This site has been poor since 2019 and they're well ahead of me in profit, with no chance to get even. They hate to make winners, they hate to pay out... Deposit for up to 300 Free Spins every week! A promotional offer that has been running since they opened, which has to be one of the poorest offers in the history of online gambling. You would think with hundreds and hundreds of spins every week, it would be a great chance to win! It's 100% the opposite. Controlled, unwager-able bonuses with inadequate entertainment, every time, without fail. Put some other promotional offers on?? Oh, sorry... That 300 spins offer, obviously makes you a lot of money through control. Too poor to pay out because of the lack of customers they get... They all moved away from TonyBet because they could see the greed! I've been playing at TonyBet since 2019, regularly. All deposits get whipped, they "Randomly" make sure nothing happens while playing with real money, they're like vultures, they want every penny as quick as they can get their grubby little hands on it. Three withdrawals since 2019, 2019 = £50 (Before they took it all back) 2020 = £110 2021 = £20 (Because it was bad) So, it looks like I'm entitled to a single withdrawal per year, after countless attempts and thousands of free spins. In 2021, nothing has happened, and it's the year with the most deposits......... They would rather take, than care about their reputation and keeping customers satisfied and happy with at least a handful of experiences per year, not just one... It's easy to see what TonyBet is all about. Just a bunch of criminals with a licence to take, and we can only thank the corrupt UKGC for that... TonyBet's T&C's should only say "We have the right to take", "We have the right to control", "We have the right to badly gap our payouts"... Been waiting since February for my account to be verified,I didn't have photo id so was going to have to wait but turns out gambling commission changed it too birth certificate and two proofs off address as an option so that was all good. The gentlemen on the chat explained this to me, so a month later i got my birth certificate and now that ain't enough as I now need photos off my bank card I deposited with even though I sent them screenshot off my bank deposit from tonybet to them on February and now my bank card photos are too blurry etc even though you can clearly see the details. Got a £200 withdrawal waiting but they got £175 in deposits without asking me for id in over five separate deposits,might be closer to ten and I was just reading there that the gambling commission says since 2019 if the gambling company could have asked for id sooner (like when I was making all them deposits) then I should still get my withdrawal as it is too late as they let me deposit and gamble more so they couldn't have been worried about my age that much could they? even just my deposits back would be good even if that leaves me £25 down as I just want to be rid off tonybet,make you feel like you have been robbed,how can you as a betting company morally and illegally take deposits without id (5-10 seperate deposits) but then ask for id when they make the withdrawal then keep delaying the process with aww the photos blurry or that's not good enough,any advice on how best to resolve this issue anyone? Same problem as everybody else. Have had an account for 14 years, verification was a bit of a pain having to send in photos of both debit cards etc but always did it with no problem. Then out of the blue the other day my account was disabled and they emailed asking for all sorts of stuff, including payslips and 3 months of banks statements. Luckily I only had £16 in the account and they sent it back to me after many emails and finally threatening them with the UKGC, the fraud squad and the police. Almost certainly had it been a large amount they would have tried to keep the funds. Avoid at all costs, they have gone rogue, borderline criminal now.

Terrible company. Sent all ID docs in wouldn't accept my passport even though it was a clear photo and a valid passport. Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people's reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don't bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.

To be honest, this gamble corporation is not that bad as everyone mentioned as I have used many of them in the past... and there were much worse bet companies without customer support at all. Yes, these enormous delays are terrible but at least I have received my winnings... happy end I guess. I Would like to thank Patricks and Sven for being helpful and efficient at support!

As with several other reviews on here I had absolutely zero issues depositing funds repeatedly with Tonybet however as soon as I attempted to make a withdrawal they made it exceptionally difficult. My passport has expired so they won’t accept that as proof of ID(despite it clearly proving I am who I say I am. I have provided a multitude of proof of address, bank statements etc however I simply receive the same generic, unhelpful responses. Stay clear of this company, a bunch of absolute crooks

Now without any warning TonyBet have blocked my IP address, I have not entered my password incorrectly too many times, they have stolen money from me. I'm currently owed £1800 and keep being asked for verification information even though I been paid regularly by them for a good 6 to 8 months. Sent all information, 3 months bank statements of two accounts, 3 months paypal accounts, drivers licence, utility bill and the list goes on. Well after sending all that, not heard a dickybird and do not now reply to my emails. Placing the matter in the hands of my dispute resolution team. Wont be using again.

So I posted my original review here on the 4th July for my account mattlennon9, and here is the update… I have not heard a single thing from Tonybet since. I was told by them that the wait was 72 hours after every email is sent to them and that they are working 24/7… (yeah right). Their Livechat repeat the same thing each and every time & regardless of who you chat to (Daniel, Vincent, Patrick, Nigel, Oliver, Sven, Keenan - this is probably just the same person and/or fake names) as previously mentioned. They state they are actually based in Estonia rather than Lithuania, which doesn’t provide me with any great deal of confidence either lol. I wish I could share with you all a complete history of my Livechat with these people, but unfortunately I don’t think I can upload the screenshots. I have reported this corrupt thieving company to the UKGC that they love to mention so much (and they’re aware of this company by the way) and also to IBAS. I have also reported them to Action Fraud. IBAS have requested their Final Response following my complaint, but Tonybet did not reply to my official complaint lol - they have seen my screenshots of the entire chat history with these people & all the emails I’ve sent and received from them. I have now been waiting 3 weeks since I withdrew £735 from a £500 deposit - £500 deposited from my own legitimate money Tonybet, proven as legitimate so many times. There is no money laundering going on my end. If anyone’s laundering then it’s these people with all the money they’ve stolen from us. You’re the criminals here Tonybet. Instead of spending the time replying to every bad review with modified pasted comments, you should be actually resolving the individual problem. Sad to say I have been treated the same as many writing reviews on here. Deposited £500 on an already verified account and withdrew £1350 only for them to disable my account and ask for every document under the sun, from bank cards, payslip bank statements etc I have now contacted the gambling commission and lodged a complaint and vu am seeking legal advice on this for withholding my money DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!! Also an absolute embarrassment of a customer service dept. No phone number to call and just sent emails asking for the same thing over and over again I have also now raised a complaint at the gambling commission and will seek legal advice against this company

So it's been 4 weeks i still have no winnings, sent in everything i possibly can! Nothing more i can send in but they still won't process my withdrawal, i have contacted the gambling commission and also trading standards! Disgusting from Tony bet.

