Great selection of games and decent rewards however I am close to giving up with this site ,they block your account from depositing constantly because they repeatedly ask you to send statements and payslips every 3 months even though it’s clear I can afford my small stakes. you also have answer stupid questions by email repeatedly and on the phone otherwise yourAccount remains blocked. I understand know your client and money laundering but I must have repeated the same procedure 10 times in less than a year. No other site does this after the initial money laundering docs.

Endless issues getting my account verified, gave them phone bill, passport scan, payslip... still not enough now they are wanting a copy of my works contract and a full bank statement. Never known such a corrupt site. i refused to send the other documents as there isn't any requirement for these documents by the anti money laundering legislation. i some how managed to get through to the withdraw link and now my withdrawal is processing it says. however i tried to log back in later to check progress and now it says my account is blocked... conmen the whole lot of themgive me my money and get rid of my account.

I'm a very loyal player at rizk, like a grand each day as deposit loyal. Unfortunately I had problems with a payment that went missing that was sorted out wherby my account was blocked for a month. And now I'm still depositing 1k at least daily but due inactivity my account manager is not avaible because they had blocked my account. Ik at level 400 and can say you one thing since 2021 rizk casino doesn't support or appreciate loyal players in any way. Also the wheel of rizk is so bad that you littarly can't get more then 10 spins or a really realy low bonus money amount. I've seen several casinos that can give you way better don't start if u did stop!

Balance won’t update after several days. Real money balance is lower than actual balance in last played game but not in the lobby or other games. This keeps happening all the time even I forwarded this issue several times before.Stealing?

I'm rating this a 1 based on the fact that they allow casino streamers on YouTube a different set of rules to us normal players even if we highroll. Casino streamers are given 100% match bonuses on every deposit and also allowed to stake upto £10 per spin on slots. Anyone else the max is £5 as per their terms and conditions. It doesn't state anywhere that streamers get higher limits. Nor does it say on any streamers videos. They have a massive advantage and able to basically take our money!. Just look at nickslots for example. Big win after Big win!.

Having experienced some woeful online gambling sites. I felt it only prudent that I should let you know that you are certainly not one of those.I cannot praise Rizk highly enough. From your ‘withdrawal locks’ to your ‘non wagering bonuses’ you guys have set the bar in regards to your approach to ‘responsible gambling’. As for your ‘app’. It is far superior then anything else in the marketplace. By which I mean: Presentation, functionality, game selection and promotion/bonuses. I really cannot praise your site enough.

Hate is a strong word i don't like to use but I hate rizk casino. There Common criminals with fixed gaming at it best.Fixed Gaming ✅Trust this review it took me months before I realized it. I'm going to create a Facebook group dedicated to bringing this casino down or getting them investigated.
