They need to quit refreshing the game once they start giving you your free spins., then I feel it is what they want to pay you which is never good , they gotta start paying out more especially when we get the loyalty money and the games need to pay a little more what your betting it’s sad really you win your money back the whole 20 cents or less ,the games won’t let you win a certain amount it so obvious especially the new hippo game , never a match bonus just 15 percent when your gold status , and soon as you give them a good review you don’t win anymore , it’s ridiculous and your loyalty points take forever to add up unless you complain

Just joined this site spent enough to say no more! The win lines are crappy and for the amount of money I spent getting into a bonus I didn’t get more than 40 dollars IF I was really lucky So yea I don’t recommend this casino at all

But now I have to say that since they got “CHIP” the automated assistant everything has been disappointing. No free spins, hardly get a chance to talk to a real support staff member, and loyalty takes way longer to build up. Disappointed in their changes.
