Just read some of the previous reviews and my experience is very similar. So many bad beats. Other players over raising with weak hands that im beating to then get a river card that take the hand. I know this is part and parcel of poker but it seems to happen way too often and generally when the pot size is large. Theyve had my money now. I will never spend another penny with them and i would say the same to anybody reading this review

The customer service for any help you may need is terrible & unprofessional.Alot of the promotions and interactive tools don't even work.It is deceitful and they just talk in circles & never address or acknowledge the problem.The whole software & customer service needs an overhaul.The only good thing is they don't have stupid mystery bounties like other sites do now.Just an excuse to steal more rake fees!

When you join for the first 500 hands or so deals and the whole experience is satisfactory, the software is better than others although it has many moments where you click and nothing happenns (glitchy) andi usually lose big pots in these scenarios.... That a side once your honey period is up you will find the same players winning big pots with poor hands, i cant count how many times i have hit a set of K's or A's on the flop and been screwed everytime at the river with a full time player (24hrs a day) tilting with a pair of dueces or somewhere near. The previous responses here from provider mentions the RNG card deals but that cant be as its consistently paying the bad beats and usually to the power players as mentioned above , i have analysed many hands and this and every other site is rigged to distribute chips to deep stacks forcing the lower stacks to replenish bankroll after bad beats. This is not me being bitter about losing any money, i play tight starting hands and dont leak alot but the chances i have to win big are very few and far between and when they do happen you can guarantee you will be tilted with a bad beat everytime. if your behaviour is to play tight and not play the aggressive pots you will simply fold at all hands and not enjoy your time here as a mediocre player, if your aggressive your playing the right cards you will lose almost everytime. Starting Hands and playing well in position means you fold to most things and therefore never make anything worth withdrawing. Its almost clockwork and you get deals like 9 3 off most of the time and so if your betting its always a gamble to the river and with so many bad beats your pretty much screwed either way. This only happens on during online games and you never see the amount of bad beats when playing at real games.In all fairness all sites are the same as i have tried most of them and all operate in exactly the same way only some more aggressive with bots than others. I loved the software but the behaviour like many others is too simply have you reloading the bankroll...... lets be honest you are losing you money when you join these online platforms (its a given, or they wouldnt exist) only invest fun amounts here an dont be hudwinked by the software and shiny buttons ;)

Very sketchy site. They make it so you have to split withdraws through 2-3 payment methods. But half the time 1 or 2 of those methods are down. So you want to withdraw 500 but it only lets you withdraw a third of that and the rest gets reapplied to your account without any notification so when your playing you don't truly know your bank role. Before you know it you don't have any withdraw left. Very sketchy do not trust.

Been playing on here for months and I also play live. I also play on William hill poker so I am not new to the game at all. Issues are below 1. Bad beats - they happen sometimes in real life but it’s almost every ten or 15 minutes on this site. 2. Bots - trust me they use bots or they have the dumbest players of all time. Don’t bother continuation betting your top two pair because these clowns/bots WILL CALL AND HIT THEIR RUNNER RUNNER STRAIGHT OR FLUSH. 3. Slow, slow gameplay. Just because someone has called a few times right at the end of their time allowance, it does not give them the right to a time bank. Slow, boring play……sit them out much quicker!!!! 4. Chip and money bias - the player with the most chips will beat you in a showdown. I worked out that 8/10 hands the player with the lower chips but better hand will still lose. Same with money - if you are a casual once a week player who is happy to withdraw profit you will lose. Not because of the players you are up against but because party poker wants gambling addicts to keep putting their money in, not players who make a few quid and walk away. Want an example of the bad beats- I have loads but here we goSeveral re raises pre flop and I have ACE ACE - I go all in Up against KJ Q4 and K10 Why would someone who had Q4 call an hefty all in? Simple he had more chips than us all and sure enough the flop was three Queens! Obviously a bot or a ghost player. Never seen that kind of play/luck in years of playing live.Another one for you - I am betting hard against a player I have pocket kings. 10 10 4 come out in the flop. I bet, he calls. A 6 on the turn, I bet large, he calls. A 2 comes out on the river and he goes all in I call but am worried he has a ten - nope he had pocket 2’s. Now either he is the worst player in the world or he knew he was going to hit as he was totally dominated by the first four cards. Loads more examples but not enough space on here to write them William hill is MUCH MUCH BETTER so please don’t waste your money here. They also pay out 30-40% of the field on party poker so the prizes are much better and the better players tend to last the longest on William hill. Good hands win more often than not as well. Keep using this website if you want your poket aces to get called by 9/3 unsuited only to see them hit trips or two pair. Absolutely disgusting cheating and they should be stripped of their gambling license.

