False advertisement. If I could leave a photo here I would. Signed up lost my bet and got no free bet as stated I would on sign up. Sad site Sad treatment. Sites like this are obviously on there way out. Not worth the headache and unusual odds on games somethings not right here. In my opinion.

I will just basically say what everyone else did.Scamm and rigged games.6 different games deposit to play each not even a one bonus all games catching errors just to interfere with you getting bonus.They scumbags should be prosecuted.They deserve proper fee from gambling commission like some other sites.Hopefully soon it’s going to happen.Karma is always coming back and I’m sure those shameless thieves will pay.Highly recommend to avoid those thieves.Shamless without any qualities or dignity.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. A week on since withdrawing and im still none of the wiser and just keep getting fobbed off! 24/48 hours it will be sorted I keep getting told.. Easily the worst customer service imaginable. Takes days at a time to respond on their Livechat service, does not respond at all to email queries, has no option to actually close the account (they will force you to self exclude to close the account) and could be the worst Casino you will ever come across online.

Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? This company should be investigated by the gambling commison as they are not adhering to the rules and regulations. Please dont give me the indignity of providing the usual company response. Joined about 5 months ago, they asked about my opinion so there you go honest opion.Very poor casino offer deposit 20£ play 1£ per bet Didnt even win once lost about 200£ Just to try never won more than 20£ after bonus which is very rare scored it 2 Times. Site is very laggy welcome offer is rip off. Cashout only when you lose never when you win had acca 11 won 10 matches last match was 2:0 in my favor cashout blocked at the end it finished 2:2 but i coudnt withdraw about 3.300£ which is no sense, honestly avoid this site you will never be happy with this site which is very bad. Customer service never helps aswell you need to proove how much you earn and send a bank Statement which is bizzare. Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste £10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all…poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn’t work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people’s feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn’t actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don’t like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don’t commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didn’t have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Like others here on Trustpilot, had an account for around 8 months but as soon as you start winning they don’t want to know you any more. Was restricted to a maximum liability of £1! so requested a withdrawal of my total balance which is when the fun starts! Was asked for proof of ID so sent them everything, even things they didn’t request, however that still wasn’t good enough. I was told a scan of my passport was blurry and unacceptable, despite having sent the same scan to various other bookmakers over the past few years who had no problems with it. Two weeks after withdrawal request still waiting for a not inconsiderable £3,800 and haven’t replied to emails I sent them. Use this company at your peril!

I have played slots for over 20 years and I know they’re random however the slots here I’m having doubts, especially the pragmatics. liquidity on is very poor, large gaps in prices even up to the off. only look to facilitate their market makers. if you put in an arb from betfair it wont get taken which is quite bizarre to be honest. place markets dont even bother.

Terrible site,I deposited £20 by paypal and then tried to place a yankee bet but couldnt?then contacted chat and advised no exotics available🙄Then tried twice to place a single horse bet but slow glitchy site made that impossible.Contacted chat to close account after hitting withdraw button to take deposit back.I was asked why closing account and gave reasons above,"ok thanks "was all i got,no apology for the crap service then just cut me off ,must happen a lot.
These new betting sites are useless,used a tried and tested one,total amateurs.AVOID.
Would give zero stars but have to give 1 to review.

Please stay away from this site, after placing bets on here I went to do a withdrawal it took them 3 days to process and still no funds received from them. There support are no help saying please contact us for ARN number but still not given it to me. Better sites out there than these. Shame I can't give zero starts because it would be!!!!

They have a faster app compared to betfair, I have the account with them for about two years and I place 100 to 300 pound bets on top tier football.

The reson why I give them 4 stars is because they don't have big liquidity, sometimes I have to wait a bit tonbe matched.

Total waste of time. Limited to peanuts. Thought it was just horses so put a 4 timer mug acc up for soccer and it paid 8/1 Max bet £12 . Won't even let me bet to win 100!!

Don't use Smarkets…if you start winning they will close your account…it is only my suspicion but i think the marginal exchanges are now starting to bet on their own exchanges to get more profit..and if they have shrewd punters who out bet them…they close those accounts. I suggest you close your account with Smarkets and finish these marginal exchanges..best thing i ever did.

