do well in these until there is a serious prize involved and then the silly beats happen again.

I have used PartyPoker for 12 years.I just won 3 free spins on their “Daily free spins wheel”. I used those 3 free spins on the game it said to use them on “Gold Fish Fortunes.” I won £1 on the second spin. I won nothing on the other 2 spins. I left the game. Normally £1 gets credited to my account. This time NOTHING got credited.I complained to their customer service. They said that on their system I never won the £1 and that I hadn’t even played Gold Fish Fortunes and used my free 3 spins!Zdravko was the customer service agent I spent 30m talking to trying to get my £1. He said on their system they couldn’t see it, so they wouldn’t award me the £1! They couldn’t see that I had just played and used the 3 spins and won a quid. So they refused to pay out.I’ve had this happen twice before where they wouldn’t pay out a measly £1 win. This is the THIRD time. 3rd strike and I’m out. It’s their software client that’s the problem. My advice: don’t play on Partypoker. They are rubbish.I am now writing an email to the Gambling Commission as I have exhausted all other avenues. Maybe then they’ll stop using faulty/fraudulent software.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Avoid this site at all costs, they do not honour their sign-up bonus, nor do they pay out your balance when requested, they still owe me money and keep asking for the same documents time and again, saying they’re not in the correct format or blurry, this is not right. I have been playing on this site for some time now. I have noticed that around 99% of the time on pre flop all ins the player with most chips wins, regardless of the hands held by each player. This clearly eliminates the player with fewer chips from the game making him/her likely to spend more money on the site entering other games.I have obtained screen shots of almost every all in hand as described and can produce this as evidence. I would approach the Gaming Commission but they seem pretty useless when it comes to any form of complex investigation. Probably why this site and other online gaming sites like it get away with ripping people off!

I am a long time player and member of Partypoker and overall it’s disappointing. There’s a pattern to their RNG of course but what I find disappointing is the prizes are too low relative to bigger stakes. Partypoker has become boring and predictable.

Right, I tried partypoker blackjack Pro again…it shouid be illegal. 18 games, dealer never bust once, and got20, 20,19, 20, 21, 19, 20, 21, 18, 19, 20, 20, 19, 18, 21, Bust, 21, 17, 18it’s mathematically impossible unless fixed.Never loses a hand and never busts, and gets miracle 20s from 5 cards. needs to be banned as 1000000% fixed. reported to gaming commission.

Not been here for a while! I have only spent $20 and i feel like there is no hope here. It has to be the only platform the leaves a feeling of being violated.The bad beats from what i can only assume is lead by BOTS (assumption).Seems like there is an algorithm at play here and what ever you approach you are screwed unless your that lucky donkey that bets with nothing and hits the river every time with an epic bad beat. It happens too often not to be rigged. My account has been blocked after I won 807$ in a tournament. I been asked to sent documents for verification which I have done. I sent all the documents needed and they blocked the account for an ”irreversible business decision” Absolute scam they have no reason to keep my account blocked

They pay on time,but I referred my mom to them. She plays she gets sent an email while ahes playing in a 3$ bounty tournament. She is busy playing. With 2 people remaining they lock her out of the site despite the fact he has a healthy chip lead with 2 people remaining and it’s a huge difference from first place and second place in a bounty tournament. And they do nothing. Its not computer error it’s humans awarding the bounties and first place to the other player BECAUSE they wanted s pic of her debit card she used and ANOTHER COPY OF HER ID. and they did nothing to fix it . Anx will do nothing to fix it when they screw you .her review will be later today. I feel guilty for referring her to these clowns . After having net profit of over £300, partypoker decided to hold my withdrawal and demand I send them proof of identity and change my email address otherwise they will not allow me to access my £487 that I am owed. Support team is useless, asking me to check my spam folder for the email they have allegedly sent twice now. Cannot contact via telephone either ‘due to covid’, so I have to try and talk to the dim people on live chat to attempt to recover my account.I find it funny how they have no issue with you depositing large sums of money but when it comes to withdrawal, they need all sorts of information from you to do this.

I recently joined partypoker as I played many years ago and thought I would like to play again. So I registered and had an email from them saying I had been fully verified and could deposit funds and have some fun. I deposited some funds but the fun didn’t last, within a day my account was blocked. Apparently, I had an account with them (or one of their affiliates) years ago which I had forgotten about. Anyway, the account has now been closed and funds confiscated. A bunch of crooks and they get away with it. Wish I had checked here before I registered.

I was going to deposit in sports for the Cheltenham Festival, I asked through live chat about verification for deposits and withdrawals Unknowingly to me my account was verified last year for deposits but not for withdrawals! This is a LIE as I never have had to verify anything with partypoker ! I was told for withdrawals I had to send pictures of myself holding certain documents..decided not to bother to a company that will do anything but pay any winnings!

I won £4000 over a period of 3 days and I still haven’t received the winnings. This was in November and I have tried to contact support numerous times. They have asked my my card details, which I provided and still nothing. This was before Christmas and I could really have done with the money. Can someone please contact me