Avoid!!! disabled my account after i tried to withdraw £1000 asked me to fill out a politically exposed person (PEP) I have no idea why they need so many documents after I already gave them every possible detail you could think of it’s like there trying to steal my identity it’s been a week now and they have stopped replying to me

Don't trust this site,very very very poor service,they will accept as much as deposit and when you win n time for them to pay out your account will be disabled and even though this people disable your account for no reason and ask for a different different documents for you to send...👎👎👎👎better do not open account on this tonybet

Disappointed. Had a good experience for 2-3 months then issues started. Been using paysafecard to deposit and withdrawal successfully since opening account. They won’t let me withdrawal money out my account to paysafe but did still accept my deposit without issue couple times after. I’ve been told they have a issue with paysafe but that was over a month ago now with zero contact from support team. They have offered bank transfer instead but I can’t do that. So they haven’t really help and I need to complain and take things further. The withdrawal isn’t a massive amount of money but the point is they don’t want to give me it to the place I deposited it from.

Well well well, my last review was speaking highly of th Tonybet as you can see only last week. Now they have out of no were, asked me to send them my income details, statements invoices etc. Soon as they said this I said bye, shut my account. This is just pathetic, they just dont like winners. And people who withdraw alot. I've been a customer for 2 month or so and this has just been brought up! I went to deposit and didnt have the option no more, then live chat told me to download the KYC document stating a load of sh it. Tonybet, this just pushes people away, we cant be bothered. Goodbye.

Unfortunately it’s exactly the same problem for me with my account mattlennon9. I deposited £500 on the 22nd June and withdrew £735 following a successful sports bet. My account was disabled and I was asked to provide all bank statements, ID, payslips, proof of inheritance, copy of the front/back of my debit card, written proof of closure of my old bank accounts, statements showing payments to and from Tonybet. All have been provided. Livechat repeat the same lie over and over with the same copy/copy message “please note the security team is currently experiencing unusually high volumes due to new restrictions from UKGC which causes delays with case investigation”. All legitimate documents were provided. Every 5 days or so after replying with what they’ve asked for, they reply asking for something else, and then you need to wait 5-7days for a reply where they will ask for something else from you. I have voiced my concerns on Livechat that I believe I have been defrauded/robbed and mentioned this Trustpilot page, and the reply was “is there anything else I can help you with?”. I have now reported this to the Police, Gambling Commission and IBAS. This company is based in Lithuania - which says it all. The U.K. Gambling Commission licence number for this company is 039126-R-319399-009. Unfortunately we have all been defrauded by Tonybet, I suspect the company is either going under or is about to lose it’s licence and are therefore purposely preventing all outgoing payments in the hope that we all give up. The Livechat claims they are working 24/7 to resolve the problems, but clearly again another lie. I have issued a complaint via their official complaints procedure, and of course there was no reply. As you can see from their replies on Trustpilot, they copy/paste the same apology and assure us by using their livechat. Livechat will just issued the same copy/paste message as mentioned above.

I made 3 withdrawals. (the 1st of which was as far back as June 14th) I do not know why I am surprised that none of these withdrawals have been processed yet. I have literally sent them everything they could possibly ask for and I still haven't received any of my withdrawals. I even gave them my life story of why I use Neteller to gamble. I have been betting for 15 years and have never experienced anything 1% as bad as this firm. They practically want to know about every transaction you make from your bank account even why you sent your mate £50. My deposits into Tonybet are probably 2% of what I have in my savings, which they could clearly see on the many statements I have sent them. I was also asked to send my payslips twice, yes TWICE. The same payslips I sent previously a few days before, this is how "professional" they are. I work for a betting company myself and know what they are doing is ridiculous and deliberately using delay tactics to get customers to just give up. There is no way on earth I am going to give up on getting my money. I have opened a case with resolver and if my pending withdrawals do not reach my bank account in the next few days I will be opening a case with IBAS. I am more than happy to go to court over this and sue them for time wasting as well. As they have no right to hold your money once you have sent everything they have asked for and explained everything in detail. Do NOT even think about opening an account with these lot until they get their act together and you see a significant improvement in their reviews. I sent my final set of documents this morning so in 72 hours I will know whether they have started to get their act together or if they have completely lost the plot.

After closing my account 4 weeks ago and asking for all my personal banking( which I gave 18 months worth)I am still yet being asked for more proof of savings etc!, when I contacted customer services they would not answer my question of why I had to still send yet more proof of my personal accounts,strange they chose to suspend my account when I had over £800 in it!,joining the list of disappointed customers!!.

Update. Recieved contact after 2 weeks. I have already supplied payslips, bank statements and much more. Surprise surprise they have come back asking for a load more info. After 2 weeks in limbo! Also asked how I can afford to deposit more than my salary. Well as a gambling site they are well aware people withdraw their winnings and redeposit it. It's not new money!!!!!! This is the worst betting site in the world. The is a ploy to keep your winnings and earn interest on it on their account. I hate giving them my documents but what choice do I have. They have you by the balls!
