The crashing during tournaments is annoying, log back in tell you tournament ended, (witch it hasn’t). Bad beats is a given, its poker. Though I would never play cash games on this site. I’m sure I split the pot with a pair when I had a flush, but whatever. Partypoker off the past was much better than this, but then I played on pc, the app is crap. Just play small tournaments here. Don’t gamble real amounts. There is to many unknowns, and trust me I play plenty sites, this joint bugged out on app. Don’t risk it. I’m good with the fun tournaments. I’ll still play but for fun just. (Partypoker) Send a few ppl to trial a few other sites, you will see the difference yourselfs. I promise.

Been playing off and on for years on partypoker, the past ten years the company has become something I don’t even recognize anymore… absolute trash. Best way to compare it is Bing maps to Google maps(Pokerstars). The Rng through out the years has been rigged (I had cracked the code and won the same tournament 3 times back to back on the same day). When I reported it, The staff just played opossum then fixed the issue. Their blatantly robbing people of their money just saying. Now with this Id verification crap they’ve gone to far. I’m almost convinced their stealing peoples personal information and reselling it…claiming it as a data leak. They shouldn’t be asking for peoples SIN NUMBERS!!!, Proof of address like utility bills etc. this is not a job you clowns, and where not applying for a credit card. so why the do they consider it acceptable to be asking people for that information? your not a crypto exchange either. Your a bunch of identity stealing scum-bags though!

Can’t trust this site. Trying to withdraw money and they reversed the transaction 4 days later. No message to let me know anything and only after I contacted their team did they tell me they were investigating. I retried withdraw and it’s been another 4 days and nothing. This seems like they are trying to keep traffic and money on the site. I’ll be closing my account after I receive my withdraw. To think this site used to be one of the best… what a fall from grace. Poor customer service, here is a response I just got: “ We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We regret to inform you that, unfortunately there is no update on the matter as of now. All relevant departments are engaged with highest priority and we are doing our utmost in order to resolve your case as soon as possible. ”…”highest priority”… isn’t making sure your customers are happy your highest priority???Joke of a website.

I withdraw 5k using Interact email transfer on December 1st, 4 business days later they claimed their provider rejected the transaction (maybe provider doesn’t have enough money, understandable). Asked me for wire transfer which I gave, wire transfer rejected because of incorrect information ( I’m investigating with my bank with difficulties without transaction receipt) it’s been 13 days without money) my username is kingofslaves, i will give u guys an update if I receive money.

I play nearly full time and make money off the cash back unfortunately partypoker will let you think you have clearly reached the cutoff point for a rake back target only to find out that you have been paid a lot less for the previous target. A dirty low tactic by partypoker.

It’s a scam! Really hard to contact with complaints on several occasions I’ve had to split the pot in poker when I clearly had the winning hand I even have a screenshot this time as proof I had a full house and the pot was spit between myself and a player with a pair! I will not be depositing again ?

I toke out $300 and now any time I play I go all in and the site just gives me bad beat after bad beat, it’s not fair one day this site will get court out with the algorithm system they have to share the money around to keep it in the site. I’m done any one know a true fair site please.

Really good poker siteI know its really annoying losing on the river to a 1 outer, but that will happen Its not supposed to be easy winning a tournament I also have won a few tournaments because I got lucky on the river There will always be an element of luck in any tournament But over the long run, skill beats luckGood range of tournaments with bounties which I like, and a good player populationNever had a problem with withdrawals or deposits and they have always been very helpful One of my favourite poker sites and always will be

I have video recordings that i myself took whilst using this platform.all slot machines are rigged and know how much you are going to win or lose before a spin is complete.if you get a feature bonus before you even pick your key or box etc it knows how much to credit you even though these are advertised as totally random. how would they know what boxes i am going to pick before i myself know ????if you use this platform download bandicam and record your gameplay and raise a complaint with resolver. I am going to sue this company as it is 100 percent a SCAM and the poker is ridiculous like i cant confirm if it is rigged but its the most controversial platform i have used.

If you see lots of 1 star reviews and then a 5 star review it normally tells me it’s someone who works there posting it!.. I have been waiting for weeks now and the just send the same preprogrammed email saying we are trying to resolve the issue and appreciate the patience. If this was true they would resolve peoples issues and not keep them waiting for weeks and months for a simple issue, no doubt they will leave a message under this one pretending to have noticed or be helpful but this company is the complete opposite, if you don’t want to get your money stolen then I would be extremely careful using this site! I wish I seen the reviews before I started playing here!

I don’t think they should be in business. Not because it’s rigged or because they’re financially unstable (it’s not, they’re not)- but because they simply don’t care about customers. their customer service team is wholly inadequate, they have no technical knowledge, they don’t know the Ts&Cs of the product. I think its so bad that I’ve requested copies of all contact with PP, as to raise a case with the relevant regulators – that they are neither fair nor responsible. If your product breaks, you should automatically get a refund to your customer.

Just read some of the previous reviews and my experience is very similar. So many bad beats. Other players over raising with weak hands that im beating to then get a river card that take the hand. I know this is part and parcel of poker but it seems to happen way too often and generally when the pot size is large. Theyve had my money now. I will never spend another penny with them and i would say the same to anybody reading this review

The customer service for any help you may need is terrible & unprofessional.Alot of the promotions and interactive tools don’t even work.It is deceitful and they just talk in circles & never address or acknowledge the problem.The whole software & customer service needs an overhaul.The only good thing is they don’t have stupid mystery bounties like other sites do now.Just an excuse to steal more rake fees!

