Simple: avoid it at all cost.Followed the process to verify my account with all the documentation needed, but my withdrawal requests are not being processed. Not only that are not giving a proper explanation, the support does not exist:- email them 4 days and 1 day ago, with no reply at all- chat support gives contradictory inform, and no respect to timelines they mentioned. E.g. They said I would receive a follow up by email in 24 hours, and nothing; an agent tell me the withdrawals were processed, and then proceeds to tell me right after they are not.I am in contact with the gambling commission from my country. So please, read the reviews and avoid them like plague.

Worst gambling website, I had a treble and they all won, the last race they reverse the placing as an amendment result and they didn’t pay me. The only one who doesn’t pay first past the post. I contact the costumer service to find out why everyone else pays first past but not them and they were so unprofessional and useless. Absolutely gutted! Avoid them at all costs!

Appalling customer service. Let me register, deposit and bet then when I woke it it said account suspended. Asked for address proof which I sent three times. Now the account is locked and won’t let me log in. I have over £300 sat there and nobody will let me withdraw. It’s a scam.

AVOIDI opened an account this morning with £50.I tried placing my 1st bet with a £10 accumulator, but it wouldn’t accept my bet. Avoid ANY Casino owned by the Ladbrokes & Coral Group, Trust me I’ve tried them all and I can ?% Confirm that every Spin and Bonus payout is Scripted. Absolutely atrocious – currently been on the phone and chat for over 1 hour waiting for incompetent people to redeem the rewards that I have wagered against – like talking to a brick wall. What is the point of sending promotions if you don’t honour them and your staff can’t see visibility of even when it’s been sent via email and via my sportingbet message account? Terrible site, offer was deposit £20 get 20 free spins that they mailed me directly on the site, so I deposited and didn’t get my spins, contacted them and they said the offer doesn’t exist on there system, I emailed customer services who then said I received the offer and stated a time and date prior to me even making a qualifying deposit with them. They don’t understand English.Then got sent a customer review to fill in.. and one of the questions was was there a language barrier between you and the customer services, so they are fully aware the people dealing with our issues don’t even understand what we are saying because they just make answers up on the spot. Today I went onto this website and thought I already had an account so went to forgot password put in my email came up no account so I mustn’t have had an account so I proceeded to register an account I then won £350 and receive an email from them to say that I already have an account and went to log in and they have suspended my account! This issue is theirs and theirs alone, I won that money fair and square and have sent their email onto the gambling commission to help resolve.

This is my third follow up and my issue has yet to be resolved !Account has been reactivated for more then two days already yet the withdrawal fund has yet to make it to my account. So this morning I contacted sportingbet via their live chat function. Chatted for about 20 minutes and nothing fruitful came out of it. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. 1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.
