Seriously all the other reviews here, regarding awesome customer service and praises, for this place, are FAKE as far as I am concerned…I signed up a few months ago, and deposits and gaming experience is good up until you try a withdrawal, first they hold it for 48 hours then when I tried contacting this site regarding the withdrawal, after the 48 hours past, using the so called 24/7 chat I am met with a “file not found” chatbox. I tried 2 different computers and 3 different browsers and there is NO 24/7 chat. I sent an email and its says 48 hour reply time for that, so lets see if anyone actually responds. There is NO phone number to call. So at the end of the day, this casino is like the many others I have experienced online. Which is… sure, play on, give them all your money, but the second you want any back, and try to cash out, you are met with multiple document verification requirements with days of waiting in between correspondence, or silence, or tech problems, or simply no reply at all, and no way to contact anyone. Its an utter joke. So do yourself a favor, play free slot apps instead, and go to a real casino, all of the online options I have met to date are the same Bull schit. This is currently my 9th online casino that has screwed me over when attempting to cash something out!! A few being Royal Panda, Twin Casino, Jackpot City Casino, all of them screwed me upon trying to withdraw. If I ever actually hear back from them or receive what I attempted to cash out I will remove this review, but if you are reading this, its because I never did.