Tried to add a new card to my account to replace my destroyed one customer service as usual these people was hopeless I have to go back to Sky bet they did it in seconds you can tell the customer service is what you done and then they they suggest it back to you you when you have just told them you've already done it why can't we rate them no stars you can spend thousands of pounds a week and they still will not ring you they don't deserve the business

Smarkets warning

So, this probably comes to no surprise to anyone who uses Smarkets that they can be plagued by technical issues and as part of the terms and conditions they basically take no responsibility for any problems that arise because of that.
In my case a bet that I placed appeared on their website as matched but after the site crashed it appeared that the bet was not in fact matched. Smarkets admitted that the bet had appeared matched due to “technical issues,” but refused to honour the bet because “they are just an exchange, they don’t take bets but simply match them.”
I am writing this as a warning for anyone who uses Smarkets that there is no certainty that just because your bet appears matched that it is and you have no recourse at all when Smarkets refuses to payout.

The only reason I am giving smarkets 1 stare is because I can’t go below that, please avoid using smarkets at any cost as they have closed my account and have not refund my funds and it’s been over 4 weeks and they are holding my 7k.
And the reason for that is I could not provide source of funds according to them , where they have been asking me to provide bank statement of third person who has got nothing to do with smarkets . Basically smarkets blatantly asking me to breach GDPR where they have been asking me to provide bank statements of my friends whom I have transactions with. Neither I have any rights to ask for third persons bank statement nor it states any where in smakets terms and condition.
Anyone else have same experience please let me know as I have been going thru some stressful time ? And if I now need to get some legal help ? But please do not use their services rather have Betfair exchange account or betdaq or even matchbook but not smarkets. And they even stopped replying to my emails.

Settle bets correctly as winners then they settle as a loss an hour later so had to fight for my winnings. Blamed it on the info they got yet the info would have been correct initially as they settled the bet. Clearly trying their luck. Avoid this company if you want stress free enjoyable gambling. Also never needed to submit any documents with my ID yet they allowed me to withdraw which I didn't even think was allowed anymore

Smarkets was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $15005 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

Poor. Only joined 2 days ago and I already felt the need to close my account. When everyone else on the high street refunds bets because of an incident, such as when the starter makes mistakes and your horse doesn’t get a run, Smarkets don’t. Totally inflexible company..

Accumulators are not 'exact calculations' according to customer services, so you put an acca on at 'best odds' but the final acca odds are lower than you would get elsewhere because of this 'non-exact' calculation……. very misleading

I had read the bad reviews on here but just thought that the people leaving them were moaners…now I know from personal experience just how ignorant and unhelpful they really are. Scum. On a 0% offer which expired for around 10 minutes before I got it back on. OF COURSE, in those 10 minutes I placed bets worth £10,000s, so what would have been a nice profit, turns into a big loss. Smarkets refuse to apply the 0% offer I've been on for 4 years. The amount of money I've made them getting on lay bets creating markets in that time which is why they give the offer to matched bettors, and they can't do the decent thing and apply said offer on bets placed in such a small window where it had ran out.

It's not about the money lost rather than won in the slightest, in matched betting you do on rare occasions mess up and take a loss. It wasn't a HUGE amount either way, it's the principle of it. A £150 profit turned into a £45 loss in itself is not worth crying over. However Smarkets could have done "the right thing" and made any bets placed in that small window (less than 10 minutes) also have 0%. Said window was so small, about 1/3 of my bets DID get 0%, it was only when the maths didn't add up I realised.

Wasn't the first time something like this happened as well, previously the "window" I keep harping on about where the bets were placed and I lost about 30 quid was quite big, if I'd checked my e-mails earlier it wouldn't have happened. The same principle applies though, treat customers earning you a % of every single bet on every single market with some decency you rancid scummy company which profits massively from an addiction.

Another thing to add, judging Smarkets subjectively and not on their very recent rancid behaviour, if you want to use an exchange to just bet with casually and not matched betting, the 2% Betfair charge vs the 2% Smarkets "theft" in comparison is insane. Betfair is on such a high level that smarkets try to charge the same commission is laughable. Betfair have more liquidity, more "obscure" events to bet on, their own sportbook which really good odds if you want to place an Accy, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they actually have half decent customer service
