No idea why there’s so many bad reviews here. RTP is actually much higher than other non cryptocurrency casinos. 96-97% on my favourite games compared to 94% on competitor casinos. Verification only took a few hours and was easy, and withdrawals were quick. Almost instant for small amounts and only a few hours when I tried to withdraw a few grand. I think many people here are leaving negative reviews because they gambled more than they could afford to lose and had a bad luck streak, which can happen regardless of what the payouts are set to. Gamble responsibly with these guys and you will have no issues, chur.

None of their promotions work. Really bad RTP nothing but dead spin after dead spin. One of the worst casinos I've ever played on. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Most horrible experience ever!!!! They took ( yes took ) hundreds from my Visa! My bank called to let me know! Apon emailing support to ask why they stole money from account. I tried to log back on to my rizk account and was BLOCKED!!!I went to live chat who played every verification trick in the book , while being passive aggressive! Only to be sold dreams about how she cant do this or that blah blah and that she has escalated the matter.... It has been hours and hours and many emails to try resolve this matter only to be continuously ignored and now for some reason live chat won't connect.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO

What a joke this site is joined up didn't even deposit as I got distracted and didn't log out. I nodded off when I woke up I decided I was going to have a little go on site so I went to deposit I couldn't so I contacted support and asked them why. Only to be told my account was suspended due to me gambling for long periods of time and making multiple deposits it had raised red flags as I was gambling unsociable hours. I hadn't even made any deposits if I could see my deposit history then surly they could see it too no games where even entered. I simply let the dog out sat down got engrossed in a documentary and nodded off and left the page open. When I tried to explain this I was met with our risk assessment team will be in touch but until then your account is suspended. I told them not to bother and close the account liars they didn't even check to see if deposit where made non where their loss glad I have seen these reviews now lucky escape.

Been using for 4 months now and just need a better selection of games as the fast payouts and pokies all seem good. Rizk lacks table games though so you can tell that they're in this to make money not keep everyone happy which is fair enough because their a company but cmon some more table games would be good bit bland selection

Update 30/8/2022I recently got my account blocked due to a single complaint. I got it Reopen I thought eCOGRA helped me but I was wrong It was the MGA.Anyway 2 days I've had my account open I've now Deposited $1,250 my biggest bonus buy was $45.00 the rest all under $9.00 I only buy $20 bonus buys 20c bet.I'm closing my account after this.Rizk.com or Rizk Casino whatever you want to call them can't be Trusted.They have a ridiculous amount of negative reviews everywhere.I should of left my account blocked ?

Brought a bunch of bonus buys on gates of olympus for the last 5 weeks and couldn't even manage one win over $86 lost over $2.500 feel like an idiot thinking it was just a bad run untill I left 7 complaint and they treated me like I was stupid sending me copy and pasted replies and then threatening to close my account if I didn't reply to there email message that there games don't have repetitive payouts which they so do. If I didn't want to try and win back some of my losses I would of told rizk to shove it where the sun don't shine.Avoid at all cost.

I gamble for a living. I have never come across a shady casino like Rizk.com I played a game called "Gates of Olympus" It has done ok on other casino I play on. I spent over $2000.00 betting a $1 a spin and manange to get 3 bonus games which gave me exactly $3.40 3 times. The same exact amount this has never happened to me before this casino is obviously a scam And I am warning people to block this casino.

Joined and Deposited 100 at 1am and they put me in cool off . So had to withdraw back until 24hours. Deposited 100 and they locked my account Z tried getting my 100 back and it won’t withdraw , customer service are useless it’s like I’m talking to the cleaners. Don’t use because they steal your money and make up excuses and keep fobbing you off. Very bad site . Please no one use this , everything is delayed and they won’t be open long . Customer service friendly but idiotic and not very helpful.I am a professional gambler who run a page on the top online casino worthYour time. Rizk.com The verification process for rizk is the worst I have ever had to do it took forever it gave me migraine.Slots and gameplay Are decent in the beginning and then all of a sudden no wins for 7monthsWithdraws/Payouts4 to 24 hours not bad considering the amount you win anything over 2 grand expect delays. Not recommended.

