An absolute disgrace, hadn’t used the site for a long time, started again but with a new card (previous ones had expired were cancelled as they were e COMPRIMISED ( no doubt by similar sites/situation), i can verify myself until it gets to old cards, I’m not talking big amounts here, deposited a few thousand, requested a few hundred but cannot withdraw because of old card. I gave this company all required documents including my ID, Safaricom MPesa Statement, Ebill (Which has a date but they say they can’t see the date!!!), TCC from KRA, all with my address!!
