Scam scam scam. I’ve been trying for two weeks to withdraw winnings and have been declined 3 times to my credit card advising my bank is “blocking the deposit” – lies according to my bank. Tried bank transfer twice, first time it “errored” and second time (after waiting a full week) I was advised there was an error and was put back in my playamo account to spend. Absolute scam- don’t touch it!

Cashout is so annoying complicated. They Want five documents, below a mobilephone bill to verify the Personal address. 3 (!) documents/ Bills which confirm my address became Not accepted. I was an avid and regular player on this casino, I’m in Canada and there aren’t a ton of casinos that have the games I enjoy and that you’re able to stop the reels which I’m a sucker for. I completely understand win/loss, and I take my chances making deposits of hundreds + per week… FINALLY I came out with a fairly decent win at which point it was nothing but a battle with the casino. Finally they encouraged me to create an e-wallet with a service that is not Canadian but thinking “god can’t be worse than you guys”… WRONG! Now I’m having the same issue with a different company and their “customer service” have washed their hands of it since it’s out of their accounts. They have verified me, which was a massive headache, they have no problem at all taking my money the same way every single time I would deposit, but then when I try to withdraw onto that same card that they easily take money from weekly all of a sudden there is an issue with their providers… meanwhile while they’re rejecting my withdrawals, to that card, curiosity got the best of me… THEY COULD STILL ACCEPT MY MONEY FROM THE CARD! As a long time player at this casino , (Around 8 years) its time to call quits with this casino. Initially, in the VIP management of Elly, Playamo was great. Last few years things have changed a lot, new VIP, more challenges with withdrawals, etc. My most recent chain of events have been the inability to withdrawal, as my VIP manager seemly avoids my messages for request, the last 2 / 3 times. Thus, I’ve continued to play over and loss winnings over coming days. Ultimately this is my fault, but, ordinarily, when I request a withdrawal its fairly quick they get onto it (potentially with challenges). In short, just seems to hard to make a withdrawal nowadays, so I cancelled my account.

as i a lifelong problem gambler, i did manage to get my balance to $56000 aud, quite an achievmnet, probably spent more than $15000aud getting there, upon talking to the webchat i was advised only $4000aud per week withdrawal, in terms, it would take me about 4 months and abstaining from gambling to recieve these winnings, i did however abstain long enough to get 16000aud in one long month, however in that time frame i lost the rest, plus damaged health and sleepless nights.Sure they do not lose a seconds sleep, if some poor addict ditches 56k in one night, just another day in the mill, right?If the Australian govt would approve australian operators to provide online casinos we would not need to deal with these overseas scum.

DO NOT use this site! Don’t deposit, don’t even visit the site. It has been black listed from numerous casino review sites. They really don’t wanna give you any withdrawal. It is made quite difficult. You are asked for an absurd amount of personal information. Was almost expecting to be asked for my social insurance number and mother’s maiden name too. I’ve deposited $1700 since Apr 2020, always with the same card. Yet I can’t withdrawal $100? I did make one withdrawal sometime in 2020, although it was difficult. So clearly I must have been verified at some point….. but now I can’t make a withdrawal. It seems suspicious like a identity theft scam or something 🤷🏻‍♀️ The amount of info they want and being asked to verify more than once is odd. No other casino has done that to me. Personally I would look elsewhere. I’ve had an account for years now and at the start it’s like the honeymoon period, you have a win,easy and quick withdrawal but it certainly changes. Now,after years of playing it’s almost impossible to win. I always thought the games pay out a percentage, so if ya lucky you can keep winning, but not here,I was even told by there people that my account wasn’t balanced, my deposit/win ratio was obviously in my favour and after that nothing.