I was given a telephone call from a representative from Rizk Casino as I had looked into signing up but didn't actually make a deposit. So he offers me a 100% match and 50 spins if i sign up he even stayed on the phone with me as I reset my password just to make sure the bonus was given to me but here I am 6 hours later 4 chats later 5 emails later and still nothing. Oh and they told me to please not play any games with the deposit I made until this is resolved. UNBELIEVABLE

They are crooks. Pure and simple. Please avoid. There's many good online casinos but rizk.com is the worst so far to my experience. If you close your account they will keep all you documents and not delete them. Don't even give them documents. They demand everything and if you don't oblige they will lock you out of your account

This casino is a joke no way of contacting them at all. Live chat was another site who said I need to contact rizk strange as that was who I was requesting a call back from. Live chat comes up with error 404 so I cant speak to them then. I used to play fine until I was winning already has sent ID and stuff then they wanted proof of funds sent it twice still not opened my account up. And sent everything they asked for so glad I never had a large amount of money because it would still be sat there.

Have been with Rizk for 2 years ...everything has been good..until they changed payment providers and now I can only withdraw a minimum of $90 nzd to my bank use to be $20 and when I got my winnings it was not the full amount $480 only received $440 for this reason will not be playing again with rizk or the sister company guts they are the same wouldn't recommend

Probably one of the best sites around, great selection of games, quick payouts and helpful staff. Until.... you start winning to regularly, I went on a run of good luck and was winning some very nice amounts, wasn't long til rizk stepped in and did everything possible to restrict me. I'm now at a point that they want my works contract and salary, I'd already submitted wage slips so why they want my work contract I don't know. my accounts closed and I'm unable to contact them via live chat.

Worst online casino in the UK. When you play on a slot that acts like it's going to pay out the slot will suddenly get a partner cashier error or the slot will crash. I go through deposits without any bonus on multiple games. Other sites I play on will have bonuses or features all the time. Beware this is a scam site they manipulate the slots from paying big wins. There sister site Casino Euro left the UK which was also a terrible site. You have been warned.

just an average casino nothing special. if you level up you get a spin at the wheel of rizk where you get 5 free spins wager free most of the time(enjoy 30p). and they claim fast withdrawals but instead they keep you waiting as long as possible and if you are going to ask about it in live chat it will even take longer. so if you want to play at rizk keep in mind if you win some you will get it the next week.

Well I would have probably given a good review, a month ago. However, not so much anymore. Everything started out good I would have even recommend them as a top casino however due to incidents the past 2 weeks I will not be. I had several withdrawals pending, via wire transfer, how ever my fault I miss typed the transit number while entering the wire transfer info. I had tried to communicate that with customer service and just kept getting put off. Told the money will be deposited into my account anyways, every customer service member i talk to seem to just not care and would respond back with oh wait a few days. It will show up, when I told them it won’t they seemed to all ignore me. I had talked to 3 people over live chat 1 over email. And no one seemed to care. By the final person I chatted with over live chat I was quite upset and a little stressed out. As there was a unforeseen financial emergency. My pet got sick and my rent was due. My whole pay check needed to go to these events leaving me no money for my basic needs. So it turned out these winnings were going to come in handy to help me out. However anytime i asked about it I just got told to wait a few more days. Yes I’ll admit I was probably in the wrong a bit by letting my frustration and stress do the talking. However after it had been a week and my first withdrawal wasn’t in yet I was starting to get a bit upset. Meanwhile the 3rd guy I had talked to, kept just egging me on, telling me I don’t know how withdrawals work, and that he needs to re educate me on them. And but would be no help to me, or give me answers. Without thinking to much, I made a few comments like: “I needed that money for food". "Guess ill just starve at this rate" "It's not like your going to make my funds appear so I can finally eat after 3 days" Which they took as I have a “Gambling” issue, because for once I actually needed my winnings. Any other time I could not have cared less how long they took. Well it was not because of “gambling” issue, but unforseen circumstances in my day to day life. They decided to lock my account then close it permanently. And tell me I need to look into help. The reason they closed my account was due to those comments. I was emailed by their customer support supervisor. Telling me she did closed it due to those issues and sent my withdrawal through again. When I tried to explain the situation and the circumstances as to I was a bit stressed out at the time. And closing my account was totally uncalled for. She ignored my final email, and I got no response. She did not care, and just decided that was the way to go. If your pet/kid was sick and you were a little tight on money would you not be a little stressed also? I still have not seen my withdrawal from almost 2 weeks ago, and the other few I was told were deposited successfully, I have sent screen shots of my accounts and no withdrawals on my statement, just to be told AGAIN wait a few days. Every aspect of dealing with customer service was unprofessional, from staff on live chat to customer service supervisors. And a big waste of time. I would not be this upset and writing this review if she did not close my account permanently. As this was my main casino, and my favourite up until this recent incident. It’s really disappointing that this is how they treat their customers. And just shows that they do not care about customers.
