When I was a newbe I would win payouts all the time and often, relevent to my deposits of course. The past 1.5 months hardly anything and I have put in a lot of money. Normally I would think oh well I'm just having bad luck however the other two people in my household are finding the same thing. For the thousands I put in, $500 in a calendar month? Unheard of and this is a first....always been consistent and fair to this point, just not what it used to be the past month or two :-(

Issue is still not resolved! I was ignored in each chat and had the conversation ended by multiple Customer Services Rep when answering the questioning "is there any other questions" (or whatever it says), which I answer yes to and it asks me to rate the chat each time and that the CS rep ended the conversation. To be completely honest I am rather pissed off by it all, by being ignored and the issue still not being resolved!
