40 dollars came out of bank a week ago. It just disappeared and wasn't applied to casino. The bank says it was deposited to the recipient but casino won't do anything about it but ask the same questions over and over

What I don't like is how l o n g it takes to get paid especially with today's technology. 48hrs! to get paid. So if you win on a Wednesday you will have to wait till Monday that's 128hrs not fair when you take our money instantly. And it's not for security purposes when there is other casinos out there who pay on less than 24hrs.What I do like is the rewards program not many out there like this one but don't abuse it or you will get suspended make sure you read the rules..... ugh lol

I have enjoyed playing on this site. There are two cons however. I'm not a great fan of the waiting 48hrs before a payout. Their are based in Australia and do not work on weekends so this could be much longer than 48 hours. And I wish there was a way to keep track of how far along you are in your wagering requirement. As an example if you have $10 in a bonus balance and you have been betting how much more in bets do you need to place before you have completed the requirements.

I only picked one because zero was not available. I’ve been trying to figure out how and why the game glitched out and ripped me off for my bonus round and these “Live Agents” after you finally get the through their useless “CHIP” AI Responder tell me one thing and it doesn’t work. I tried back and they left me waiting for so long saying they will be sure to let me know when they were don’t investigating. Only to write out some more useless off topic sluff responses saying that if I needed to reach them again to feel free to visits the Live Agent talk again. Then not even let me get past “CHIP” this last time. So here I sit pissed off and wondering what I could have just won there for the system to glitch out and then all tell me different stories each time I come back. Thank God for Screen Shots or I wouldn’t even be able to prove this to the next one since they closed out the chat trying to delete the proof I have. This is very frustrating since I have spent more than $20,000 on this site and have referred friends and family to it saying that they were on the up and up, and that it was a great place to play some games and not get huddled…. HARD LESSON TO SWALLOW!!!!
