Customer support I’ve been a customer with Smarkets and recently faced an incredibly frustrating situation. I’ve been locked out of my account for several days, and despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I am not receiving any reset emails. I’ve checked my inbox, junk folders, and even tried different browsers, but nothing works.What’s more stressful is the fact that there’s no contact phone number to reach out to directly. I’ve sent several emails and have had to wait up to three days for a response, which is far too long in a situation like this. I cannot even use the help chat because I cannot log in!I’m very keen to resolve this issue, but the lack of immediate support has been extremely frustrating. Smarkets, please reply to my email promptly and provide a solution to this ongoing issue.

money left my bank via true layer but didnt arrive in my smarkets account, cant get customer support at all always in que then chat session closed and ive waited over 1 hour each time.No telephone number to ring so cant seem to get any help!! just fired off a complaint lets see what happens

I have been their customer for last many years.They were good at withdrawals no issue for last 2-3 years but withdrawal times are getting worse as i am still waiting for withdrawal of £1500 for 4 plus days and on other side betfair exchange payout instant.Surely they need to improve like betfair exchange.

Smarketts is a really good site been on here over 3 years now and no issues at all. They are just getting bigger and bigger markets. My money is secure with them, the stats they provide are excellent The odds are right up to time and its really easy for a beginner or pro to navigate quickly through enabling you to keep on top of things. They have responsible gambling tools to use at any time for any length of time. I highly recommend this site to any one wishing to have either some fun or trying to make a bit of money. Good luck every body Always bet wat u can afford and spend time before picking your bets and am sure you will have many positive outcomes.

Terrible site, they call themselves an exchange but you can’t trade out at any point during the tennis, I call this theft. Won’t be using them again.

Hi Smarkets I find offer similar prices as betfair or better. I find them a lot better then your other Normal bookmakers price which are yVery poor value You must at else check it out Or just take the bookies poor value Your feel like a mug then

I recently returned to Smarkets after trying other exchanges and I must say I was impressed with the customer support arond the verifications that you have to go through, which Im not a great fan, and was done quite quickly. The liquidity is quite good in most sports with the exception of greyhound racing. My overall impression is that the site is growing rather than going backwards as some of the previous comments suggest. Its a pity that there isnt an API in place like Betangel, Geeks toy etc this would greatly enhance the customer experiance and interaction with the site and I am certain that this would grow the platform even more. I would have given five stars otherwise:O)

The website, the prices, customer service in general, everything is great about Smarkets. Except one thing. And unfortunately it’s a big one. I’ve just had it clarified that withdrawals take SIX hours. Not instant like Betfair, Skybet, Bet365, William Hill, yes just about every bookmaker going. Smarkets take six hours. In this day and age, with the technology there is, that is simply shambolic. Hence my middle of the road rating. If they sped up their withdrawals, they’d be an easy 5 stars.

i find its easy to follow because its set up correct every thing is set up right no hassel i have been with other exchanges and find smarkets is the best thats all i can say i dont want to slag any body off so we will leave it at that keep up the good work smarkets.

Fab platform for match betting and the customer service have been really helpful and helped me with a problem I had.

It is a total waste of time even bothering to tell this firm what is wrong because there are so many things wrong with this mob , because that is basically what they , they NEVER take any notice of any feedback and everything that is wrong for months continues , no colours on many of the international races , no trap numbers on the greyhound markets , horse racing markets going in play when according to the market the runners are still going down , bets settles wrong , £20 lay on a 2 , and they take 20.01 out of your balance , have £30 on a 2 and your winning are £29.70 , these are just few of the things that need sorting out.

Early days but so far very impressed. Easy deposits and withdrawls via credit card, friendly customer service. Easy site to navigate around. No issues at all, Awesome!! I wish all sites were like this.

I was very satisfied to have my smarkets account changed over with different bank accounts. It was nice to get the help, as my banks made this harder than it should have been. Alice the advisor was vey helpful and resolved my bank issue fast.

Please look elsewhere than Smarkets. I was in a bet and had the opportunity to cash out when they froze everything due to a technical error and I lost money. Smarkets have really let their customers down. Go for Betfair or someone else, you will thank me for it.

Scumarkets they should be called…I bet regularly for about 6 years..then due to a few winners that went against their own bets..they lost and banned me…I will always warn everyone of this dreadful IMHOUnethical bunch

Someone managed to get into my bank account and deposited funds into an smarkets account! I asked them to look into this over a month ago. They don’t reply to my messages for days and then say they’re looking into it! Have some serious dodgey security system by the looks of things! You can deposit money into accounts using other peoples details!

Smarkets rely/target matched bettors to, match their markets. The way they treat them at times and screw them over with their reliance on them is…. can’t be described with filters. Pathetic5 minutes in to the France vs Spain match, I make a deposit to lay more potential bets. SUSPENDED!5 Minutes in to a massive game they do this. There have been occasions in the other knockout games where I could have potentially been absolutely ****** by this. Pure luck I wasn’t.The suspension locks me out entirely, I can’t even view my current bets. Thank god Betdaq are improving so drastically, can’t wait to not have to deal with these scummy lot again

Very Disappointed with Smarkets’ Handling of Matched Bet IssueI placed a bet on a greyhound race on 7 July 2024, which was clearly marked as “matched” in my account, with the liquidity on the exchange reflecting my bet size. However, after the race, my statement suddenly showed the bet as unmatched, costing me my winnings. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with Smarkets, including detailed explanations and evidence, they repeatedly insisted the bet was never matched and offered no meaningful solution.This experience has seriously undermined my confidence in Smarkets. If bets can appear matched and then vanish when they win, it calls into question the reliability and fairness of the platform. Smarkets’ handling of this situation has been disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others about the potential risks of betting on this platform.Lucas Morse

Good commission levels, market options and liquidity for the markets i bet in .. less keen on changing order of selections according to price (ie not able to fix) which can cause confusion

Easy to navigate around site with plenty of football options and i like how i can bet on a horse and lay it off at shorter odds with the keep in play option

The back and lay odds on Smarkets have huge difference as compared to Betfair and sometimes there are no odds available in a middle of crucial time of your bet and it will have an option make your offer instead of actual odds which can cause losses as this affects trading in a high intensity match. Also betfair has AVB betting on horse racing where you can bet on 2 horse races against each other rather than betting on the whole horse racing event. Smarkets has lots of beating choices which is a good thing but then need to have a model exactly like betfair or even better than Betfair. Thank you

I opened a few days a Smarkets account, and wanted very much to bet EURO 2024. So i deposited, at first they allowed me to deposit 1k EUR, and nothing more, i edited my limits but was nothing solved, as monthly limit is 550 eur, while daily is 10k EUR. Where is the logic? No where at Smarkets.. as even having 10k euro deposit limit dailly, monthly is 550 EUR.I contacted numerous times on chat and they said will send me an email with required documents within 2 days, passed more than 4 days, no email to be found, no reply, and insanely bad service, customer support too. I lost precious time whish i could bet, dont use it! is not a empty complain, is the way they treat customers.