When you join for the first 500 hands or so deals and the whole experience is satisfactory, the software is better than others although it has many moments where you click and nothing happenns (glitchy) andi usually lose big pots in these scenarios…. That a side once your honey period is up you will find the same players winning big pots with poor hands, i cant count how many times i have hit a set of K’s or A’s on the flop and been screwed everytime at the river with a full time player (24hrs a day) tilting with a pair of dueces or somewhere near. The previous responses here from provider mentions the RNG card deals but that cant be as its consistently paying the bad beats and usually to the power players as mentioned above , i have analysed many hands and this and every other site is rigged to distribute chips to deep stacks forcing the lower stacks to replenish bankroll after bad beats. This is not me being bitter about losing any money, i play tight starting hands and dont leak alot but the chances i have to win big are very few and far between and when they do happen you can guarantee you will be tilted with a bad beat everytime. if your behaviour is to play tight and not play the aggressive pots you will simply fold at all hands and not enjoy your time here as a mediocre player, if your aggressive your playing the right cards you will lose almost everytime. Starting Hands and playing well in position means you fold to most things and therefore never make anything worth withdrawing. Its almost clockwork and you get deals like 9 3 off most of the time and so if your betting its always a gamble to the river and with so many bad beats your pretty much screwed either way. This only happens on during online games and you never see the amount of bad beats when playing at real games.In all fairness all sites are the same as i have tried most of them and all operate in exactly the same way only some more aggressive with bots than others. I loved the software but the behaviour like many others is too simply have you reloading the bankroll…… lets be honest you are losing you money when you join these online platforms (its a given, or they wouldnt exist) only invest fun amounts here an dont be hudwinked by the software and shiny buttons 😉

Very sketchy site. They make it so you have to split withdraws through 2-3 payment methods. But half the time 1 or 2 of those methods are down. So you want to withdraw 500 but it only lets you withdraw a third of that and the rest gets reapplied to your account without any notification so when your playing you don’t truly know your bank role. Before you know it you don’t have any withdraw left. Very sketchy do not trust.

Been playing on here for months and I also play live. I also play on William hill poker so I am not new to the game at all. Issues are below 1. Bad beats – they happen sometimes in real life but it’s almost every ten or 15 minutes on this site. 2. Bots – trust me they use bots or they have the dumbest players of all time. Don’t bother continuation betting your top two pair because these clowns/bots WILL CALL AND HIT THEIR RUNNER RUNNER STRAIGHT OR FLUSH. 3. Slow, slow gameplay. Just because someone has called a few times right at the end of their time allowance, it does not give them the right to a time bank. Slow, boring play……sit them out much quicker!!!! 4. Chip and money bias – the player with the most chips will beat you in a showdown. I worked out that 8/10 hands the player with the lower chips but better hand will still lose. Same with money – if you are a casual once a week player who is happy to withdraw profit you will lose. Not because of the players you are up against but because party poker wants gambling addicts to keep putting their money in, not players who make a few quid and walk away. Want an example of the bad beats- I have loads but here we goSeveral re raises pre flop and I have ACE ACE – I go all in Up against KJ Q4 and K10 Why would someone who had Q4 call an hefty all in? Simple he had more chips than us all and sure enough the flop was three Queens! Obviously a bot or a ghost player. Never seen that kind of play/luck in years of playing live.Another one for you – I am betting hard against a player I have pocket kings. 10 10 4 come out in the flop. I bet, he calls. A 6 on the turn, I bet large, he calls. A 2 comes out on the river and he goes all in I call but am worried he has a ten – nope he had pocket 2’s. Now either he is the worst player in the world or he knew he was going to hit as he was totally dominated by the first four cards. Loads more examples but not enough space on here to write them William hill is MUCH MUCH BETTER so please don’t waste your money here. They also pay out 30-40% of the field on party poker so the prizes are much better and the better players tend to last the longest on William hill. Good hands win more often than not as well. Keep using this website if you want your poket aces to get called by 9/3 unsuited only to see them hit trips or two pair. Absolutely disgusting cheating and they should be stripped of their gambling license.

Please do not play the casino on party poker, I played fishing frenzy the big catch all started off well I hit the jackpot game within 20 spins, there are 3 jackpots on this game and the same jackpot game covers all jackpot slots on this site, so I hit the jackpot game the jackpots are made up of 3 jackpots gold silver and bronze, gold being around 1.2m silver around 25k and bronze around 1k so I’m in and I’m thinking nice I might actually win some real cash here so I start playing my jackpot game I spin and the goal is to fill up your 15 reel slots with golden crowns so I spin and fill up the screen with around 9 of these crowns, then the game lls me to choose one of 4 bonus games so I choose one of these and all of a sudden bam, it kicks me out of the game mid game for no reason so after re-loading the game I’m still in I think ok must have just been a glitch let’s carry on, so I choose one of these 4 bonus games again and this time it spins and fills up my 15 square grid to about 12 crowns I think nice this looks good so then the game tells me to choose again so I choose one of the 4 boxes it says collect…how much did I win? The math was just terrible for me. Some opponents felt like robots and they were just 2 lacky for me. Luck is an important factor,and for me the luck was terrible.The user interface is bad.

There is nothing wrong with the site I’ve been playing poker on it for years, never had any withdrawal issues it usually takes up-to 4 hours onto my bank card but sometimes is in within a couple hours. The customer service are good they reply back by email to me quickly, the fishing frenzy megaways is a fun game. They also look out for you too with monthly spending limits loss limits etc.