Please do not play the casino on party poker, I played fishing frenzy the big catch all started off well I hit the jackpot game within 20 spins, there are 3 jackpots on this game and the same jackpot game covers all jackpot slots on this site, so I hit the jackpot game the jackpots are made up of 3 jackpots gold silver and bronze, gold being around 1.2m silver around 25k and bronze around 1k so I'm in and I'm thinking nice I might actually win some real cash here so I start playing my jackpot game I spin and the goal is to fill up your 15 reel slots with golden crowns so I spin and fill up the screen with around 9 of these crowns, then the game lls me to choose one of 4 bonus games so I choose one of these and all of a sudden bam, it kicks me out of the game mid game for no reason so after re-loading the game I'm still in I think ok must have just been a glitch let's carry on, so I choose one of these 4 bonus games again and this time it spins and fills up my 15 square grid to about 12 crowns I think nice this looks good so then the game tells me to choose again so I choose one of the 4 boxes it says collect...how much did I win? The math was just terrible for me. Some opponents felt like robots and they were just 2 lacky for me. Luck is an important factor,and for me the luck was terrible.The user interface is bad.

There is nothing wrong with the site I’ve been playing poker on it for years, never had any withdrawal issues it usually takes up-to 4 hours onto my bank card but sometimes is in within a couple hours. The customer service are good they reply back by email to me quickly, the fishing frenzy megaways is a fun game. They also look out for you too with monthly spending limits loss limits etc.

Party Poker are crooks with there programming avoid allin preflop against bigger stacks late on. Also they have a promotion that when you play fast forward cash games of 0.5/0.10 blind for any pocket pictures cards dealt you get a box to pick from. Well i got 3 pocket pairs AA KK JJ and only got one box to open when your entitled to 3. Emailed them still no answer!There Poker software isn't RNG its more like RIG for "rigged" the game isn't fair if your winning to much there programme will pick up on it and put on a serious BAD BEAT programme! Been using PP since 2005 and seen many owners come and go, seen them operate illegally in the USA without a license making billions in profit whilst avoiding paying taxes, taking peoples money and generally being poor as a company whilst allowing bots and collusion gangs to run rampant as they had a total disregard to stopping such shady activity as they didnt care about their straight up customers getting scammed out of thousands.Used them occasiionally to play when bored but Within a week, their internal system for some reason flagged me and banned me from both PP and Ladbrokes (both subsidiaries of Entain) without warning, i didnt act shady doing such things as using someone else card to deposit, using a VPN, they had my verification data and i was a straight up player, but due to them basically just being poor shell companies within the Entain group, with different branding to give off the illusion that they are totally different companies, they kept getting confused about which account i was referring to when dealing with the bannings, sending messages from PP and ladbrokes stating the same things, basically showing how incompetent they are. There are much better poker operators out there to use, i would highly recommend one of their competitors as they act in a more professional manner and dont steal your account balance. I had around £15 sitting in my account hat is now gone because they stole it but its not worth wasting my time over.

Terrible . I've been watching cash outs There no where near what payout should be . 2.05 pot at 64.1 percent gave a guy 86 cents . Should be 1.31. Take another 1.3 cents for there 1 percent that's 129.8 .. got 86 cents . Almost stole 45 cents on a 2 dollar pot . Thieves . Dont comment party poker I've already asked for your gaming commissions number and will be looking at legal action. Sent screen shots to your support so no denying what your doing or the numbers. Their RNG system is different from what they actually run. They have software they show to get the qualification certificate, and one they back up once they are done.They have then invented the term "Variance" which magically suddenly prevents you from winning. The number of 5-10% hands that hit on the river is ridiculous. Ive been playing on this site for well over a year and I'm starting to get tired of the continuous all in calls with air that hit bizarre straights on the river. Yes Im a wining player but I'm sure the bellcurve for my hand history would show that the stats don't quite follow as typical. In the past week I have lost AA to trips more times than I care to imagine. The players are always £1K or £2K in the red.

I know Partypoker are regulated but what’s the point if you don’t comply with regulations? I worked in the legal team of a company that provided services that were regulated by the Gambling Commission so I know companies are expected to deal with a complaint within 2 months and a data protection legislation Subject Access Request within one month. Party poker failed to meet both deadlines despite being provided with screenshots and video of the issue.The max penalty for breaching data protection legislation in the UK is £10m or 2% of global turnover, whichever is higher. If party poker are unable or unwilling to comply with data legislation, any issue you have will be way down in their priority list.Incidentally, slow resolution of issues seems to be something of a theme. If you look into the bug on their Fast Forward tables that negatively affected customers and the amount of time it took to resolve once known, you might think twice about playing on this site.

Worst experience ever from a support team / KYC team. Account frozen without notice. Now i have sent 20-25 pdfs revealing my full life to Partypoker and yet they dont seem to understand where my money originiate from. Funny thing is that i been constantly winning on the site throughout the last 15 years, but yet they cant understand where my money originate from even though its like 2% of my total winnings. They dont have any problem taking 2-3 weeks to respond.
