The worst experience I have ever had with an Online Sportsbook.Waiting 3 days for a withdrawal to be processed, absolutely appalling customer care. Cannot get a simple answer from them and just keep getting told to wait. Multiple things have gone on, which are highly unusual and give me no confidence in using this site. I am a U.K. recreational customer who bet on Premier League football matches so hardly an unusual situation.1) Had to send in multiple address and banking details. This in itself is not unusual but the process was poor in so much as there was no sufficient space to upload everything requested 2) Received an email saying ‘ We would like to inform you that we have tried to process your withdrawal request but, unfortunately, the funds have returned to us.In this case, as an alternative, we would like to offer you the option to withdraw the funds directly into your bank account’Again this is very weird given it’s a U.K. debit card an have never encountered this problem anywhere else before 3) The email box suddenly stopped working so I couldn’t respond to this message to confirm yes!4) No one on live chat can give an specific details and am still waiting for withdrawal to be processed Totally unimpressed with this sportsbook and it’s poor processes and service. I would not recommend to anyone, and given my experiences so far I highly doubt I will be seeing my withdrawal anytime soon, so I expect I’ll have to pursue other means.**update - to my surprise I received the withdraw today so 3 days after request. Meh, the payment side of the site is grand once you verify. But some of the other aspects are bad like there is a glitch that doesn't let me lower my daily/monthlyz limits. Support are fairly useless too. Could be better. Pretty terrible live support to be honest.

Was lucky enough to to win £3,000. Withdrew and was in my bank account within 24 hours. Had another couple of £500 and £1,000 wins and again, the same seamless process. 24 hours after my last withdrawal my account was closed by TonyBet 🤣🤣🤣

Tonybet is a delightful app in every sense, as my cricket betting has never suffered the fate of app glitches or delayed loading times. Everything has been very smooth since the very first day, and while I’m not someone who likes reviewing apps every now and then, Tonybet does give a pleasant experience to earn that right of a good review.

If you don’t use the site for 12 months or more they’ll charge you a £3 admin fee. I onlyPlaced one bet ages ago due them having better odds than some other sites. Asked for a refund and was told NO as it’s stated within their terms and conditions. Was told to place a bet and I wouldn’t be charged ! Surely this is encouraging gambling which I thought wasn’t allowed these days.I’ll be reporting this company to the ombudsman- it’s only £3 but not the point but it’s principle and daylight robbery !

Absolutely appalling company. They were happy to let me deposit, but as soon as I got a little win and tried to withdraw, they blocked my account and started asking for endless amounts of bank and Paypal statements, work invoices and ID etc. I also had to fill out their stupid questionnaire and answer additional questions about my personal gambling habits. Every time you provide them with exactly what they have asked for, they come back and ask for more or change the date range on the statements they want to see!! It has so far taken me a fortnight and my account is still blocked and I still can't withdraw my £90.00 winnings!! Just this morning they have asked me for more documents. There is no way that any gambling site requires this much information! They are blatantly trying to prevent me from getting my money. It's a total con so STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

Personally until yesterday I had no issues with them and enjoyed using the site, I'd give close to 5 stars and will change this review to probably 5 assuming they don't mess me around verification wise as they seem to have done to lots of other reviewers. Their odds are competitive, on quite a few occasions after looking at oddschecker, Tonybet have matched if not beaten the best big bookies odds. They advise 72 hours to resolve an issue but it's been over 2 weeks. Eventually they simply ignore you. The worst company I've ever dealt with, whether it's betting or any other sector.

Very poor service. I wagered £500 to gain the £50 bonus and it wasn't applied. I couldnt use the bet as anytime I tried to be £50 it tried to take from my real money balance, thus tried to withdraw to activate the bonus however still didn't apply. Contacted customer services no help trying to use a clause about withdrawal - very poor business. I'll stick with other better bookies like Sky Bet in future.

I have been waiting weeks for my 120.00 euros and still no joy.I have no confidence in this site now as it is crazy to be waiting this long for a small withdrawal to be paid.

Read a lot of nonsense about this being a dodgy site. Opened an account beforehand and won a few hundred quid on my first bet then read the reviews and thought I'd been mugged off. To be fair my winnings were paid within 48 hours and all was good.Have since done loads of bets and not only are the odds better than mainstream UK bookies but the payout is a 48 hour turnaround as opposed to 5 or 6 days with Paddy Power, Ladbrokes etc.No drama- all good ffs.
