Engrained incompetence at every level.I was repeatedly told by LC International agents that my bank was blocking withdrawal payments. I then tried to withdraw to paypal which also failed. An agent eventually admitted that they had problems processing withdrawals which had been acknowledged by their technical team and that they were trying to resolveGetting my winnings from SportingBet, Coral and Ladbrokes has become hell recently. It used to be within four hours everytime, now it’s days and only after initiating conversations with support. The icing on the cake is that on two occasions they have declined to give me a free bet despite me telling them of severe inconvenience and dissatisfaction with my experience. Unfortunately the UK gambling market is too competitive to invest any further time in companies like LC International and thus I have proceeded to close my accounts across all brands.Very bad business towards a long term customer who has been betting with you for many years.Good day.

Have lost approx £159,000 with them in the last 3 years in their shops (£80k in shops and 79k online at Sporting Bet / Ladbrokes / Coral etc…)I am a member of GAMSTOP but foolishly I asked friends who did not gamble to open accounts which were totally and exclusively funded myself and from the same bank account and I can say without a miniscule of doubt that they knew it was me funding the accounts as it would be impossible not to (as the same bank details were used each time via apply and revolut pay) and I also know a senior bookmaker insider who has advised that I am infamous for my losses. They and most bookmakers make 95-99% of their money from problem gamblers.I have written to them as have my friends involved asking why as per direction from the GC but they have flat ignored everything.I am so certain that they know it is me that I recorded one of their employees saying so. BUT, I will expose it even if it is my last dying duty.PS Lost approx 200k in the last 10 years in their Entain shops in Ireland that they bought off Barney Eastwood and was the biggest and most notorious loser in their busiest Belfast shop SO THEY KNOW).

I deposited £40 and placed a total of 3 bets on here. 1 on an Arsenal game, 1 on Tottenham and 1 on a premier league ACCA. Apparently, this warrants completely restricting my account so that I can place a maximum of £0.84 on bets!? Ridiculous. Probably just because all 3 of my bets happened to win they didn’t like that. Didn’t even withdraw either as I was continuing to use their site, but apparently I’m not welcome. Bet365 is better anyway.

What can I say lol . Luckily I only deposited £12 so I can’t be accused of being a bad loser and my review isn’t valid . Like I said played with £12 win over £200 on slots withdrew 200 and from that exact moment BOOM . No access to account . Spoke to online chat . Sent documents needed to be verified . Was told I have to ring them to get back access to my account . Spoke to a nice lady was told I could log back in within the hour . Logged in fine back on site went to play a game nothing loaded . Logged out logged back in YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED ! And surprise surprise no response on web chat at all , all of a sudden there’s no one available to answer my calls and every email I try to send it fails with an internal issue lol need I say more people ?? I’m so glad I did this early on like I do on all my sites to test withdrawal times and issues etc . They could’ve and would’ve had 1000,s from me but screwed me over after £12 lol I doubt I’ll see the withdrawal or the remainder of my balance . I have spent 100s of 1000s in sporting bet recently and did not get anything back. They have rigged it in such a way that its so difficult to win. There are way too many bonus deals but you can’t actually win most of the time. I will not be using them again. In the past 2 months I have put in so much and couldn’t even get up to R5000 in winnings and then it was all gone. I thought to try again but everytime I deposit my funds get depleted so quickly. To think that because I’ve put in so much I’d at least be given a small portion of what I put in back, but that was not the case.

I signed up for sportingbet on the 24/03/2024 and was immediately electronically verified and was allowed to deposit and play.Since then I have deposited around £750 playing slots. Yesterday I won £2000 and tried to withdraw my winnings. After almost 24 hours without payout I contacted support and was advised I needed to send documentation to verify my account. I sent the documents even though UK Gambling Commission rules state;”A gambling business can’t ask you to prove your age and identity as a condition of withdrawing your money if they could have asked you at an earlier point. However, there may be occasions where a gambling business can only ask you for information at that time in order to fulfil legal obligations.If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds.”After sending the requested documents, I received an email from sportingbet stating they have made a business decision to close my account and confiscate the balance quoting terms and conditions sections 14, 16 & 17. Having read these, I have not placed any fraudulent bets nor have I reached any other terms and conditions. Email after email, customer service chat after customer service chat and I’m getting automated repetitive responses or told to contact the email that is giving me the automated responses.

Bet placed 17 February taking odds offered under Best Odds Guaranteed promotion. Starting prices for two winning selections were better than BOG odds and return should have been circa £600. However bet was settled using shorter BOG odds and Sportingbet only paid out £410. Despite providing clear evidence BOG promotion rules applied they simply respond saying bet settlement is correct and give no explanation. My experience with this bookmaker was terrible and if I could have given them no stars I would have done. Avoid at all costs!

I made a 500 deposit, received an additional 400 bonus.. Placed a few bets n got it up to 1400, placed some more bets n got it back down to around 1000.. A few days later my account balance was zero.. I queried it with the live chat and got the following responses: Thank you for your patience, i regret to inform you that an amount of R R 602,57 plus R 400 was claimed back when your Bonus expired before you could complete your wagering… And: With regards to the above funds were claimed back when your Bonus expired, we will not be adding these funds back due to this action being inline with the terms of the bonus, to take this further you can contact the Western cape Gambling board. What a scam!

This is just a knock off version of coral and ladbrokes but 10times worse (if that’s even possible). It really isn’t worth signing upto all they want is your money they have no interest what so ever in letting you win. Closed my account after 1 day of it being open

This company is a scam. I placed 2 bets on springboks going to the finals. Was supposed to get paid 2850rand. Then when i checked my bet history the bet is gone and I cant even see lost or won. Please understand that there is a reason for 1 star reviews!!!! This is the worst company i have ever placed a bet on! Username: costeacipri After winning a bet on over market, a odd of 2, nothing crazy, i have been voided, they stole my money, not giving me the profit but this is not all. They blocked my withdrawals and blocked my account(unable to login) with 330 pound on it. I have been 4 times with agents on the chat, they are saying a superior needs to solve this issue but nobody is helping, I have also emailed them and no response.Literality stealing your money in 2023, i cannot believe those companies are still on the market. This was not accepted and I was then told Sportingbet would be keeping both my deposit and my winnings. Should have read other reviews before opening an account. I was a member for months of sporting bet. Opened an account, I was fully verified through agecheck.com and told I could deposit/withdraw freely. Deposited £200 and won £1100 over 4 hours of play. Withdrew the money and sent DL and utility bill. I was then told that I had previously had an excluded gala bingo account and my withdrawal was not valid, what is that about!? I staked £200 fairly, no bonus, just risk of my own funds, if I lost this then nothing would of ever been said. The only fair thing to do would be pay me what is rightfully mine, you verified my account and sent it to me in writing, then after withdrawal process spotted a ‘problem’. I have just paid the £80 to take this to small claims court and if I don’t receive payment within 1-3 working days I will take it to the newspaper and social media.

Terrible company. Under the LC Brand and like the others they have closed my account without giving a reason. but what’s worse if they are withholding my money and despite sending the ID they requested are now saying I withdrew more than I deposited overall. That’s meant to be the point of placing bets! I am disgusted and this should not be allowed. I will be going with this all the way to the Gambling Commission if I don’t get my money back.
