Surely with all these lousy reviews the gambling commission should step in, what are they there for.I had the usual problems, the app is appalling, try they’re live chat, ha, it says they are answering, in about a few hours. My latest request for my money back, has gone unanswered, now for 14 hours! I’ve emailed them, had no answer in 5 days. Once you have signed up, and deposited cash, which seems dead easy, it suddenly appears that to withdraw cash, if your lucky to win any, is the most difficult process in the world.They seem to constantly making new excuses, as to why they can’t give you any money back.AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I opened 888 account with €100 saying I get €100 bonus but I never got. I send my passport to Verify my ID they didn’t accept it so I play won €700 but was not able to take it out. Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free £88 ? I played £11 of the £88 i won £45 so it then said I couldn’t play those spins any longer because ? well I don’t know why. This is a money eating site. PLEASE stay well clear. I have played sites for 4 years and this site is by far the worst. Spent £3k and won three bonus rounds that paid a few hundred. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they haven’t followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but that’s just me.

At this stage I feel like they are some what close to being scammers . I had very high hopes when I saw they are part of me green. Lost a lot on money when I made withdrawal of approximately half of the amount I deposited on same day. Received approval confirmation next day which was on 7th September. Since then been casing them and according to them it’s been paid. Provided them with bank statements. End up getting confirmation from bank that I had no block on receiving money. But my money is no we’re to be found by them. Every time I had contacted them been told I will have a reply and it’s over 2 weeks. Looks like in the end I have to probably reach ADR or submit small business claim. If they delay is further I might end up submitting winding up petition. Highly unprofessional and had least ending up losing high end customer for them and mr green.
